Put
an
order
in
at
10.53pm
and
the
order
was
accepted,
I
received
an
email
not
long
after
stating
there
was
a
problem
with
my
order
and
to
call.
I
called
in
and
was
advised
they
close
at
11pm
and
they
had
cancelled
the
order.
I
checked
my
account
this
morning
to
find
that
I
had
been
charged
for
a
cancelled
order.
I
have
then
called
the
shop
this
afternoon
to
ask
why
I
had
been
charged
if
I
received
nothing
to
be
told
if
they
had
cancelled
the
order
I
would
receive
a
refund
in
4-5
days!
The
young
man
on
the
phone
didn’t
even
ask
for
an
order
number,name
or
address
to
check
if
the
cancellation
even
took
place
or
if
everything
went
through
properly.
I
have
no
issue
with
them
cancelling
the
order
other
than
it
just
shouldn’t
be
possible
to
order
past
a
certain
time
if
the
establishment
is
closing
at
11,
also
with
most
fast
food
places
you
receive
a
cancellation
notice
email
to
confirm
the
cancellation
and
the
funds
are
not
taken
from
your
account
until
the
food
is
out
for
delivery.
I
am
almost
certain
the
order
was
not
cancelled
properly
by
papa
johns.
