There
aren’t
enough
stars
to
post
about
Dr.
Jeffrey
Cantor
and
his
team.
I
am
a
Certified
Registered
Nurse
Anesthetist
CRNA
and
have
experience
providing
anesthesia
for
many
spine
surgeons
in
South
Florida.
When
we
found
out
that
my
partner
would
need
and
anterior/posterior
cervical
spine
procedure
I
knew
precisely
who
to
go
to.
Because
of
my
background,
working
with
many
surgeons,
in
many
specialties,
I
am
often
asked
by
friends
for
recommendations.
Never
the
less,
when
my
partner
needed
surgery,
I
did
my
homework.
We
sought
out
three
opinions,
surgical
and
non
surgical,
to
determine
if
surgery
was
indeed
necessary,
My
partner
Robert
was
very
active,
gym
5-6
days
a
week
and
hiker.
When
he
started
having
right
arm
weakness,
followed
by
a
rapid
loss
of
muscle
mass
cause
by
nerve
impingement,
we
knew
it
was
serious.
From
the
first
consultation,
and
explaining
ever
detail,
to
the
day
of
surgery
and
continuing
to
reassure
our
concerns,
Dr.
Cantor
never
rushed
a
single
conversation,
or
ever
pushed
any
course
of
action.
Simply
gave
us
his
well
qualified
option
and
recommendation.
After
more
of
my
own
research,
I
realized
that
waiting
could
put
us
into
an
emergency
situation
with
progressive
nerve
impingement,
and
we
wanted
to
avoid
that
at
all
cost.
We
decided
to
move
forward
with
the
procedure.
The
surgery
went
exactly
as
expected.
The
recovery,
rough
at
times,
also
went
exactly
as
expected
with
no
surprises.
Robert
followed
the
post
op
instructions
to
the
T.
Three
months
later,
he
is
pain
free,
back
in
the
gym,
and
regaining
the
muscle
mass
that
was
lost.
We
couldn’t
be
more
satisfied.
If
there
is
one
thing
I
could
impress
more
than
anything
else,
who
you
are
treated
by
first
probably
has
the
biggest
impact
on
surgical
outcomes.
This
includes
everything
from
pre
operative
care,
to
surgery,
to
post
op
care
and
rehabilitation.
As
far
as
I
am
concerned,
Dr
Cantor
and
his
team
are
the
best
in
South
Florida.
