Absolute horrible experience, and scammed. I booked a fast track with them, but never got any email confirmation. I tried reaching out multiple times about it, but no response. I then receive an email saying my reservation was cancelled. Okay… so I go through DPS airport the normal way, and find out that they didn’t actually cancel anything, and it was a “mistake” cancellation email. I reach out about a refund, my messages go completely ignored. Good luck trying to get any support; their WhatsApp number doesn’t even exist. So, I paid for their service, got no confirmation or instruction of the service, was told the service was cancelled, proceeded through the airport without them because it was “cancelled”, and then refused a refund because the service was actually not cancelled. This is a scam. I had to call my bank to get the charges reversed, and you need to do the same if you are in a similar position. Absolutely unacceptable practices for running a business. Edit: The business owner reached out about 2 weeks after the review was posted, apologized and refunded the transaction, so I amended added a star to the review. The amount of time it took and the lack of communication should be improved for future customers

Excellent service... we were arriving from USA after a long flight via Hong Kong on Cathay and were arriving at the dreaded 3 pm time slot when all the big planes land and the queues are very long for immigration. The representative met us at the plane door and whisked us through all the checks. We have visited Bali many times since 1994 and this by far was our best arrival experience.

What a great service! I am a repeat customer for a few years now and cannot recommend enough the ease and convenience that the service offers. Everyone you deal with is friendly, efficient, and ensure that your arrival and transfer in Bali are done with the upmost ease and comfort. Arrival and departure in Bali can be challenging depending on the time you arrive/depart but the service is similar to CLEAR in the USA and you just simply breeze through the custom and immigration lines. Do yourself a favor and don't wait in line after your long flight, it is not a great way to start your holiday!

Thereafter we were given an assortment of lies ranging from: they didn't have our name (despite confirming 2 days before) there was a government inspection which meant that they couldn't come to the airport (despite about 40 other drivers being at the airport); the driver was there, and eventually someone did apologise - then it was a long and tortuous effort to get our money back - a horrible and frustrating first experience for what we hoped would be a lovely holiday - we just wanted to go home. Take a $10 cab from the airport - this service at 200 times more than that is a scam.

the lounge at airport was exclusive. Eventhough I stay there around midnight, the foods and beverages were very good and the staffs are still really nice. Plus, I got the discounts several times. Thank you team! :)
