The staff is friendly and they do have a parking lot to park. We got there around 6pm which was perfect because around 30 min. later the rush came. It is kid friendly with a variety of foods. You can choose between a smaller serving or bigger serving for some of the dishes. The water is mineral water and they plastic wrap the water cup after it’s been washed that you peel off before they start pouring. Once you order the wait is not long before your food comes out. We sat inside where the AC is but you can opt to sit outside and enjoy the ocean view. Since we went at night, we opted for AC because you can’t see much when it’s dark.

The food was soooo goooood! 💯👌🏼 All the food are worth the price. They have enough serving as well per dish. Plus, the view was so nice. We'll definitely comeback.

Vibrant Atmosphere, Delectable Food! Our dinner at Garden Bay Restaurant & Resort was a delightful experience. Despite a short wait for seating, the lively atmosphere, complete with a live band, made the wait worthwhile. The highlight was undoubtedly the Binagoongang Baboy - a flavor-packed delight that left us craving for more. The service was attentive, and the staff's friendliness added to the overall charm. A definite recommendation for those seeking a lively ambiance and superb cuisine.

I love this place. It is not far from the city center, and you get a view of Samal Island and the sea. We got quite a bit of food but clear stand out for me was the durian shake! It was so good! The chopseuy (I forgot it was called) and crispy pata were great.

My family went to Garden Bay Restaurant & Resort for dinner. It was our celebration for our nephew who passed the board exams. The place is just a stone's throw away from Dusit Hotel. It was easy to find using Google Maps. We entered the resort through a covered walk after being welcomed warmly by a courteous security guard. The place is by the sea. There is an al fresco dining area facing the garden and the children's playground, an enclosed main restaurant, and an open area with the view of the sea. I was very impressed with the service of the staff. They were very efficient, courteous, and pleasant. From welcoming us, to taking our orders and up to serving our food and attending to our needs while dining, everything was just perfect. Food was very good. Very satisfied with the quality. Served fast and hot. Serving portions were ok, everything was good enough for sharing. We occupied 3 round tables right in front of the acoustic band who played beautiful music while we dined. Good song choices. It was fun because many of the diners were gamely jamming with the band.

The food is very delicious and all the staff is nice..and great service.. Good food is the foundation of genuine happiness 😘🍲😘

Great food, atmosphere and staff! It's better to reserve a table in advance, it was busy when we got there so we had to wait.

Food was great, served fast, tasted fresh, swift payment. Staff doesn’t touch your glasses when giving you service water which is very good. They also greet with a smile (though not visible). My issue is the view. It’s part of the dining experience — seeing the sea while eating. However during this visit, t’was low tide, the garbage on the beach is discernible. Pieces of trash covered with mud which look like it has been etched there long time. No odour, though.

There is no more perfect than eating delicious food in a place with a very nice ambiance, good service and accomodating staffs. You can only experience it here!! @ garden bay resort and restaurant. No regrets! I enjoyed the overall experience. I highly recommend this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ambience is good. Service is great. Crew were cleaned and attentive. The place by the bay is a good combination. Food tastes good bit pricey though but worth it. Entire experience is very good.

Food is delectable, a bit pricey but it pays off with the view and ambiance. They don’t accept cards which I think is a hassle if you don’t have cash on hand. Hope they accept card payments soon

We went during peak hours (around 7pm), therefore we had to wait just over an hour to get a table. We ordered food before hand therefore we didn’t wait long (maybe 15 mins max) to be served. Overall the food was delicious and well worth the wait. The staff were hospitable and tried their best to accommodate everyone (very wise to stick to 2 hr limit per group due to busyness).

So glad we visited this place! Dishes we got were all delectable and mouth-watering. My favorite was the Binakol Native Manok soup (just the soup itself that one can say "sabaw pa lang, ulam na"). Didn't really care for the meat (chicken) though. Of course my ever favorite kangkong. Sobrang sarap! My mom really liked the Humba Fiesta. Rich in sauce. Adobong squid (also a favorite) was chewy. The sauce is like ulam na rin. The drinks, mostly shake were all finished except my Piña Colada. It was so-so. We went lunch time on a weekday and it wasn't crowded (yay). I approve of the restroom and plus points that they have a play area for kids. My toddler niece enjoyed the slide and didn't wanna leave :) also they accept credit cards (yay).

Food and the service is impeccable! The moment you enter the place you'll be greeted with happy faces. The menu has a wide array of delectable cuisine. My personal favorite is their pork barbeque. I would definitely go back there soon!

Food was okay. It was of quality but Nothing special in what we ordered. It was also packed during our visit and there was a live band playing so its kinda loud in there you cant have proper conversation with the people youre dining with.

Aside from the dining experience, kids can also enjoy the playground that is available in the restaurant. Though the food is served that requires a lot of your patience, it is still worth dining. I love that it has a direct sea breeze.

Great service from capable and accommodating staff. Fantastic and value for money food. Enjoy the wonderful view of Davao Gulf and Samal (better during high tide) in al fresco dining. Must try spicy peanut chicken, sezchuan veggies, bihon.

The waiters are accomodating. And the food will satisfy your Filipino dish cravings. Downside is just that this place is popular expected that it gets crowded during rush hour. You need to be there earlier to get the nice view and table.

You have to wait for around an hour if you're on the 4th and above. You can order ahead though. The food serving is great. Be there by maybe 6PM. It's okay to wait. The food and the service crew were amazing and friendly. I will definitely come back if I have a chance. We're just doing a road trip from Northern Luzon to Davao. It was a tiring road and our turning point is at Samal Island. Overall experience here at Gardeny Bay is awesome. Just see the picture I shared. Also, if you have a Senior Citizen companion, just ask. 4 star because of Tax in the receipt. I thought Philippines already added the VAT in the price you saw at the menu.

Very busy when we arrived. Got a seat for 2 in about 15 minutes later. Food was delicious. Halo halo was the perfect end to our food.

We went to Garden Bay for Breakfast. Breakfast was not Included with our room at Dusit so we decided go go to Garden Bay instead of paying 750 for Breakfast at Dusit. Garden Bay is just a few minutes walk from Dusit. All the Staff were very friendly. We got a seat by the sea. We ordered the Breakfast Overload for 299. It was delicious and worth it. Definitely a good place to wat in Davao City.

it’s my first time eating at this place and i really love the place because it’s near the beach and i can feel the fresh wind. all i can say is that the food is 10/10! i’m so full right now :) will surely go back to this place!

The entrance is not very welcoming. It looked.. too outdoorsy. But when you go to the restaurant, the ambience changes. They have an air-conditioned area and an al fresco seating. Location: it’s not by the highway. You have to get to the end of Maryknoll Drive to get there. Place/Ambiance: The restaurant is good. The view is nice (not jaw dropping). There’re construction activities in the area which ruins the mood. But it’s okay. Price: We ordered their breakfast which is ₱ 299.00 per person. The price is just right for the loaded meal. Food: The food was delicious. Love their sikwate. Service: staff were friendly and accommodating.

Good service. Nice location. Food was good except for calamari which i believe was frozen and the tuna belly that was served gave us itchy mouth reactions. But they were quick to replace it with a better tuna belly. They were kind enough to give us a chair for the cake we brought.

Food is ❤. They have al fresco and airconditioned dining area good for family gatherings and events. Live band at night makes the dining experience more entertaining.

We went there on a Saturday night. The place was packed with people inside the restaurant but there were more tables outside. Kids were allowed to get inside their restaurant. Place: ⭐⭐⭐ it was spacious. The place was literally situated by the bay. Good parking space. I saw a playground but because of the pandemic, it was off limits. Staff:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ very pleasant and welcoming. Almost all sfaffs would greet you. They were courteous and friendly. Very good service. Food: ⭐⭐ We ordered crispy pata, seafood platter, and salmon soup. We loved the salmon soup. It was tasty. The crispy pata was a disappointment because the skin was not crispy at all. It wasn't worth the price. The seafood platter was just okay. Not that fresh. Should have asked for their best seller food. Price: ⭐⭐ was reasonable
