    I give them a 5 for care and a 1 for billing. Received a call on my home phone on January 3 regarding payment of my balance. This was only 3 days after receiving the invoice and 10 days before it was due. I felt like I was being called by a bill collector. I’ve seen others with this same issue post similar reviews and the company’s response blaming it on a billing company. If they really cared this isn’t a difficult problem to fix.

    I had back surgery at the beginning of April 2022. In less than two weeks they were texting me telling me I owed a balance. I had yet to even receive a statement in the mail. Also, I don’t know who gave you permission to text me but it sure wasn’t me. Then the phone calls started, at least one a day. I finally received the statement last week with a due date of June 3, 2022 (todays date is 5/25/22). Why in earth are you harassing people for money before it could even be considered late? If this company is so hard up for money, go to a bank and get a loan. I pray I never have to deal with you for anything ever again.

    My wife had a procedure in 2018. I just recently received the billing - 2 and 1/2 years later saying I owed a substantial amount. Of course they blamed my insurance company. How a billing company can expect payment that long after the procedure without applying at least a discount for the inconvenience is beyond me. I talked with 3 different billing representatives who were not willing to be flexible what so ever given the circumstances. It is extremely disappointing - I gave up and paid online.

    IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO 5 TIMES FOR THIS PLACE I WOULD!!!The business likes to charge you 3 times for the same bill you paid. The company likes to send you to collections for that same bill as many times as they can. I do not know of another company that does this work. I DO RECOMMEND YOU TO USE THEM AND NOT THIS place!!!!

    Paid my bill online as soon as I got it on Jan 3rd. I've been calling for over a month because I keep getting past due notices. I spoke to an extremely rude lady multiple times that kept telling me I was rude because I simply asked why they haven't applied my payment. I will avoid this place in the future. I still have no idea what they are doing with my payment. Avoid Avoid Avoid

    Delivered my baby 2/29/20. Poor experience with the epidural. A CRNA had trouble while the anesthesiologist sat in the far corner of the room watching. When she looked to him for help, he insisted she keep digging around! He finally got up to help her after over 25 minutes. Billing is frustrating and i still have not been able to reach them by phone. No voicemail box set up either so i just have to keep trying. Received a bill shortly after the birth... partially covered by insurance and immediately paid what was not covered. Received a second bill in NOVEMBER for the remaining amount from the previous bill... which the previous bill stated insurance had already paid.

    I have called three times in the past two months to get a paper bill sent to me so I can make payment. They verified my address, but I have not received anything from them. After reading some of the other reviews here, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them.

    It took me EIGHT MONTHS to get my bill sorted with the billing department. This included me diligently calling almost every 1-2 weeks throughout the duration of the EIGHT MONTHS. They are relentless in wanting to be paid but completely lackadaisical when it comes to customer service. I asked in a chat with support through their website if I could fill out a survey internally but I was told that there is not one so I decided to take to Google. In other words, I offered to lodge this complaint privately as opposed to on a public platform. Hopefully through this review (and the numerous other negative reviews I’ve seen), someone within their organization will take notice. Dealing with Seven Hills was truly a nightmare.

    Recently found out my Dad has renal cancer. My wife and I went to apply for a loan to help with medical bills. This company sent our bill to collections for $274 and PUT IT ON HER CREDIT REPORT.. for $274... so we were not able to get a loan until this is resolved. And the WORST part (very angry in writing this) - the collections agency said the Seven Hills Anesthesia (Anesthesia Group Practice) SPECIFICALLY told the collection agency DO NOT SETTLE. So we had to take our last $300 to pay this bill. It's unbelievable and infuriating. This will not be the last time this company has heard from me. I will search every dark corner of the web, social media, etc. until I have let everyone know what kind of company this is!!!

    The billing is extremely incompetent. I am considering a class action law suit, since everyone else is having the same problem. I have contacted the billing multiple times. I last spoke to someone at their office (not billing services) on 9/8/23, who assured me things would be taken care of. Then, I receive a collections notice last week. (Today is 11/17/23.) People should not be treated this way, especially when a patient has no control over who shows up to be the anesthesiologist at a procedure. Dr. Collin English's reputation is not be served well by having such horrible billing.

    If I could give them no stars I would! The care I got from the doctors was great! The billing department on the other hands is horrible. No commutation! I have a service done in February.. I received one bill via text! I paid it on time. Not thinking anything about it. Then I received a text months later stating I owed a different amount. Confused.... I made a payment! AGAIN all via text messages... I tried to contact the billing office and was put on hold for 30/40 minutes waiting.... No one came back and stated we are still working on it. I am sorry for you wait! NOTHING!!!!! Not pleased at all.... Yes, I do pay my bills and debts so this isn't about that! It is about no one seems to commutate and when you try to you are treated horrible! STEP it up Billing department at SEVEN HILLS!!!!!!!!!

    This review is ABSOLUTELY not to reflect on the care the medical providers offer to their patients or the care they provided to me...that was great - 5 stars there!!! But the billing department is atrocious!!! No one does what they "promise" they will do, they cannot seem to get their own billing correct and then harass the patient to pay the same bill multiple times. I've called them around a half dozen times and still no resolution to this issue. After each call every person states that I am correct and they will rectify the situation, and then they never do. This whole billing department needs to be replaced with competent individuals.

    Called multiple times to request a paper bill since January - just received 1st paper bill in the mail that stated it was the final notice. Pretty suspicious considering they were real quick to send me text messages for their money. Very difficult to work with. Highway robbery Also woke up in the middle of my surgery so the anesthesiologist did a terrible job. 0 out of 5 stars, would not recommend.
