Went to dinner for a family night out, spent about $20 a person. For drinks, appetizer, main meal, and a shared dessert. If you want cherry coke, they add a flavor shot of cherry to your coke and costs an extra $0.79. I would recommend the Mad Love Burger, has a spicy kick with a Parmesan crisp that gives it a nice crunchy flavor. We finished dinner with a long stack of donuts that come with chocolate or Carmel dipping sauces. (8 donuts in a long stack, and about 4 donuts in a short stack). Not a bad place to take the family out for an enjoyable dinner!

The staff here was incredibly helpful and accommodating in making sure there was either no black pepper in the foods I ordered or making sure it was made without it. I had the most amazing burger that was made without seasoning on the patty and my plain fries were still delicious with the campfire sauce they make. My brother tried the truffle fries and he said they were super delicious! I will definitely be back here

The water tasted like it was shipped in directly from Flint Michigan but other than that It’s a cool place. The venue is really neat and fun to look at. The parking is good and the location is nice. The service was good! We had our food within 10 minutes of ordering it however it was indeed a slow evening. The burgers were good, a step up from places like Applebees for sure. Fries tasted really good and not that pricey either. If you haven’t been to Red Robin’s I’d give it a try.

Our experience was just ok. We may or may not return. Customer service was great. Clean restaurant. And service was fast. Great sides, food was hot. Drinks were kept full. Everything had good flavor, the only problem was the bottom of my burger was soggy from my "toppings" that were on the bottom bun so my bun was soggy and it completely ruined my meal and I just stopped eating at that point. If you order your food to go, I would suggest getting the toppings on the side so you can enjoy your order. We may or may not return. Great for families, and they seat you fast. 👍

The food was great, but the service was terrible. The burger was tasty and filling. I loved the fries, especially in the fry sauce with the bit of bbq flavor. People who arrived after us had drinks and fries before we saw our server... and it wasn't busy. No refills. Barely any contact with her at all. Follow up: Guest support reached out because of our service. They didn't want to apologize or make things right, they just wanted the servers name. Talk about flubbing a chance to make things right. I did not give them the servers name and now have a much more negative opinion of Red Robin. Terrible customer service from corporate, the server who ignored us did a better job.

We decided to have dinner here with our girls (15 and 8) around 6:00pm and expected to wait, but we’re seated immediately. We opted for no appetizers, but my husband and oldest daughter got the strawberry lemonade while my youngest ordered a root beer float and orange juice. I was boring and just got a water (it’s the only thing that quenches my thirst). We looked over the menu for a few minutes and we’re able to quickly figure out what we wanted. My youngest got the Mac & cheese with fries, my oldest got the Royal Red Robin burger (sunny-side up egg) with onion rings, my husband ordered the Mad Love with fries, and I got The Southern Charm burger with fries. Quick note, they bring out your bottomless fries before your food gets there. When your food is served, it comes with hot fresh fries. They serve them with fry sauce (which has a hint of bbq) and ranch. Both are very delicious! My oldest loved her burger (it’s her favorite) and my youngest liked the Mac & cheese. My husband and I both liked our burgers, but I’ve had others there that are better (like the guacamole burger). We decided to get dessert because they had a limited time pumpkin spice milkshake. My husband and I shared one of those and it was delicious! They brought out the shake in the picture as well as extra shake in a metal cup. My oldest ordered the Oreo shake and we opted for the smaller size. Good thing we did because it took both girls to finish it(they were stuffed). My favorite part of Red Robin were the delicious steak fries covered in either fry sauce or ranch and the milkshake that was on point!

I’m a frequent visitor of Red Robin, it’s a great place to eat and the servers have always been pretty awesome too. You can ask for fries while you wait, and they have a really good sauce that they serve with them. The establishment is clean and I’ve never had anything wrong with my food, it’s very consistent and delicious. My personal recommendation is the tavern double, which if you want a smaller and cheaper version of the royal red robin you can add the egg for $1.50. It’s one of my favorite places to go in Layton for burgers.

The food was great, service excellent and I appreciated that our party was allowed to talk as long as we wanted. We were welcomed and not hurried out. Thanks for a great experience!

We just enjoyed a Friday night dinner. Considering the day and time we were seated quickly. Our server was busy so we waited a little bit here and there but the service was still good. The food was hot and cooked well. The drinks kept getting topped off and never empty. My wife ordered a BLT. My son and I ordered the Bar wings(bone in) with Buzz sauce. My other son and daughter ordered Mac n cheese and oranges. Overall it was a great experience. Pretty average experience this time to Red Robin. Food was good. Business was slow so we were seated quickly. Server seemed a little new. Far from our best experience but very far from our worst. Food was good.

I hadn’t been here in so long and it was still so good! The place was packed but we were greeted right away and our server kept checking on us frequently! So that’s great itself. So I love the free refills on the fries and the root beer floats, and I get them every time! I ordered the chicken tender salad and had them toss the chicken on buffalo sauce and it was so yummy and the salad was huge! We also ordered the new pretzel burger and that was so good too with the side of cheese sauce to dip in, yum!

My husband and I visited this red robin on Sunday evening around 7:00 P.M. We called to check about the wait time for 2 people and were told 20 minutes but when we arrived it was 30 minutes. There were lots of people waiting so we just left our name and went to target! When we received the text message we were seated within 2 minutes. The restaurant feels very spacious and it was clean. There were menus and seasonings and condiments on the table for us. The waitress was quick and friendly. We asked for fries pretty much immediately and she was exceptional at doing that for us! She was very quick and responsive and made sure our drinks were also full. She also made sure that we had campfire sauce and ranch. The food was amazing as always. We received lots of fries. My husband got the monster burger and I got the Whiskey BBQ Chicken sandwich. we had a birthday burger and the waitress took applied the discount with any questions or problems. She really was an exceptional waitress and for that reason alone I would go back to this specific restaurant. Red Robin is winning with this server. I didn't catch her name but she had a beautiful red and black ink tattoo on her forearm.

We had the best little waitress. She was awesome. I'm usually not a very good tipper but we gave her a decent tip. The reason for the 2 rating on food is the streak fries were the worst we have ever had there. In the past they have already been hot, crisp and fresh. But these were warm and limp. Our sandwich was great. The fries were no fault of the waitress and she was very busy. Great service!!!

Food is always great. Love the bottomless fries! I ordered the Burning Love burger with a fried chicken filet. It was spicy and delicious! Eat the flame grilled jalapeño on top at your own risk!

After years of very happy experiences, I finally have a complaint: their "Yukon Chips" are just a small handful of unsalted Ruffles. Not worth the price, and kinda misleading. Otherwise, I love Red Robin!

The best fries I've ever had! They have amazing seasonings and dipping options, and all of their appetizers are awesome. Their drinks are incredible as well and they have so many options, the peach sunrise lemonade was to die for. And the food... it's really incredible. This place has better food than a lot of upscale expensive restaurants. They are busy but they are super efficient with their wait line - and this place is worth the wait.

Haven't been in a long time, and went with some friends. I ordered their spicy hamburger, I forget the name of it, and it was quite delicious and was cooked and prepared well. However it could have had more heat in my opinion. On a 1-10 scale of increasing heat, this was a 2, it was present but not overwhelming. The steak fries were cooked right and they kept them coming. They had some good fry sauce to go with them, and some they had a season-all type shaker if you like that too. My drink was brought out fast but took a long time to be refilled, and we had a long wait for food after ordering. Service was polite and helpful when available but our server was not around much for such a large table. I will probably visit again, but won't go with a large party.

Coming here often for me is an honor I cannot explain well enough, this place is one the best places to come eat when you have a big or smaller group, the food is SO delicious, and the portions are massive! Tasty and enough to fill you up, although more on the pricey side, red robins gives away multiple coupons and gift cards through the mail! The employees here are super enthusiastic (For when I came), the person I had was super nice and was really willing to help us find good options to choose! Would love to come here again!

Seated quickly. Waiter was very polite and made sure we were taken care of. I was with my girlfriend, we had a great time. Our waiter made sure we liked our food and if we needed anything else. He was very polite. I would very much recommend, and I will be back soon😊

We have two toddlers and we absolutely love this place to take them to dinner! The balloons available up front are such a fun addition. The kids love that fries come asap and the waitress is always happy to bring the kids food right away if we order theirs right when we sit down. They bring so many fries that we’ve never needed to order more. The service is awesome and the food is tasty! We love their signature sauce! This last time we ordered the garlic broccoli and it was so good! I was also happily surprised that the side salad was fresh and delicious. If you have little kids this is the place to go!

We were very underwhelmed, especially for the cost. We are usually easily pleased. My two youngest (both over 8) said the grilled chicken smelled weird and wouldn't eat it. I smelled and agreed. Another (picky) daughter got her everywhere burger standard - plain with cheese. She said it was okay, but likes other places better. My other daughter and I got burgers. If I order something that says avocado, I want to know it's there, but there wasn't very much. Neither of us finished ours. There was nothing about it that had us saying, wow, that was a great burger. The best thing for everyone was the steak fries. Our server was great, and we loved all the pictures everywhere. But I wish we'd spent that $80 somewhere else.

Nice family friendly dinner on St. Patricks day! The food was really fresh, the staff was amazing. My lemonade was refilled before it was gone everytime! I highly recommend their specialty lemonade and burgers! There Yukon chips were actually really good, kind of like homemade potato chips.

Haven't been here in a very long time. And it was husband's idea today. Husband ordered Mad Love Burger. When waitress said it was her favorite and a customer favorite, well, I ordered it, too. I was finding it hard to choose when so many selections on the menu looked good. Don't know how long this all-you-can-eat, except onion rings, sides has been offered but it meant that very hot fries were brought to the table as an appetizer just a few minutes before our hamburgers. Sorry that I didn't get a photo of the too tall Mad Love Burger before smushing it down to an edible size. I only ate half. Guess I really did enjoy those too good steak fries with their slightly spicy, fuller version of fry sauce. Usually pass up desserts but RR had husband at "lemon" with our current homemade lemon dessert craze, so he ordered Freckled Lemonade Cake, which we enjoyed, even though we left with full stomachs (enjoyable meals) and lighter wallets (don't get this quality and selection cheap). Management: I'm sure you are well aware, but Kerrie is a gem!
