Very bad quality food. Ordered dry chilli chicken, had upset stomach right after eating it. Prices too high for service and quality.

Best Located Business stay.Located in Park Street business area.Its a business only place. Small hotel with privacy. It's ideal for same morning check in & evening check out. It allows early check-in at personal request. They serve you breakfast in arrival. Not like prototype hotels where breakfast is for next day. Simple business breakfast. Front desk very courteous. Security guards will help you to search local taxi and help to carry luggage at hotel which is at First Floor with no lift.

Under renovation. Rooms are actually neat but not maintained well. Our room is good ,neat and clean. We had a GOOD breakfast. Overall GOOD. You have 24 hrs AC, Hot Water, the room was cleaned for our stay the next, neatly arranged. Anyday you can stay here. Your breakfast is on the hotel, good one. The staff is courteous, but their commonsense and knowledge can be definitely improved.

Very helpful staff especially the person at the reception, Mr. Manoj, made all arrangements and helped over the board to make the stay pleasant.

It is actually a good place, near maidan metro station. They also allow outside food.

Very small rooms and always filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. The problem was repeatedly brought to the notice of the hotel reception but they paid no heed. They just replied that no one was smoking in the adjacent rooms. Even the corridor of the rooms was filled with cigarette smoke. Housekeeping service is very poor, they will not clean the room even if the occupants ask them to delay for an hour or half. When we first occupied the room we saw half finished bottles of basic toiletries (body wash and shampoo) so we asked the housekeeping staff to replace them but they rejected our request outright and said that they will not replace them until and unless completely finished. Moreover, the rooms are very small and crampy. The only advantage of the hotel is its location. That's it!

It's a nice two star hotel. Has a old world charm. Nice cosy and very higenic place.

Once it's a fine place now one word can explain horrible.AC not working, not sufficient staff to attend customer.menu is just for show, anything you asked they tell you it will take time,then when you insist they just declined as not in stock.from kebabs to plain pakoras(egg, chicken or fish) nothing they can offer you.

Right in the heart of the city. 10 minutes to Victoria Memorial, New Market, Cathedral church. Would love to book n stay there again in the future.

Hotel with good room and great location. No other facility. Good for vacation. Next to maidan metro and other tourist attraction like Victoria memorial. Rooms are located in first floor and there is no lift access. Hence a no no for people who cannot climb floor. Some rooms are small, some are ok. If you are out all day and want a place to sleep than it is fine

Location is great, but kitchen should be improved also the staff needs to be more proactive

This is a perfect place to take your family out for dinner or even colleagues from office if you please. Located in the heart of the city, the restaurant has an old world charm with table linen, a lot of browns and beige and a carpeted floor. A well-stocked bar with domestic and foreign liquor along with a north Indian and Chinese food is what you will find here. 'Murg Butter Masala' is very rich and creamy and is a favourite with the diners. 'Stuffed Tandoori Aloo' has a nice smoky flavour and crunch from the dry fruits which balances with the soft cottage cheese and the melt in the mouth potatoes.
