Great facilities and gym. Alongside membership options, Day Passes are available for IDR 300k which include use of facilities apart from the Pool plus one class. The Sauna and Ice Bath were fantastic. The only downside was that you're only given one small towel to use for ALL of the facilities (gym, shower, sauna etc.), which was awful - 4 stars due to this and the way it was handled. Also the gate closes at 3pm which is super inconvenient as you essentially become 'locked out' and then have to make your way all the way around via a much longer route or climb a gate/fence. No warning of this from any staff or clear instructions on best route to assist.

Good family outing with young children and adults alike. Many water fall attractions. Enough lifeguards to ensure safety. Orders for food and drinks are attended to swiftly. Courteous and friendly staff.

Loved it. Got a super pass online. The splash park is great for kids aged 5-13ish. Lots of sunbeds available. Be careful if you want any food or drink take lots of money!

Great place to take your family. Your kid or kids will definitely enjoy this place. There's a soccer field when you enter. The splash area has a large water playground. They have a few slides which can also be enjoyed by adults. Lifeguards are plentiful. The staff are great. The place is clean. The food is great. The bounce and bowling are in a separate bulding across the street. Only annoying if its pelting down rain. 😀

The sauna is a joke here… What a rip off. Way too cold and when you stand in the sauna, you can feel the cold air coming from the bottom. Wood is also super old. Heating up the sauna with water helps for 30 seconds, then it’s cold again. The sauna is also in an old changing room basement which needs urgent renovation. The ice bath is nice and cold but too shallow to cover your whole body, another downside… Additionally, I was not allowed to enter the facilities with my Starbucks coffee. They made a big fuss about it. Booked the sauna with ClassPass, a towel would have been an additional 50k extra charge. No mention of that on ClassPass. Lastly, in the first 5 minutes of arrival there was an attempted upsell to a membership here. Overall, absolutely NOT worth coming here. Especially not for the price/credits on ClassPass. If you are looking for a good sauna and ice bath in Canggu, go to Nirvana Strength or Amo. There you get beautiful surroundings, nice people and a good price/quality ratio.

2nd visit this time, and absolutely, a ball like before! Pizzas were delicious, and we loved the chicken wings, too. Ordered a jug of cocktail and was so refreshing and valued for money! Had a little hiccup around food, but staff and managers were amazing and quick to address !!

We bought membership for the holiday. The place has a great pool to play with the kids. However the treatment from the reception people are awful, their rules and regulation seems to be different from different people. We were told at first that the cabana is first come first serve for members, but when we got there the server wearing white clothes told us that we need to make reservation for those cabana. So we went to the membership table and was told that we can make reservation but we had to go to reception to make the reservation. We went to the reception and was told we can make reservation through email or WhatsApp, we opted for the WhatsApp. When we texted them the person responded saying that they can't take reservation for cabanas. That's already irking us pretty bad, because first we were told we can't make reservation, then we were told otherwise, then they keep on tossing us around just to make the reservation. After we explain all that had happened, they finally said that they can help us with the reservation. Today, we texted the same number and ask for them to make another reservation for us for tomorrow. And once again we were told that they can't make reservation. Good thing we were still at the club when we texted the reservation and tried to get some kind of clarification on what's really going on. Then we were told that they were just making an exception for yesterday. They're only able to make reservation for non-member and if we want to make a reservation we have to pay up front for the minimum charge, which is 2 million IDR. I don't know about you guys, but even in a restaurant when you want to make a reservation, usually the down-payment is 500.000, but when I asked what the deposit is, they said the minimum charge is the deposit. 1st, That's a big amount to be asking for a deposit. 2nd, we have bought membership for a whole week at Finn's Club & there are 12 ppl in our group. The membership wasn't cheap so Of course we're planning to go there everyday with our kids. We've been there for 2 days in a row and each day we spent way above 2 million IDR, so why are they so scared that we won't be able to spend the minimum charge and asked for a deposit worth of the whole minimum charge. Second, it was so weird how we just sign in, just got our cards, we asked which way to the splash water park and they lead us there. When we got there, we were stop by the security asking for a stamp on our hand. We didn't have stamp on our hands because we weren't told that it was needed, second we were lead there. So believe it or not, we had to walk all the way back to the lobby and get checked in and stamped! To top it off, the lady who stamped our hands said that if we had gone through the gym, instead of straight to the water park, we wouldn't need the stamp and just go out from the locker room back door. Why is there so many miscommunication with your staffs???? Everyone gives out different informations and Noone could be accountable so that we, the customer ended up suffering in the end. You have ruined our vacation mood just in the first 2 days of our visit to your club.

We had booked a massage for me and my boyfriend today at 12. But when we arrived we are met with suspicion. The security is pointing to a sign showing where their customers can and cannot have tattoo. Where it says they will deny people with face tattoos. I do in fact have two face tattoos: an olive branch and a heart. They start discussing for about five minutes and had to call around while we stand outside. I was so uncomfortable by the discussing and looks up and down my body that I asked my bf to leave. I have a bachelors degree working full time in a kindergarten in Norway. The only nice thing in this short experience was the guy helping us cross the trafficked road.

I joined Lapathon event as vendor tenant on Sept 2023 in the yard area. Restaurant is big, water park area is kids friendly, security was nice, toilet is clean.

Bunch of scam artists. Visited the club because of a promotion after reading the terms and conditions. However upon getting there and having paid for the entry, we were denied everything. You even have to pay for smelly towels mate.. 🤦‍♂️. They said free massages and apparently that was false. Not to mention their staff… I think they’re all trained and taught to be rude and condescending.

It’s very strange that the staff for a coworking fitness water park is not focused on long-term relationships with clients! I drank coffee for a month at the price of x2 until I accidentally read in the menu that there is a coffee break for club members. Morasm comes to the point that to this day they charge me 2 times more if I order 5 minutes earlier😅 and won’t say a word about it. what kind of attitude?? is this an eatery on the highway where you have to make money like the last time, now or never?? very very very not pleasant!!! I drink liters of coffee and eat it every day and such a disgusting attitude) Oh, and they also like to forget to give change👍

A must for families. Spent all day in the water park with the kids. We had a Cabana which was about 100k, but you could use that for food as well. A good idea to get in early to get one because it's worth it. By the end of our 10 day trip, with many activities completed, my kids loved this place the most. There are a handful of fun slides, a decent pool with a swing rope and a smaller water park for toddlers and young children. Probably the best western food we had while in Bali as well. All in all, a very relaxing and fun day.

Finns workout center is nice, and I enjoy that aspect of it. The co-working space I was a little disappointed with just because it’s supposed to be a silent working space but it was far from silent. There were 4 girls who was talking loudly, distracting and disrespectful to other visitors in a coworking space which is call Silent working room. Overall, Finns recreation club is good though 👌🏽

Our day visiting the water park was a disappointment. The kids’ pool was slippery and the slides were not really suitable for young children (toddler, 4 year old and a 5 year old). The food and service was very average. The toilets near the entrance had no toilet paper and the staff did not seem interested when informed. Our experience did not meet our expectations based on the price and what appeared to be on offer on the website. We will stick to the other main waterpark in Bali in the future.

Really disappointing experience. We purchased a family pass which included the water park. We arrived to find this is closed for maintenance but no prior warning and no offer of a partial refund. This was going to be the highlight of our children's day. Two very sad and grumpy kids. Ten pin bowling was OK but food and drink there is expensive. A double vodka cost us $44 nzd when it should have cost $15 nzd. Again no offer of a partial refund when asked to explain. Would not rate this as value for money at all.

They need to change the translation of single use plastic bottles, if you are continuously refilling the same plastic bottle, it’s not single use. You can buy plastic bottles inside which makes the rule pretty dumb.. and you can bring reusable so it’s not to keep you from bringing in alcohol. Service is pretty bad for how expensive the resort is. EDIT - I 100% support banning plastic but don't make me throw out the bottle of water I was planning to drink to buy a SINGLE USE PLASTIC BOTTLE! :) Also - the difference in how men and women were treated and spoken to was wild to see. I have travelled quite a bit & this is one of the bottom 5 experiences I've had where I was treated poorly for being a women.

I have been a member of Finns Recreation Club on and off for several years, and while it initially stood out as a nice club with excellent infrastructure, I have become increasingly disappointed with the declining quality of service. Although the club has grown in popularity and expanded its membership, the management seems unable to maintain the same level of service and customer satisfaction. The facilities at Finns Recreation Club are indeed impressive. They offer a wide range of amenities and activities that cater to various interests, making it an attractive place for leisure and recreation. The infrastructure is well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the club is pleasant. However, my dissatisfaction stems from the way the management handles the increasing number of members. Initially, when the club was less crowded, there were fewer rules and regulations, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, as the club became more popular and accepted more members, a multitude of stringent policies were put in place. This, in turn, has resulted in a decline in the overall customer experience. The staff, although professional, now seem to have adopted an inflexible attitude when it comes to enforcing these policies. Instead of finding solutions or accommodating reasonable requests, they rigidly adhere to the rules, treating members as mere numbers rather than valued customers. It is disheartening to feel like you are being herded like cattle rather than being treated with respect and personalized service. As loyal members, we expect to be treated as valued customers and not merely as a means to increase the club's revenue. Unfortunately, the recent experiences at Finns Recreation Club have left me with the impression of staying in a cheap hotel catering to mass tourism. The personalized touch and attention to detail that were once present seem to have been sacrificed in favor of strict adherence to regulations. It is truly saddening to witness the decline in service quality and the degradation of the customer experience at Finns Recreation Club. While the infrastructure remains impressive, I believe that the management should prioritize addressing the growing concerns of its members. A balance needs to be struck between accommodating more members and ensuring that each individual feels valued and receives a high standard of service. In conclusion, Finns Recreation Club has the potential to be a fantastic establishment, but the current management's inability to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction has tarnished its reputation. Unless the club takes immediate steps to address these concerns, I find it difficult to recommend it to others who seek a pleasant and personalized recreational experience.

It's a nice big pool and slide area, 2 pools actually, and a kids play pool. Decent gym too. I'm a VIP member, I go for the gym mostly, and can also get into the Beach Club a km away, with the same card. If you live here it's a decent place to hang out, make friends, eat, work, have a drink. For members theirs a seperate work area and you can even get a business address as VIP member. A lot of people work in the large outdoor restaurant cafe area. Currently gym is downstairs at the basketball court.

Cool spot. We did the large cabana with min spend 2mil. Watch out for the “missing towels” at the end of the day, you get stung 100k per missing towel. The waitress will give you story about “give me cash and hotel name and if/when she finds the towels, she will drop the cash back to the hotel”. I’m sure throughout the day these towels miraculously get lifted. I’m certain she will find the towels and bring our hard earned cash back ;) Creative way to hustle a few dollars.
