We had stayed there in August end-Sept 2023. A comfortable hotel right next to the Raigarh Fort ropeway. The ropeway complex is 2-5 mins (walking) away from the hotel. The food is super good. They serve freshly made Maharashtrian dishes. The rooms are basic but clean and hygienic. One can enjoy a beautiful view of the Sahyadris from the room windows. The staff takes good care of all the guests. Shubham, Shivam, Sudhakarji, Nishita Tai and her husband, they all took very good care of us. Thank you !

Very nice experience with Hirkani aangan family. Neat and clean rooms with best view of hills. Very tasty veg and non veg food. Ropeway is at walkable distance. Overall very nice stay.

Decent experience for a short stay. The people hosting were gracious in all aspects. Pretty close to the Raigad fort ropeway, walkable. Parking at the home stay itself. Do not expect over the top services, incredibly rural area with restricted options. Hirkani Aangan tries to achieve as much as they can.

A decent stay with basic rooms, well maintained, but with a beautiful view at Hirkani Aangan. Tasty food! Walking distance from ropeway. Owner & their family was very helpful & welcoming. Value for money.

Its home stay. Room had wide landscape valley view of Sahyadri mountains with seat out balcony. Being L shaped balcony able to view both sunset and sunrise including Rope way view. Room was clean and tidy. Also food very nice specially chicken sukka. Service was also good. Hopefully they will install AC soon in that room.

It isn't in any words to describe the peaceful stay at Hirkani Angan. The view from balcony is mesmerizing. Also the food they serve is really tasty. Post diwali I was there with my mother. Thankyou Sir for making our stay so comfortable.

Amazing experience and the owners treat you like family! Rooms were very clean and they also serve authentic & tasty local cuisine, veg and non-veg. Shubham gave us a complete and entertaining history of the fort and its quirks upon request while we sat for dinner. This was especially handy as we explored the Raigad fort without a guide that day. The lodging is walking distance from the Raigad Ropeway. Note that the local infrastructure is still developing i.e. road quality etc. but you’ll have to deal with this regardless if you wish to visit the fort. There was no A/C in our rooms but the cool climate of the mountains meant this wasn’t a big deal. If you hired a driver as part of your trip, they’ll provide mattress and facilities for them as well at a lesser rate. As is the case with most everywhere, bring your own toilet paper! जय शिवाजी! जय भवानी!

big rooms, good hygenie and service. location very close to ropeway. Homely cooked food. Delicious! don't forget to relish on chicken 65 cooked by their younger son.!
