The price for a 188 pesos per person is reasonable. Like they say you get what you pay for. The rooms are not bad for bunker beds. Actually their bed size is bigger compare to pension houses I’ve stayed. They clean the bathroom also regularly. However, the only downside are the tiny cockroaches that walks on the locker or sometimes on your bed. I think this is only common to their bunk bed rooms. The place accessible to public transportation. Walking distance also to restaurants, convenience store, coffee shops and internet cafes.

You get what you pay for. If you are looking for a cheap overnight stay for a big group (6pax) , however, note that it will have bare minimum amenities. 3 bunk beds, ac, and a bathroom. Don't expect towels and other such items as you would with a normal hotel. Overall, it suites its purpose for quick sleep for travellers on the go.

Rooms are clean and fair enough for what you pay Each room has separated bath and toilet . Has alot of bed bunks and air-conditioning is actually pretty good Plus you have an easy access to the canteen that has very affordable breakfast that is usually free depending on the room package you got . Room rates are fair enough also it is a very good accommodation for big groups And is near everything from food houses , hospital facilities ,7/11 and spas.

This place is a great way to spend the night. It is located in the heart of the city and you can go anywhere by foot (or by car to the nearest malls). There is also a nearby hospital if ever the need arise. The place is clean and well maintained. They have different room sizes (especially if you travel in a large group or family). Prices are all very affordable: a good place for backpackers on a budget but seeking of a clean They also have a cafeteria where they serve affordable and delicious meals if you feel a bit lazy to go out. Overall the place is cheap, clean and very accessible.

There are better budgeted hotels than here. Our experience is not so great. Broken elevators, tv, rc for aircon, and creaky beds. Definitely first and last.

Stayed here for 6 days and it was a great and comfortbale experience with my friends. We six We really had no issues with the room service. The staff were hospitable and polite, and ambiance of the place was really good. It's also budget-friendly. This was my 2nd time in this Dormitel and I recommended it to my friends. Nearby Food chains; Chowking, KFC, McDonalds, Inasal Mall: Gaisano Hospital: Davao Doctors' Hospital

The rooms are fairly clean, but they still feel a bit grungy. I feel that the air quality inside the hotel is not very good, plus the internet in my room goes down about once every half hour. But the staff is nice and the hotel is in a central location.

Room: Double Standard (Name of the room, 2 beds) The rooms are clean enough. Towels and other amenities are provided. The airconditioner is not as quiet as I wanted to be but I guess it's ok. The service is not bad but it's not great as well since there really isn't anything noteworthy about it. I guess they provide a 10% discount on your next stay just make sure to scan their qr code. (See pictures) Location is good since it's in the heart of the city and there are many places near it, easily accessible on foot or thru transportation.

I stayed there for a long time due to the lockdown. Price is quite high for the quality you get. Even if you stay for the longterm the staff will not give you a discount. Service can really be improved. PRO: - quiet room even though walls are thin; noiseless aircon - big bed - housekeeping guys very friendly - location in the center of Davao CONS: - Hotel needs a basic cleaning. Especially the carpets in the hallway are really dirty and also some parts of the room are not so clean and never be cleaned. - Room cleaning in general could be better - Wifi not stable, but basically ok - Some of the staff could be more customer-oriented. Some employees pretend to not notice the guests and they don't greet them. That behaviour is not really welcoming. - Water in the dispenser is often empty. Especially in the evening. That happens so many times. Even when you already told them many times there was no improvement at all. - Front desk / Housekeeping mostly don't reply when you call them from your room phone - Payment by card mostly not possible cause the card machine does not work properly. Conclusion: Hotel is not that bad. For staying for some days it's ok. Rooms are comfortable. But as the manager or supervisor I would really improve the service and cleaning. With such simple steps the guests would feel much better.

I stayed in a no window king bedroom for two nights, charged at about 1.8k/night on promotional rates. Although dated looking, the room was clean and I slept comfortably through the night. Location wise, it was awesome, it was a 5 minute walk fr where I had to be in Davao. 7-11 was also a stone throw, so I managed to buy what I needed. I got the room via Agoda on promotional rates. Heres whats missing in the room rate - no breakfast. it turned out ok bec bfast wasnt even ready at almost 9 o clock in their cafeteria! Room provisions - towels, soap and shampoo were available. The bathroom was well sized but I had problems with using the shower (which thankfully had hot and cold water) because there was no bathroom mat provided. Its a mess to take a bath...the floor of the bath was elevated and with wet floors, water can just flow out of the bathroom. There was also no complimentary water or coffee in the room. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would not mind booking again at this rate but if regular rates apply and the provisions missing, I will have second thoughts on booking bec it will not be worth it.

Our stay was very well-spent. Green Windows Dormitel is very well accessible from the near Gaisano Mall and tourist attractions in Davao City. The only problem we have is there is lack of outlet and plugging station. Our needs from food and service were met very well.

Clean and cool rooms, with warm service from their staff. Keep up the good work guys. This has been my favorite/preferred hotel when i am in Davao.
