Kudos to the staff, esp the chef Minutes before closing time, they let us eat as the last customers for the night. We're really grateful to have been acomodated so well with their hospitality, great food, and good ambiance. Their food was the best: all served fresh and tip-top. The "Pakbet" had great array of vegetables with chicharon flakes, the "Pork Sisig w/ egg" neither oily nor dry, and the "Grilled pusit" was drenched in this flavorful sauce alongside a good-tasting "atchara" with a superb soy sauce.

Me and the family here now, got the chicken chop suey and im still looking for the chicken my wife pointed it out! Its shreaded chicken extremely small amount u cant see it! Save your money for penongs or choi's so much better and this gerrys never enter! Yuuukkk

Food and staff are great. Ordered a bulalo and already is good for 2. Meat knife's woodenhandle is obviously worn out. Luma na. I suggest using those with handles made of durable material if they are not able maintain the condition of the wood.

Great seafood comfort food

Crispy pata, bbq, beef kare kare and lumpia were real good. The calamari not so good.

Worst Gerry's Grill I've ever been to! The manager even took our orders but failed to get the orders on time. All the orders where already served (after 45 minutes) except for the fried chicken which the she knew it's for the 2 kids we brought with us. They actually forgot that order and worst, they never took responsibilty even after multiple follow ups. The kids waited fot another 15 mins for the said order. They even served the halo-halo which in turn made the kids lose appetite. Hope higher management will see this review. I know they are busy but that does not stop you from being professional especially if you are running the place. I always give tips to this restaurant chain, in Cebu, Davao City etc. - but never in this branch. Their service is disgusting!

Chicken was undercooked, bloody and pink...

Food is good but they are short staffed!!!! it took almost 2 hours to serve our food. The staffs are trying their best amidst a limited workforce. Kudos to them. I hope the owner will hire more part time staff during mid day. thanksss
