At the 1st we are quite surprised because the road to the hotel is very small, just enough for one car. But after we arrived at the hotel, and go into the room, all those worries paid off. The room is very nice for that price. And the staff very helpful

We had a wonderful time 6 days stay at Astagina. Great location, only 2 minutes walk from a main street to shops, restaurants and salons and 7 minutes walk to the 66 beach. Great staff and very clean facilities. The pool bar was amazing. Excellent buffet morning breakfast. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable though. Air conditioning worked fine. Very quiet and relaxing place. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Love the garden and spa. Its quiet and relaxing place. Would definitely recommend staying here if your visiting Bali.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Garden Villa in July 2019. The villa was generally clean comfortable and well maintained, only minor issue was the shower. The shower could've done with a little tidy up (shower head was a bit blocked and the grout was a little old, tired and grubby) but the bed in our room was like sleeping on a cloud, best rest I've had in years. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they seemed to take pride in their work. The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious, my kids still rave about it. The pools were always crystal clean but could've been a little warmer for my liking. We loved it so much that we are planning a return trip to Bali in 2023 and we are staying at the Astagina again.

Loved the place. So comfortable and the best part is that it is in the heart of the city. The staff was lovely. And the room service was super quick. The morning breakfast had a lot of options even for vegetarians. They also have a spa inside the resort which is very convenient. They offer poor side massages as well, which are a whole vibe.

We stayed four nights in January 2024 and the rooms, food and pool were all excellent for our family. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, we'd recommend it heartily. There must be a reason for it, but there's a very strict policy on towel borrowing (they called us when we took one up to the room overnight).

A beautiful resort in a great location but down a quiet street so it’s still peaceful. The staff, food and grounds were all beautiful and great prices. The first downfall was our room. We had a 2 bedroom garden villa and upon our arrival they inform us there’s no aircon downstairs only a fan. It was so hot we couldn’t make use of the lounge/dining/kitchen and had to retreat to the bedrooms, so really we only used the bedrooms. The tv in the living room is only local channels so pointless if you don’t speak Indonesian, luckily the tv’s in the bedrooms were smart tv’s. Another issue for us was the stairs are so steep I felt I was going to slide down each time and even more dangerous my toddler cant walk stairs yet so I was carrying her too. They had no other rooms there so we were stuck there. Also note that their laundry services are a rip off. They charge per item so I paid $40AUD for 1kg worth of clothes that would cost you only a couple dollars in a laundromat. Also note the false advertising of 24hour room service, on arrival we were told it finishes when the restaurant closes. Our final issue was the main pool with the lovely day beds are only available for children above the age of 12 and as I didn’t plan for this I hadn’t booked a nanny and we were secluded to the family pool. Still lovely but I partially booked due to their beautiful day beds. If these issues don’t bother you it’s a great resorr

It was a lovely stay. They had really cute deco. Staff were very friendly. They gave us cake too! Our stay came with free lounge by the beach and it’s just few mins walk away.

We had booked the Deluxe Double Room with Terrace for a 2-day stay in Kuta Area, the hotel is located at a short distance from Seminyak Beach. Overall it was a Great stay, the Rooms were clean, spacious including balcony and had all the amenities, the staff were friendly and prompt at service, and the Breakfast had lot of options including options for Vegetarian food. The Pools also had nice view and staff ensured you had a warm welcome.

Lovely place to stay, we actually had too little time to enjoy it to the most as we only stayed one night. Great location, close to both beach and centre of Legian. Very friendly staff, great 2-bedroom villa for a reasonable price. The breakfast was a little underwhelming compared to the standards of the place, yet very decent and tasty.

Staff are wonderful, rooms had everything you needed. The amenities perfect, breakfast buffet was definitely the highlight of my trip. The spa experience was beautiful. Perfectly located within walking distance to shopping and many cafes and bars. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

The hotel was really beautiful and had a great ambiance. We faced issues with room booking and allocation. We asked for a Delux room with a King size bed and Bath Tub. We booked through a travel agent. We shared the correct pics but when we reached them they gave us a room without a bath tub and twin beds which means 2 separate beds which are really frustrating as we went on our honeymoon. We raise concern to travel agents and they try multiple times to reach the hotel but they are not even responsive to them. We booked for 3 days and we couldn't stay like this. We requested a room or hotel change. After 1 day we got hotel change as they were not ready to provide us an alternative and not give a response. The travel agent asked for a refund from the hotel. I also told them not to recommend this type of hotel to tourism if they are not in good connection and responsive and book anything randomly without understanding the situation. Highly recommended to confirm your booking about bed and bath tub facilities before check in.

Pretty good stay for us (4 adults along with 1 infant). We stayed in the garden villa - overall quality of the stay was great. The gas stove in the kitchen was not so good - was hard to light on. Breakfast is pretty decent - however, it can have more vegetarian (no egg) options to cater to more people. Overall the staff was very polite and helpful. We had an enjoyable stay. Location was very central.

A lovely hotel not far from the beach, amongst the noise but amazingly quiet. Some villas with private pools, a family pool and an adults only pool - with a great swim up bar, and lovely cocktails. Breakfast good. Surprised that the main bar closed so early. Would stay again.

I spent 2 weeks here and it was great 😊. Great location, 2 wonderful pools, the staff always friendly and accommodating. 2 small issues, 1 I have with a lot of hotels, the advertising they show pictures of animals made from bath towels. I am yet to have an animal made for me!! 2, I ordered a bluebird taxi, then was told they were busy and a driver from the hotel could take me. I never asked the price so I feel I am also to blame, however the journey cost 4 times what it normally cost me (I'd already done this trip 2 other times at the same time of day) and on the way there I saw several bluebird taxis empty including 3 parked at the side of the road. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Short walk away from the beach. Clean rooms. Nice size balconys. Breakfast is pretty good (choose one of the Indonesian breakfasts, the others don't leave you fealing full).

Very good hotel. Right in the middle of Seminyak but it doesn't feel like it in the resort. Recommended for those with a higher budget and very close to the beach. Less than 5 mins walking distance. The spa was also great.

I’ve had amazing 3 nights, had a great stay. Warm welcome from the receptionist. We got our room when we arrived. No hassle. To get to our villa, we passing the restaurant, pool, beer garden, spa. As you walk along, it gives you such a homey ambience, beautifully crafted -tidy, well look after! Oh and everyone greet you! Our 2 bedroom villa is awesome. Pool is clean, room is cozy with jacuzzi and bathtub. We just want spent most of time enjoy the hotel facilities. Breakfast is good, daily buffet. Chef stands to cook your eggs. Anjali spa located not far from our villa. They just had open 3weeks after two years of lockdown. Maria and Lina are great, professional therapist. They offered us 50% for the treatment. Spa itself welcoming outsider to enjoy the treatment. I highly recommend anyone for this place. Very relaxing! I will definitely come back again for their friendly and warm service. Thank you

We loved staying here ... We had a two bedroom, only because that's all we could get. The layout is fantastic but beware the villa we were in 702 and I assume the same 701 and 703 are not private as there are room that Tower above and can see the pool area. There is some of pool area where the rooms above cannot see. The location is good but recommend a scooter for getting to the beach for sunsets and bintangs... shops and restaurants are walking distance.

The hotel staff were friendly and location great. I enjoyed the day beds by the pool, music + a facial with massage by Maria in the spa. My only two disappointments was the smell of the bath towels (even when fresh were supplied) + the condition of the bathroom.

They give you 15% vouchers to use but then forget to remind you when you charge amounts to the room that you can apply the 15% on the bill. When they clearly know. Big rip off. Do not book any tours through the hotel either as we got ripped off and taken advantage of. Majority of staff were friendly but one lady at the reception Suratni, did not help or compensate us in any way for our bad experience. There were also rats by the pool too. The rooms was always clean though. Overall if they looked after us for the bad experience my review would of been a lot better.

I had advised that I would be arriving early at 12pm. Arrived a bit earlier at 11 and was told room not ready (understandable) so went for a walk. Came back at 12:30 still not ready. Sat and waited in the lobby in full view if the staff until 1:45pm. Other people were shown straight to their rooms. As for the rooms, I am staying in a deluxe on 3rd level. Kettle was broken, left it out with lid off for 2 days and was not replaced. Told them about it, replaced with a kettle that doesn't turn off. Tonight no hot water in the shower, mirror is peeling badly, coffee and tea are not replenished daily, floorboards have lifted and are a trip hazard. Overall not impressed.

We loved everything about the resort. We had a ground floor room next to the pool. The room was lovely and the bed super comfortable.A very good selection for breakfast and the freshly made omelettes were delicious. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful. The only small negative is that you only get 1 room key and it's not possible to get a second one but it wasn't a huge issue.
