I went to the Lacoste boutique to buy a gift for my husband .The staff was helpful and the manager Patricia even went out of her way to assist me all the way, she gift wrapped me purchase and made me feel very special. Thank you!

no exchange with out a box ....provided receipt purchase/ for Saturday but still denied help ....just wanted a different color ....your statement has to be in a sealable condition really since when a box is a seal containment lol very disappointed ...now have to travel overseas unsatisfied thanks Lacoste

If not for my love of the brand, I wouldn’t have purchased items here. The customer service is horrible; Patricia’s customer service particularly.

Don’t suggest working here. Feed you lies and sell you dream. My bf applied here for stock supervisor and when he started working they said the position doesn’t exist no more... so he applied for something and it out of no where the position isn’t there & told him he will hold keys but didn’t even much give him that. Asked for a transfer couldn’t even give him that. Will make sales on the floor but not get commission when others who make commission on the floor aren’t participating. Also when he quit they put on indeed that they are looking for a ‘stock supervisor’.. wouldn’t suggest going there or even applying there. Ohhh management sucks.

Really excited with this new store, was there today and Brant helped us out, he is very attentive and super nice (if there look for him). Juan was very rude to all of us, but I believe he was having a bad day… overall recommend this location!

This is an excellent Lacoste location with a splendid staff! The store is laid out very well and is always stocked with the latest releases and collections. The onsite team is always attentive and helpful, go above and beyond to help you find the right item and size.
