BIG OW Starbucks with plenty of outdoor space. Fast, friendly, and very clean! Definitely one of the bigger Starbucks I’ve seen with ample staff there to accommodate your needs!

Great space for reading or working. Decent amount of available outlets. Consistently busy and slightly louder than prefer on a Saturday morning but still open spaces to sit. Kind staff, accurate and tasty order.

Been coming to this location for a min. Love the staffs. Everyone always friendly. Today I decided to try the ( red velvet loaf ) which was delicious something different for me. I usually always get a Venti White Mocha Chocolate with extra shot but today I got an tall. This hit the spot. Great way to start out the morning. I recommend this location 🥰

Chelsea was at the window this morning lovely person and great service. She and the staff are always amazing. This is the only location that makes the drinks exactly how I ask!!

Starbucks never disappoints! The drinks are always consistent. They ran out of a syrup I ordered and helped me create a different drink which was as delicious! One of my favorite coffee places ever! This one was large and a great place to meet friends or to study.

Placed an app order for a simple cappuccino at 9:15 on Saturday morning. There is 8 people working and it’s now 9:35 and I’ve yet to receive my coffee. This place needs to get it together and form a better system. I’ve never seen such chaos.

Starbucks continues to get slower and slower even for mobile orders. Quality still there but be prepared to wait past the given time by a significant amount. Also the parking lot and drive through stacking are much too small.

This location SUCKSSSSS. Andrew Jackson location is less than 5 minutes away, definitely worth the drive. Old hickory is slow and the staff has no means for customer service. They will not greet you or address you. They made one of my drinks out of the two then made 8 other drinks before making my second. I waited almost 40m after I placed my order for my coffee. Andrew Jackson location will be my hub now lol this one sucks

Love this Starbucks. Come here almost every day to get a venti cold brew. Liza is always so kind, and sometimes the baristas will get my drink out as soon as they see me walk in. I really appreciate everyone here - thanks for being awesome!

All Starbucks are pretty good but this particular location we stopped at was exceptional all around. Both of our drinks were absolutely delicious and out bakery items were fresh and heated. Customer Service at the drive thru window was above par.

This location often makes the drinks incorrectly. I wish they enforced a standardized way of making the drinks because they’re always different. I stopped by today to get an Iced Oat Milk Shaken Expresso, and most of the cup was filled with milk. I kindly asked if it could be remade since it was mostly milk, and the barista argued and kept going back and forth with me in the Drive-Thru line. Very disappointed with the customer service.

$30 for a messed up order, a broken lid, and half caf hot water. Ordered two coffees and two food items. They messed up one of the food items and gave us a sandwich rather than egg bites, which wasn't that upsetting, but once in the car we found the cheap cold drink lid faltered immediately, spilling coffee everywhere. A little farther on the drive realized my peppermint mocha was infact not mocha, didnt have any peppermint flavoring, and was without whipped cream. This was really disappointing as they charged us for a peppermint mocha and it even says it on the label. They were really busy so I understand but really? The people were nice at least and the space is nice, but don't go on a weekend morning. Not the first time going here has been faulty, but this was just sad. Too far away at that point to fix the order as well. Please just pay a little bit more attention, Starbucks employees.
