One of the best experienced is to be on top of the highest mountain of dubai 'jebel jais'. Despite of long hours of drive, the amazing views from the top of mountain will give you a satisfaction and happiness to witnessed the beauty from the top to button of the mountain. Overall satisfied and worth it to visit. Recommended for everyone.👌🙂

This is excellent place for people who are looking for hiking & trekking. We spend around 5 hours here and did end to end 4 km trekking. Beautiful scenery and beautiful mountains. You will find mountain goats 🐐 on your way.. Make sure you carry a lot of water as the hike is exhausting. It is not very difficult, but sometimes confusing so keep following the marks on rocks to complete 4km. It takes you to the highest point in UAE accessible on foot. On our way back, we visited the highest restaurant in UAE - had food and wine there. You can park at the viewing deck and then start your trek from there. Must go for all who love hiking / trekking.

2 degrees in the morning! Make sure you have thick mats or a comfy portable bed / airbed and thick blanket and clothes to survive the night! Amazzzing picturesque views and extremely cold night and early morning! This is indeed a must try camping spot!

I love this trail. It is colder here than other trails as it has a higher altitude. Make sure to have a good rest before hiking here coz it may be a little challenging. It is still good for beginners as they have a clear trail and you have to register yourself from the starting point which makes you feel safe knowing that if something bad happens (God forbid), someone will find you within the day. When you reach the top, you will see a nice cafe and the top of jebel jais sledder and zipline.

One of the best place for winter camping. I have been here at the very beginning of the winter but this time it’s on 30 November. Temperature was 11c and chilling . You can get the support of wood fire to keep you warm. But please make your Woodfire in a metal box or something so that it’s easy to throw ashes in to the designated location. Make sure to carry proper winter clothing The colors of the sky during sunrise is amazing and that’s something not to missed out . Negative facts: Haven’t seen the improvement of the washroom’s facilities and it’s not in a good condition.

Nothing to get excited about this! Distance: 8.5 km (to and fro) Duration: 4 to 5 hours Difficulty level: Easy Trail Type: Line First question is why would you go for this trail? No need. It's boring. No fun, no good views. And yes, you have to pay also (5 AED per head). It goes along the road with no views. So you don't the feel of hiking. It's a totally dry terrain. What good? Good for a family picnic with kids. You can good (not great) sunset from the platform before flag.

Hillstation in the middle of the desert, that's what Jebel Jais is. Loved the climate there as well as the drive up to it. Roads were newly laid and wide enough. Lots of upgrades are still ongoing. It has the potential to become the best tourist destination of the region. The zip line there is an added attraction, although it was closed on the day we went.

It is experience of getting to the highest point and enjoying sunset while cold breeze is chilling your skin.. bring with you tea or coffee and let the kids play in the play area. It's 5 dhs per adult and free for kids use the parking lot there it's complementary with the tickets.. keep tickets you need it to move between the two designated areas for photo shoots and binoculars observers. Toilets and coffee shop are available too.

Very Beautiful Place ,with all the facilities one can need in that area ,with World longest ZIP Line, Bear Grylls Camp for hiking and Many other Activities like Roller Coater ,Highly Recommend for people visiting UAE ,So they can also see the mountains of UAE and have different experience other than Major Cities .

Great place to rest and enjoy the natural beauty of the views! Good time to visit I think it’s early morning or to see the sunset. Also not many places where you can sit so you should take something with you like small chair as for sure you will like to take longer time for the view!

Going there for the first time I was looking wow😲 I have been missing something here by not visiting the jabel Jais ever since. It is a nice, good environment and it's safe to walk there and I will visit again and I wish if you can try a visit there too.

This is the best time to visit Ras Al khaima jabel jais mountain.. best place to do camping with your family. Day become more fun with jais sledder and zipline adventure also with mountais trails. Day was so pleasant and the night was so cold and amazing. Peace of mind with star gazing. Guys don't forget to get your blanket. Have fun picnic lovers. Highly recommended.
