We stayed there for 1 week for me and my husband wedding, it was so shocking for their manager to want to speak with us over the phone and stressed about my period and etc., and charging us housekeeping worth ₱800 per cleanup which is supposed to be part of our stay and their hospitality.

My fiancée and I stayed for 6 days in this place and we really enjoy it! The staff are so nice and friendly and when the room that we intend to occupy is not yet available they also upgraded our room to the bigger one! It was so nice, clean and comfortable. The price was very affordable and we plan on visiting this place again next time. This is by far the best place we stayed during our trip in the Philippines!

The suite and the family feeling was wonderful and strongly distinctive, as it transported us to the family atmosphere in hospitality, attention, cleanliness, and attention to detail, and it will certainly be my residence when I next visit without a doubt, so thank you on thing i hope it will change soon, rooms cleaning here is not free and today it costs 600 pesos. I hope it will change in the future to become free like other 5 star hotels and tourist resorts.

I have stayed here on multiple trips. Very clean and modern rooms. Great air conditioning. Full kitchen. Location convenient to Davao International Airport, malls and Roxas night Market.

Great staff and place but head honcho Canadian owner is very rude and angry. He treats customers like rats and is very judgemental. If you have an issue and have to talk to him prepare yourself to be harassed and ridiculed and sworn at and threatened. This guy needs to be fired and replaced by a real Filipino who treats customers the right way. This Canadian owner is giving the beautiful city of Davao and Filipinos a bad name shame on him. PCC will be receiving a complaint against him.
