My girlfriends and I stayed at the One Hotel residences in Miami Beach for the first time to celebrate our joint birthdays. I cannot tell you enough about how pleasant and outstanding our experience was staying there. The residence we stayed at was a 3 bedroom that slept 8 and it was amazing. It was clean, big and enough showers and beds to accommodate all 8 of us. We were met with nothing but warm hospitality and all the luxuries that a 5 star resort can offer. Our ambassadors Adriana and Danny made sure to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. They attended to all of our needs and I’d we needed anything or had any issues they would send someone over to help or fix it immediately. I would highly recommend this resort and I know for a fact that when not if I come back to Miami I for sure won’t stay anywhere else but here. It’s the perfect place for a girls trip or a big family.

We booked our stay at the one hotel through five star luxury and it couldn’t have been a better experience!! They were incredibly accommodating and hospitable from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They stayed in contact with us up until we arrived at the hotel and throughout the duration of our stay to check in and make sure we were well taken care of. As soon as we stepped into the hotel they came to greet us and take us to our rooms to make sure we were all settled in and comfortable. It’s the only company I’ll ever use to book a trip!!! Do not hesitate to book through this company if you want to have the best travel experience!!

I booked the 1 Hotel South beach thru Five Star Luxury Travel and have received 5 star service since my inquiry. My room had all of the hotel amenities included with the bonus of extra space , a full kitchen & a washer/ dryer. Not to mention you can’t beat their rates. Monica S in reservations was very attentive & helped make booking so smooth I extended to stay an extra day. The condo decor is sleek and stunning. The access to the house car for local drop offs was a huge bonus. The burger at the Beach Club is a must try & a very generous portion. All around great vibe & great service . I can’t wait to plan another trip back !

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the 1 Hotel. Adriana and Danny J are great hosts. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We especially loved our view from the balcony. We had access to the beautiful pools, beach, gym, and more at the hotel. The car service for short distances was super helpful as opposed to taking Ubers everywhere. Definitely would stay here again.

Our stay was seamless the entire time of the trip. Adriana and Danny J were at our disposal for anything that we needed. We were immediately helped as soon as we arrived and taken to the condo. Everything was as described, the steam shower was an extra bonus that I didn’t know about. I travel to Miami frequently and this is by far my favorite property to have stayed at. We had a fantastic girls weekend at this property. The condo was beautiful and clean. We had groceries and champagne delivered and Adriana (concierge) had everything put away and set up upon our arrival. Loved the amenities as well. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo in 1 Hotel. Kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms are spacious with high end products. Friendly management was very helpful with our needs. Would definitely stay in this condo again!

We had a wonderful time. The unit was terrific. It rained the first couple days and I thought our weekend getaway was ruined however being together in the unit with the beautiful water views was just what we needed. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly. I can’t wait to come back this winter.

Five Star Luxury is my go-to when I want an upscale stay on Miami Beach at a decent price. I’ve been a client for years. The units at 1 Hotel & Homes are spacious, impeccable and have great ocean or city views- you’ll get spoiled very easily. Pic below is sunset from our balcony. Love having a full kitchen! Five Star agents are friendly, reachable and communicative. They accommodated our requests for early check-in and late check-out. I love renting for myself for staycations and for visiting guests. I had the most incredible experience staying at this luxury Miami condo rental. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with impeccable service and a stunning view of the ocean. The bedrooms were luxurious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Great communication from the start. Beautifully decorated condo and the friendliest staff.. we loved our butler Vetti and Danny was the most helpful. Everyone said the beds were the most comfortable ever slept in. 3 bedroom 3 bath condo had more than enough room to accommodate a party of 8.

I love this place and love the service from Five Star luxury travel!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. First the place: beautiful, clean and better than the photos. All the decor is contemporary and looks brand new. The kitchen and the laundry appliances are high end and new. What makes the experience great, however, is the service especially Daniel and Gonzalo. They reached out prior to the visit multiple times to help arrange our transportation, groceries, reservations and any activities that we needed. It was better service than I have gotten at the One Hotel itself. Being able to use the One amenities was seamless and puts it over the top. I can’t imagine coming back to Miami and not using this team and this place again !

We stayed at this place for 10 nights Dec 2022. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel residences are the move - you get to stay in larger units with similar design, but enjoy the hotel pool, gym, and beach all the same as staying in the hotel. The residence side is actually quieter. The staff at the front desk and bellman all care about your stay. Furthermore, everyone at Five Star Luxury Travel make your stay special. Danny, Adriana, & Gonzalo made every arrangement for us that made our trip easy and amazing. We would definitely recommend this home and the company that manages it for a perfect stay in south beach.

Five Star travel was very professional and I enjoyed the entire experience. I communication was prompt and the representatives were very friendly. The room was clean, beautiful and just as advertised. Adriana was especially wonderful and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend Five Star and will look to use them again.

The condo was absolutely as described even better in person. Immaculate, cleaning and great prompt service. The photos look exactly like the room and I loved every minute of my stay! Had a wonderful time using the amenities and the pools. The hotel residence lobby was very calm and clean and the service and staff were five star. My entire stay was amazing. From the moment I arrived Danny and Adriana made me feel right at home with all the amenities of a five star hotel. They were on hand with me 24/7 with any request I asked for. I’ve stayed in many airbnb’s in my time but this is hands down the best by far. If you stumbled across this listing, do yourself a favor and just go ahead and book it before someone else does (or I do, because I’ll definitely be coming back often!)

Our family’s second time staying here with Five Star. The condo itself and the service have been outstanding. We will certainly look to come back whenever we want a great time in Miami. Waking up to that view of the ocean is something I will never get tired of!

This place exceeded our expectations. We were right on the beach with easy access. The hotel has three great pools and the restaurants had great food and solid service. Concierge was super helpful and responsive to all of our questions. The view is better than the pictures. We definitely recommend it!

The Five Star Team is truly 5 stars. Came to 1 Hotel Residences for my wife’s birthday. They set up a beautiful bouquet and Rose in the room with less than 24 hour notice. Booking dinner reservations through them was smooth and easy, they requested for specific tables that we would not have known to do. Quick responses to any questions or requests. Made the trip relaxing and seamless.

The residences at the 1 Hotel were absolutely breathtaking!! We were here for my daughter’s bachelorette party with a group of 11 ladies and booked two rooms through Five Star Luxury Travel. Our vacation exceeded our expectations and we are so sad to leave!! We will definitely be back again soon!!

We Stayed at this residence/ hotel for a few nights. It was definitely a 5 star and much more. All the food from the restaurants were delicious and the customer service is beyond exceptional! Our 3 bedroom Condo is beautiful with an ocean front view that is amazing! We are definitely returning!

I made booking for a residence with them 4 night: Beach Dreams 1/1 Ocean View Condo 1416 paid $2,100 US. So I made check in the 11/17/2023, no one show me the room but left me key at front desk witch was fine with me, I installed my self in the room and my 3 year old child, the room looked fine. Next day I woke up at 6 am with sun light , that’s when I realized there’s no blackouts, only roller shades that don’t block complete sun light. I reached out immediately and ask them to be changed of room or even cancel my reservation, they told me they’ll work on this issue and offer me to go buy blackout at my expense, then a supervisor came and inspected the shades and informed me they were fully booked and needed time to find and solution and they were going to contact me. After calling them all that, sending messages and emails, never gave me a solution but just “they are working on it” my child cannot sleep, the goal of my vacation and booking was to sleep and rest, plus I feel there’s no privacy since the shades are see thru everyone can observe me and my family. This type of shades are installed on the living room and main room.

I recently stayed at a charming 1-bedroom Airbnb in Miami Beach, and it was an absolute gem! The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the beautiful beach and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom was comfortable, and the living area was well decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs, and the bathroom was clean and modern. One of the highlights of this room was the stunning view from the balcony. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails while taking in the breathtaking ocean view. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway in Miami Beach. It was a memorable and delightful stay!

Booking experience with Five Star Luxury Travel was fantastic and seamless. Great communication. We booked a 4 bedroom penthouse at 1 hotel. Adriana was a perfect host. Met us promptly after we arrived. Room was spotless with all the amenities you could need. Will book through Five Star for all future travel to South Beach.

Promised unit in picture and was switched to another unit on day of arrival. No black out shade in bedroom and the roller shade was broken in bedroom. Needed maintenance which they sent during my stay and never repaired. No view of ocean from any sitting area only the patio. I booked ocean view see pic. No restitution so far. Would not even accommodate a late check out. Conceirge services is also a sham after the meet and great. This is my second bad experience and I will not give the company a third, regardless of the promises to make it better. Last time we had no toilet paper replenishment the entire stay and housekeeping showed up once, instead of everyday as booked. When you are on vacation you don’t want to worry about maintenance and not recieving what you booked. Avoid this stress and frustration from lack of service.

We had a trip booked to Miami and booked our stay through this company. One of our party was then diagnosed with cancer and had to have an operation which coincided with our dates. We asked to postpone our trip and gave them all the information. Multiple calls and emails went ignored for weeks. Note, we did not ask for a refund - just an amendment to the dates. Eventually we found the owner's email and they only then responded, refused to changed our dates and kept ALL of our money (and we had splashed out and booked an expensive apartment). If you want to book with a company that has morals, is trustworthy and responds to you if you need to do anything at all, do not use them.
