Under very bad management and too think this is the 'new' management!!! Very nosey and always asking how much longer you be here when room is paid for the week. One of the managers came too my room at 930pm too ask. Im up at 430am, go away.

Disgusting! There was blood on the bathroom light switch, food on the walls in the kitchen, the fridge and stove were dirty. The windows had about an inch of bugs in them and there was hair and stains all over the sheets. There was empty beer bottles and vodka bottles in the hallway. Do not stay here!

We just called the office for the 2nd time today because there has not been any hot water. The first time I called the woman said it was her husband's birthday and could we talk about it later. We said sure, it's a birthday. We called back about 5, still no hot water. The guy yelled on the phone and complained about our big dog being in the room when he came in without permission earlier today. Except my dog has been with me all day. Luckily my kid video taped when he came into our room without a mask and ranted about other dogs and that the water just had to go further on the weekend. That the water would be warm if we left it for a while and that would be fine. We do pay extra for our pets and they have known about them all along.

I gave three stars out of fairness. I didn't stay at this motel, I just wanted to share my story. I asked the lady at the office if I could've a look into my room before I check in. The reviews are so bad, I wanted to make sure I like it here. The lady laughed about my request, but then agreed. I found yellow stains and quite a few hairs on the first pillow I grabbed. I get it, it's hard to get rid of all hairs, but yellow stains??? No way! So I went back and said I'm not taking this room and I explained way. The lady just shrugged her shoulders and said: it's up to you. She didn't offer me another room, she wasn't concerned about the situation, she just simply doesn't care. Sorry, but that's clearly NOT how you're going to make money. Very disappointing.

Stayed here while we finalized the purchasing of our house, and it was pretty bad. The rooms smelled of fungus, the bedings were damp and the front desk was very rude.

Fixes in hotel did not cover up old damage. Hot water took almost 5 min to be hot for the shower. Bright side it was a quiet sleep beds were comfortable and had stove and fridge for food. (Didn't check to see if they worked just that it had them)

Every person whom has written a bad report for this hotel, it has been warranted. The hotel should be closed down. How does it pass an audit? How does it pass a health authority check?? Spending one night at this hotel you would definitely have to self isolate and quarantine.

Normally I'd be very critical of the little things this motel may be missing but the small acts of kindness and care that the owners have shown while ive stayed here make up for the lack of Hilton like beds and Mariott pillows. They have great Wi-Fi, very hot albeit it difficult to set showers (had to play with the handles for about 3 min to deviate between ice cold and Sun hot but eventually got the Goldilocks temperature. The beds are very firm which can deter a lot of people but its extremely, and I truly mean extremely clean here. Definitely showing the hard hours the owners put into their business. Overall, I might bring my own pillow but would 100% stay here again. P.S. they have great towels and legitimately decent toilet paper haha. It's the little things in life.

Smelled musty when you walk in. Registering was ok, I booked on line but they had no info from that booking. Paid cash was told he needed to get the key and would bring change, never seen it. Went to room tv did not work, and phone was sitting on the stand with not even a cord running out of it to plug in. Manager had to change the receiver to get tv to work, hair on the sheets of the one bed, carpet was dirty with stuff on it, queen size mattress on double box spring. Bed was comfy though. Leaves a lot to be desired but I guess you get what you pay for.

I’ve been currently staying at this location. I booked a suite with a kitchenette. I later found out the t.v. and stove did not work. I was offered a hot plate which started drawing too much and almost shorted the electricity. What brings me to write the review is the fact the “owner” not once offered me compensation or asked what “he could do to make stay better” Aside from the filthy and dated room. BE AWARE …DO NOT STAY HERE.

there is no fire alarm in my room it's just the wiring hanging out of the ceiling only one plug in my room with an adapter of all 5 plugs run to it, I have to wedge the window closed with the snow brush because it will not fully close as well as there is black mold, and almost no heat. I don't feel safe in this hotell

We went here dureing my towns evacuation and the room was pretty bad there was enough hair in the drain to make a wig out of it the pipe under the bathroom sink was leaky the coffie maciene was dirty the room had a ton of dust and a cercuit was blown and the ac couldnt turn on, the sirvice is great though and they were very helpful. 3/5

I would give zero stars if I could. Refusing to help locals in need for a room for the night. Terrible customer service. Terrible management
