Excellent hotel, likely the best in David. Price was low for the spacious room. Nice bed, excellent shower, and breakfast was substantial. The staff were very professional and always friendly.

Wow great experience. Excellent and amazing staff from every department. There is always a smile, courtesy and pleasantness with every encounter with each staff members. Whether in the dining room or room service, it one of the best that I have ever experienced. Very clean, comfortable room and likewise awesome staff!!!

Great friendly staff, super helpful and offered to go the extra mile, saw us walking the dog, came and suggested safer area to do so. Breakfast was included and they provided ample options. Got the discount room which was simple but had everything we needed. Extremely clean. Our waitress we had every morning and first dinner there was excellent, she really made our stay!!!

A comfortable hotel just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the many hotels in El Centro. The staff here were exemplary always smiling and willing to do that extra bit to make our stay enjoyable. Aranjuez is about a $2 taxi ride to just about anywhere in David. If your Spanish is rusty learn to say Hotel Aranjuez and Via Aeropuerto and just sit back and enjoy the ride! If we need to stay in David again we'll definitely return to Hotel Aranjuez.

Quite. Good mattress. Hot shower. Returned 4 years later. Rooms are better at Ciudad de David Hotel, but, if you are value conscious, this place is hard to beat when they throw in breakfast. Also, parking is secure.

Very nice modern hotel when staying in David. Rooms are a little small but clean and serviceable. Staff was helpful and courteous. Would stay again for sure. Book directly with the hotel for best price. Restaurant is very good, 2 for 1 drinks happy hour Monday through Saturday. Great deal!

I mistyped the date of our stay and they had rooms available but refused to accommodate us. Yes! They made us pay double! I asked to speak with the manager and they "claimed" he lives in Mexico! Good luck manager for poorly administrating a hotel in Panama from Mexico!

My hubby and me stay here for 5 days around Christmas time. and was very nice, the people was very kind, and the hotel was very clean, was near shopping centers and restaurants. The bar and the food was good, but not so great, need improvement on the quality of food like better choices of food. That is my reason for 4 star.

We enjoyed our stay here. Liked · The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Had hot water, AC, Internet and cable TV. The restaurant was nice, had good food and friendly service. Yessenia at check-in was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was very convenient with good service. Disliked · Noise from the street was loud in the evening and early in the morning. Single pane windows do not keep out much sound.

We loved our stay here. Just in town for one night and they gave us an early checkin after providing a free shuttle from the airport. All staff spoke fluent English and Spanish. The bed was so comfortable, there was cable television and good bathroom toiletries. An excellent breakfast come with the room rate that included coffee, juice- a big bowl of fresh fruit and your choice of eggs/ pancakes, etc. We also ate dinner and had drinks there. The gin drink of the day was made perfectly, ceviche was excellent and a large portion, hubby had a tasty roast beef sandwich and I had a chicken Caesar salad that was fresh with grilled, juicy chicken. We also got free cocktail coupons that we forgot to use but the prices were very good without them. Highly recommend this for their comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and excellent food.

Yes, this is a 5 star review and I will get back to that. First a couple of tiny negatives. I didnt like my first breakfast here. Must have been a different chef though because the others were very good. Also their cream of broccoli soup was way too watery. Now for the great. Literally everything else. The staff here is a master class in customer service. Every interaction I had with an employee, from front desk to kitchen to cleaning was amazing and made me feel at home. Im sorry I don´t know anybodys name, but good job guys. I stayed in two different rooms, one was smaller but both were very comfortable and spacious. The food in the restaurant was overall great and other than the minor gripes above I can find nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend.

I really wanted to like this place, its not bad but certainly not 4 or 5 stars. Nice secure parking in the back, the water was luke warm and was told it was normal: Restaurant was OK but no more than 3 stars as well. Rooms were small but functional. AC was either too hot or too cold. Not a great area but the hotel was very safe. Music kept us up till 2am. Previously we stayed at the Hotel David near the bus terminal- way better facilities (and restaurants) for the same price. i will say the staff is great and very accommodating, its just the facilities are no more than average .

The hotel employees were so warm and welcoming. The rooms were nice and cool with a sleek design. Breakfast was also great, consisting of fresh and tasty foods. I would say, they are missing some kind of welcoming party at the front and some signs to clear up the parking situation. Other than that, a great place for a comfortable stay near the city.

Great staff, we were able to change the TV to English, close to the airport, free airport shuttle, excellent food and drinks.

Great menu, one of the best burgers-juicy but fully cooked. Shower had fabulous water pressure. Staff was very helpful and helped in anyway they could. Very attentive. No coffee maker in the room but the bar staff didnt snicker at my morning hair, hahaha.
