    Check all your food before you eat or drive away my experiences are getting worse and worse. Would a manager or employee eat this. The wrapper was ripped, the burger was in bad shape sauce was everywhere. Come on do better...

    Clean tables with quick service. Interior has been updated. Tea was good and hot Limited muffin selection in the evening but tasted fresh.

    Your customer service is TERRIBLE!!! When give the wrong order on delivery after waiting OVER AN HOUR for it, when it was clearly a packaging order considering our order number was on a wrong bag and all you have to say is it's the couriers fault. No maam, it's yours and just asking for a refund does not cover all the expenses of reordering and waiting. You keep 2 hungry kids happy for 1.5 hours waiting for food when fast food usually takes no more then 20 minutes, then be told to wait again. Nope! Thanks for no help at all or accountability from one very upset and disappointed momma.

    Being a semi-"out-of-towner" means that this isn't my local Ron's. That being said, its always a decent pit stop on our route. Always clean and up to McD's standards. I'm always shocked that managers at McDonald's seem to sign a lifetime contract...the same people are there for years....says something about them and/or the organization, doesn't it?

    Had to repeat order 4 times, not sure if was a new person. Food was ok, not its usual hot and fresh. Fries had no salt

    My wife and I went there on Saturday night at 11:40 pm and they were closed already. Even had barricades up so we couldn’t go through drive through. I always thought they were open 24/7. Very disappointing. If I could give it zero stars I would.

    Well, we started the order with MY order (burger & fries) which was clarified & confirmed then my husband ordered a Meal Deal - clarified & confirmed. Picked up order, we are short one fry. Go thru drive thru line stain and was told we’d have to pay cuts fir another fry. They also have us no receipt so we just drive away. Very unhappy.

    I guess it's hard to have good servers when the shift manager isn't very good at setting an example. This manager seemed to be overwhelmed by what the job requires and was too focused on the upcoming orders on the screen to be effective getting my order together very well. He got the quantity wrong having to be corrected by one of the junior workers twice before he understood what he was putting together, and was very sloppy putting it together to boot. He just threw the donuts into the box letting them land whichever way then tossed some napkins in on top and closed the lid, partially. Next, he put together the supplies for the box of coffee really willy nilly. Tonnes of cream with only four sugars, twelve cups but seven lids and a couple napkins for an order that was for ten people. I had the distinct impression he was eager to see me leave and couldn't be bothered to put any effort into a non- typical order. Having gone through this experience it now makes sense why there are so many order errors and poor service here so often. Why would the employees put in more effort than the manager does?

    Wow. All I can say is wow. Went through on our way home, to feed our very hungry kids after a full day of travel. 2 items were missed, we reminded them of the drink, which they didn't put on the order, and it was given to us. Awesome. Then our food comes; and there is a large fry missing. We politely tell them we had ordered that as well, so they charge us for the fries which is fine and ask us to pull forward it will only be a moment. We said no we will wait at the window if it will only be a second because we have 2 tired cranky kids in our car and really at this point we shouldnt have to wait for a meal we ordered and paid for. All is well until their chief training something or other comes over and tells us we can't order at the window and then refuse to pull forward, we said we ordered at the speaker and explained the rest to her, she got huffy and said "whatever" marched back to the fries, threw them upside in the bag and practically tossed them out the window at us. I've never been treated so poorly by fast food staff. Do better cause with people like that working for you the reputation of this particular restaurant will go down quickly. I'm very upset by how my family was treated tonight.

    2 times in a row I’ve gotten rotten milk from this location. Expiry dates were good but milk was very spoiled. I’m either very unlucky or they aren’t storing it properly.

    It would be nice if they would take the time to read the ticket. I dont like getting a bag when I'm eating in the restaurant.

    Normally, we've had pleasant experiences. Today was an off day for sure. Our server that brought us our meal in the play place, wasn't very kind to reply to our 'good mornings' then I'm assuming the manager singled out our child who was not wearing socks.. ( we have been to the play place many times and have never had this issue, nor have I ever seen another child be singled out) We hadn't even drank our coffee before we were asked to go purchase socks from the front. Instead we took our coffees and left.

    so I called McDonald cause we got McDonald’s after school and I wanted sweet and sour packets and they didn’t give them and I have the receipt and it says it on there so I called them 2 times asked fora manger then there like manger here and said oh well we could give you fries for free or something then hung up then I called again said ya you guys just hung up and didn’t give me what I asked for and then they hung up again. Like it’s a simple task you guys should be ashamed like hire people who understand how to do something the amount of times stuff like this has happened is outrageous.

    Truckers will understand. Middle of the night can even stop and get a bit to eat and go to the bathroom. Fort St. John way better service for the trucker out there! They even have a door bell so after hrs truckers can use the bathroom and order a bit to eat inside of freezing outside… on the other hand Dawson creek has no respect

    Usually good service, fast, efficient and friendly. Thursday night I was in there and the service was horrible and it was so slow. Maybe just an off night?

    The drive through is always consistent at McDonald's, except when their screen doesn't work. Most people don't need a menu for McDonald's anyway, except to see what the price has gone up to this week.

    Went here Sept 3, noonish. Chaotic. Cashier, a male, looked too uninterested in serving customers. No paper printed on the self serve kiosk, making customers don't know what their order numbers are, and the cashier was just mumbly when asked. Like....wow, so helpful, mate 😅 Fries weren't salted at all, 3 orders, all were tasteless 🙈🙉🙊 Ordered 2 Ice coffees L and S, however we received M and S, which made us...huh???!!! Did they change cup size now? We just got a cup yesterday (at another location) and L was not this small 🤣 Seriously...CHAOTIC branch!

    Wasn't expecting the best of the best, I mean it's mcdonalds, but cold nuggets that had been sitting all day with a bad smell and taste when you Bite into it. Isn't okay. I can deal with cold fries or getting my order wrong. But this experience is by far the worst. It's called fast food not serve old food.

    I never had a bad experience at our local McDonald's, but I don't believe anything they serve is exactly healthy. So for that reason I give it a 4 star. I do however recommend there crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap!!
