Positive
points:
We
stayed
in
a
spacious
and
well-equipped
studio
with
two
queen-size
beds.
The
hotel
is
close
to
Bal
Harbour
Beach.
You
could
even
catch
a
glimpse
of
manatees
with
a
little
(or
even
a
lot)
of
luck.
Negative
points:
The
early
front
desk
closing
time
at
5:00
PM:
we
had
to
call
several
times
before
our
arrival
to
get
the
necessary
information
for
self-entry
(door
access
codes).
+
We
encountered
a
maintenance
issue
in
our
studio.
Unfortunately,
no
one
was
on-site
to
assist
us
in
resolving
the
problem.
This
establishment
resembles
more
of
an
aparthotel
with
limited
on-site
staff
presence,
which
can
be
inconvenient.
Regarding
cleanliness,
the
room
was
clean
upon
our
arrival.
Still,
we
preferred
to
be
informed
that
the
daily
cleaning
service
was
an
additional
charge
to
our
reservation,
costing
$60.
Similarly,
parking
was
an
additional
fee
($20).
While
this
is
common
in
many
Florida
hotels,
it's
important
to
highlight
for
travelers
who
might
be
surprised
by
these
extra
costs.
I
don't
know
if
this
is
true
for
all
rooms,
but
ours
was
poorly
soundproofed.
The
condition
of
the
pool
was
subpar,
as
it
was
poorly
maintained
and
dirty.
While
it
might
serve
as
a
base
for
one
or
two
nights,
it
might
not
be
recommended
for
extended
family
stays.
The
price
was
slightly
high
considering
the
quality
of
the
facilities,
but
the
Miami
Beach
location
could
partly
explain
this.
