I was in Davao two weeks past and I was here for a seminar I attended. The place was awesome. Great staff, spacious rooms, well lit and not to mention carpeted floors and hall ways. The best place to be.. Love the pool design. Blue Lotus Hotel has a very good location ideal for business, leisure and entertainment.. A good place to unwind and relax.. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances

The roofdeck on this hotel is simply captivating. It gives you a view of Davao skyline that not many often see. Staff were very accommodating and kind. Though, at the time, we werent able to use the pool since it was under maintenance. Rooms look good and new. Id be happy to comeback when given an opportunity. The hotel is also close to SM and some other places of interest.

Chill, clean and affordable. Yes not kidding about the affordable part. You get the best city views without going far from the city. No pork menu but cohesive flavors. Food are for sharing already and not expensive. One of the most underrated places in Davao City and would highly recommend to locals who want a place to chill in a nicer place with great service. Feels a bit of luxury without breaking the bank. Best for quick couple dates with beer or wine.

It was my first time staying at the Blue Lotus Hotel, and I was impressed by the modern amenities it offered. The automated elevator, door knob, aircon button, and power switch were all delightful features. The breakfast buffet serves a variety of delectable menus that will surely satisfy your tastebuds. The egg omelette is a must-try! One thing that caught my attention was the prominent use of the color blue in the hotel's interior and exterior design. This choice of color truly enhances the overall ambiance and contributes to the relaxing atmosphere that envelops you from the moment you step inside. Spending a day at this hotel guarantees a soothing and rejuvenating experience. Two words that best describe the hotel are: CUTE and CHIC.

I did not expect something like this hotel in the Philippines. The Room was good, all tiles are perfect, nice arranged Shampoo and everything. Only bad point: Aircon was not working... or working too weak. For a place inside of Davao thats an Problem. They have a nice small Rooftop Pool at the smaller building (you need to leave the main building to get there), with Fitness room. They can order you anything from the main Restaurant, but you need to fight for it. We need 5 discussions and 20 minutes, to get a mulled wine from the main. But: We got it! Breakfast... mhm... To expensive for the things they offer. It is a typical philippino breakfast, no internationals like cold-cuts, real bred or something like this. You can survive here as a European, but maybe you will not take the breakfast a second time. No prob: The SM Ecoland is only 3 minutes with the jeepney away. And Bankirohan, Jose Rizal street also only 5 minutes. Perfect location to paint the city red!

As a Filipino local traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Blue Lotus Hotel in Davao City. The hotel is located in a convenient spot, just a short drive from the airport and the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. One of the things I liked most about the hotel is the view. My room had a balcony with stunning views of Mt. Apo and the Davao Gulf. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the city. I also enjoyed the hotel's amenities. The pool is a great place to cool off on a hot day, and the fitness center is well-equipped. The hotel also has a spa and a rooftop bar with amazing views of the city. Overall, I had a great stay at the Blue Lotus Hotel in Davao City. It is a great place to stay for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend it to other Filipino travelers.

Rooms are ok not small not big,the restaurant and the bar located at the skyview 7th floor are perfect and nice view their food was good and delicious we like it so much we had also got a chance to talk to the Sri Lankan manager of food and beverages he is good and fun to talk with, My husband's only complaint is the smoking area, which he said would have been equipped with chairs and tables and also with a large umbrella or any other cover from the sun so that they don't get hot and sunny while they smoke.

The served food during our stay in the conference room was a bit bland, and gave me allergies (yellow fin tuna). Hope they improve in this area because the hotel itself is very good and only food is their weakness Edit - the breakfast buffet was really nice and with multiple options. πŸ˜‹

Local tourist and to whosoever will, this hotel is in the highway and just a walking distance to a well-known fastfood chain nationwide or perhaps worldwide. Check it out to prove it yourself! God bless and enjoy...

The service of a hotel can make or break a guest's experience. From check-in to check-out, staff should be attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Quality amenities, clean facilities, and prompt assistance with any issues are also essential. A well-run hotel should strive to exceed expectations and provide a memorable stay for guests.

Best hotel I've been to so far. The price is quite affordable considering the place is very high-tech and accessible within the city proper. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Food is also top notch. I forgot to take a photo of my room but I can swear to its coziness and cleanliness. I just love it so much! The overnight stay felt short, and I wished we had extended for a few more days. I'll definitely come back when I visit Davao again. Keep it up!

overall not a bad experience, going in a hotel to eat breakfast buffet during a pandemic is not a very good idea in general food is good just not a lot of variety also limited, view is nice no aircon because of pandemic but Davao is really hot so it gets a bit uncomfortable starts at 8am

Toilets smell good. Elevator buttons don’t require you to touch them, you can just step on the pedals to choose your floor of choice. Employees wear protective gear properly. Feels safe during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Definitely one of the best affordable hotels in Davao City! The place is very modern and their COVID protocols are very well implemented. The service is great, the space in the rooms are optimized, loved the bathroom, and the food is very good with a great rooftop view of Samal Island and Mount Apo while you dine. Highly recommend!

2nd Review based on my 2nd stay Got a standard room - still no cabinet (hangers were provided) - steam iron & pressing board was available upon request - bed is comfortable, but the pillows were quite hard for my liking - wifi signal at room 412 is really weak - bathroom has a foul smell that spreads throughout the room (asked the staff to spray Lysol) - they have a small fitness gym, barbell is availabe, and the gym is really clean - oh found 3 small cockroaches inside my room, good thing im not scared of them so patay agad sila hahaha - oh they gave me free amarreto sour 'coz during my previous stay I gave a feedback that their amarreto sour tasted nowhere near an amarreto (really sweet, not a hint of the "sour" component), the 2nd one is better but still not the best amarreto sour I've tasted - staff, pleasant and accommodating - breakfast, taste has improved vs the 1st time - we had dinner din pala with my friend and the food was really OK - I love the elevator's hands-free mechanism

  • 3/5 Lu A. 2 years ago on Google
I loved the interior especially the room. The only problem was the smell from the elevator to our room (the whole 5th floor was smelled like molds) and it gave us headache. The receptionist gave us access to check the room on 6th floor, but the lysol spray didn't help. We decided to move to another hotel, otherwise we won't be able to sleep well. The receptionist was very kind and apologized for that.

Complete amenities and good room design. Not much to see in the room itself and the space is a bit too tight. I like the mornkng view from the skydeck restaurant.

BLH offers almost everything that I can wish for with comfort and elegance: location-wise it's near the airport, resto, and fastfood, tight security, spacious car park, polite and helping staff, neat room/bathroom, decent internet connection and flat screen TV with hotel pre-programmed service menu, pool, spa, and resto overlooking the scenic beauty of Davao. What more can I ask for except that my extra coffee that I requested was not served, which for me is negligible. Of course, with this level of service and amenities complement with the price which is still justifiable.

Had 2 nights in this Hotel Pros: good aircondition and quiet rooms. Fresh omelette prepared to order at the breakfast Cons: - Cockroaches in the first room/night. Changed to a not infested room. - shower in the first room wasn't having enough water pressure. - breakfast is mostly luke warm because rechauds are.not set on high. Manager in charge listened but didn't do anything. Staff in skyview restaurant is courteous but not well trained. Had to ask 4 times for missing drinks and rice at the dinner although they.noted.down what we ordered. More missing items than they brought at first. View from skyview restaurant is blocked by gigantic billboards and grab flag. Internet is slow and frequently interrupted. TV lacks Netflix and had bad signal in both rooms. Swimming pool lacks a lot of tiles.

The rooms smell of mold, the breakfast buffet isn't worth 600 pesos. The staff at the buffet were inattentive, not asking guest if they wanted water or coffee. I'll go somewhere else next time in Davao.

Reasonably priced. Courteous staff. The bathroom smelled clean right when we entered. Complate with hangers, hair dryers and little stuff you might need for your stay. Breakfast buffet and okay and the view deck is nice for taking photos. Stayed most holidays and the location is convenient for those who want to be near the bus terminal.

The room was noisy. You can hear the live band playing. Cannot sleep because of the noise. Bad TV too. Hard to use TV. Yes ! Hard to use the TV. Limited channels too. Aircon is the same - Horrible. Bad location. Traffic all around the hotel so going in and out is difficult. Waste of time.

The staff and security are all super friendly and accommodating. Absolutely pay extra for the breakfast if you're staying here, they switch the buffet daily so you'll have variety if staying long term.
