My wife and myself have lived here full time for the past 3 months and we love it here! Itโ€™s a small cozy park where all the neighbors are truly friendly and watch each otherโ€™s back. Angie the owner is amazing! Any issues or concerns sheโ€™s only a phone call or text away. She keeps the park super clean, no junk RVs and no hoodlums hanging around. We also own a boat and love the convenience of the on-site marina. Our boat is literally steps away from our RV site. We lived at a nearby park for 3 years before we moved here and all I can say is I wish we moved here sooner!

This park was a blessing to me and my husband back in February and March of this year. We sold our house and needed a place to stay in a pinch to park our RV and live for a few months to work before leaving for Oregon. Angela was kind and professional. She made sure we took the last spot during high season in Fort Lauderdale ( there are literally zero RV spots in the winter!). The park is clean, well kept and safe. The marina is beautiful to walk at night with a glass of wine. The airplanes flying over was the best part. We loved to sit outside at night and watch them coming downโ€ฆ we will definitely consider staying again or recommending it to anyone. Thanks again, Angela!

The owner at this part is essentially a crook. I have had a ton of issues with power and the owner takes a very ''I don't care attitude' to everything. The location is TERRIBLE!!! Unless you want to have the terrible noise of airplanes every 5 minutes FIND ANOTHER PLACE! The place is so bad we had to cancel our stay there and she would not even give a refund of any kind. Cold and heartless! I will be reporting her and this park to the BBB!

This is a beautiful place. I am really pleased that there is a place like this so close to downtown Ft Lauderdale and just a mile from Dania Beach and the really cool Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. The owner is a real gem. A real joy to speak to. Rates are more than fair and the people here are really nice and friendly. Iโ€™m glad I found this place.

My Son has lived in this RV park for 7-8 months. He started a job at the Airport next door but he didnโ€™t have a place to live yet. We drove down from Tampa and found this RV park and it was full but after we called The Rv Park and explained the situation, Angela, who owns the Park, met us there and found a spot for him which relieved a lot of anxiety. It was perfect for him as his job is next door which allowed him to learn about the area and figure out where he wanted to live. My Son works in aviation so the planeโ€™s landing noise didnโ€™t bother him at all in fact he kinda enjoyed it. The park is safe and secure and good restaurants close by especially the local breakfast places. Angela keeps a tight ship and is fair plus always stopped to chat to make sure all is ok. Heโ€™s moving into a condo now and we are getting our RV back. I would not hesitate to stay in this Park when I visit him. Note: 8 months in RV and power never failed and internet by Xfinity was good too. We are very appreciative of Angela helping our Son and keeping an eye on things as this was his first living away experience starting out.

NorthCoast is a beautiful quaint little park with beautiful landscaping nestled right between a marina and nearby Fort Lauderdale Airport. For those that prefer a much quieter campground, this is the perfect place for you. The park is very much peaceful and the small grounds gives you a sense of community-like atmosphere. The only occasional noise you may hear is the sound of incoming planes, but even with that you can make it an experience too if you sit on your patio and watch the planes flying over the park. At night rest assured you can still get a good nights sleep. The park owner, Angela was nice and very accommodating from the moment we met her. She even met us once we arrived. Although there is no on-site management, she is always prompt and professional whenever contacted. If your looking for a cozier experience to camping, this is a good park to consider. The park is conveniently located near a major highway for getting around to just about all of North and South of South Florida. The closest attractions are just off the next exit in Dania Beach with all sorts of dining, shopping and entertainment. For even closer conveniences, you will find local eateries, a gas station, and grocery stores just on the main road near the park. All in all, the park is a perfect little gem.

Started a job locally in the peak of snowbird season, while other campgrounds either didn't answer their phones, never returned phone calls after leaving messages or were full, Angie answered me immediately and got me a spot even though I have a larger camper which makes finding spots a pain. Campground is only 15 minutes from the beach and everyone in the campground is friendly and quiet, no having to worry about loud or troublesome neighbors. Will definitely be coming back

Northcoast is a quaint, well maintained RV park community. It accommodates units of all sizes and is conveniently located. The park owner Mrs. Angela takes great pride in making sure the park stays in tip top shape and that everyone is satisfied. She has been a blessing to us as newcomers to Ft. Lauderdale and is always available to offer great advice about the area and accommodations. We highly this recommend this park!

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay at Northcoast Trailer Park. Angela has been so accommodating and helpful, making our stay even better. Our site is spacious with a blacktop pad for the motorhome and a large concrete patio. The grounds are profesionally and beautifully maintained with large grassy areas. Angela is constantly working on improvements to the park and her caring attitude is reflected in the park's appearance. Yes, we are by the airport. The arriving aircraft are heard for about 8 - 10 seconds, departures a little longer which really has not been a problem for us. Flights seem to arrive in waves, leaving lots of quiet time. We have easy access to I-95 and shopping is nearby. We would certainly return to Northcoast when visiting the area and would recommend it to fellow travelers.

This park is awesome! The people are so friendly. Also very close to great restaurants, the beach, shopping and Casinos. Angela really worked with us on our last minute reservations due to a family emergency. Very pet friendly everywhere you go around here which was important to us. We are sad to leave but will definitely be back

My wife and I moved to FL in peak season and Angie the owner was able to give us a site even though the park was very full. We had to use a portable black tank to the dump station but she saved us when everything else in the area was jammed full. Once some of the snowbirds left we were able to move into a prime spot near the marina and now have full hookups and cable through Xfinity. The park is quaint but well maintained. There isnโ€™t on site management but most people are full time and keep an eye out for one another. Any issues arise and Angie is super prompt to help and Steve comes to the park on a regular basis to manage and keep everything cleaned up. Before we left Texas Angie gave us all the information we needed, including that we are in the flight path for FLL. The planes are a minor annoyance but I enjoy the quaint marina front and being minutes from everything.

The lady on the phone was rude. She was super nosey asking me what I did and where I was currently staying which I feel is none of her business. She accused me of my mother calling to ask about availability. Iโ€™m a grown woman and I donโ€™t need my mother calling for me. Phone etiquette is terrible. Rates are outrageous. I will never stay here.

The owner, Angela has been so nice and accommodating to me! Iโ€™m a 60 yr old woman flying solo and her RV park, I feel very safe in! Plenty of room between RVs and great neighbors!

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ My mom has lived here for more than 15 years. It's a great little community and is family owned. Ladies in the office are genuinely kind and helpful.
