I guess I need to stop giving a tip from now on? My order was supposed to be ready at 5:30pm but I never got an order update text like I always had in the past here and at other TXRHs. So when I got my food at like 6:10pm, it was cold, I thought they might have just been behind and that is why I had gotten no text, so not the case... Additionally, my order was supposed to have a bowl of chili, not a cup, I know the size difference as I've eaten at this TXRH and others, and have had both a cup and a bowl before... And what I received was a cup. If you're hungry, get food elsewhere I guess, because you certainly are not getting what you paid for... -Update- I got the order ready text at 6:30pm, a full 20min after I had picked it up... Photos are of my order receipt and of the cup, not bowl, of chili next to an empty side cup of steamed broccoli. And the order ready text at 6:30pm.

It's good! ... but I wouldn't know lately. The last few times I've been its been a 2 hour or more wait. Seems like the corporate policy is they will only run these restaurants at full capacity. Open a second location, open for lunch, expand seating, something. Not everyone wants to wait 2 hours and be crowded in.

I ate at the Roadhouse on 3-9-25. We had the most wonderful server He was quick to wait on us and very friendly. My sisters food was not cooked like she wanted and he quickly took it back to the kitchen and made sure it was correct After paying when I left I forgot to get my take home box. As I was going to my car he came out the door after me with my food in his hands. His name is Marcus. We have had him numerous times and he always excellent. Friendly, courteous and ready to please. Thank you Marcus.

Just the name you know it the best place to get steak they are always busy and there is a wait but worth it

We had Leslie as a waitress. I don’t ever remember having better service at any other restaurant. We didnt have to ask for anything. She saw something was low and she brought it. If the manager of Texas Roadhouse sees this review, you should have Leslie train your other servers. The food we ate was delicious. We got the fried pickles as an appetizer. Zero complaints from me.

Tara and Alexandria at the bar are top-notch! I ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer while I had a few drinks. The fried pickles were perfect, crispy and flavorful! Second, the Togo order was amazing! I ordered a New York strip with shrimp, steak fries and green beans, All to go. Medium rare of course, perfectly cooked and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to any traveler or local looking for top-notch service and meal!

Best Texas Roadhouse I have been to. I have eaten here many times and every single time the food and service has been excellent. The only knock I could say is that the restaurant is a madhouse because it is so popular but that is what tends to happen when you produce a good plate. Steaks are always cooked perfectly, burgers are nice size and juicy and both the fried pickles and rattlesnake bites are fried just right. I tend to sit in the bar area due to the overall crowd at the restaurant and the service there is just as good if not better.

What can I say, great food, excellent service and always a nice atmosphere. Roasted peanuts, definitely.
