Our first time here and it definitely met my expectations and then some! The staff were welcoming and friendly. The venue itself is very clean. There is a little food area where you can purchase items but it was closed today. The slides and climbing part was a nice added surprise. I even jumped around for a while! It was mostly younger kids but it was nice to see some teens in the mix. I immediately thought this would be a fantastic place for my boys next birthday!

We just had my daughters 8th Birthday here. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and met our party guide Beverly. She helped us carry things to our party room. Very friendly and professional. She brought us what we needed in a timely manner. The kids all had a great time. Thanks again Beverly and Get Air

I love the toddler time and jumping with my little ones. Ms. Beverly walks around and talks to people, making sure everyone is having a good time. The slope in the back corner to go up top of the slide (in the toddler area) is a little difficult for my younger son. It would help if there is a rail or something he can hang on to. But, replacing the ladder with a slope is a really nice update they made!!!

This is a great space to bring the kids for some exercise or just a fun experience! I ventured here with my 10 year old sister, and we had a blast. The facility was clean and there was more that was offered than just the trampoline sections. There were multiple massage chairs, big sides, and there were some arcade games as well. There was ice cream and bottled drinks available for purchase from vending machines. There is space for room rentals for parties and there is a separate area for young children under 46 in. tall. The staff were all very helpful to us. We had some issues with an out of order massage chair and an inaccurate credit amount on the game card; the staff were all very accommodating and helpful with the issues we encountered and were very patient and understanding with us. We will definitely be back! It cost us $25 for 2 hours.

Great place to take your kiddos to wear them out! My daughter tumbles and loves to go there to use their long, straight tracks. We've also had her birthday there, and the staff was amazing with all the kids and my crazy, hectic self! We also get the annual pass, which practically pays for itself after 4 visits. We practically live there in the winter when it's too cold to do anything outside.

Good place to let the kids let off steam. Lots of variety to play on. Decently clean. Price per hour not too bad. Beverly, the lady on the jump floor was very nice & attentive with the kids. Seemed to really enjoy seeing the kids play. Overall a good time!

My kids and I love this place. We have gotten the annual membership for my two little jumpers twice. It's a great way for the kids to get exercise and gain balance and control while having fun. We try to come at least once a week to toddler time. Beverly always greets us by name and makes us feel welcome! I also love to have a place to come through the winter for the kids to play. I think the member ship is a great value!

We had the best time at Get Air in Huber Heights last week! I took six kids ages 8-14 during a day off school and everyone had a blast. The staff made sure everyone was following the rules and we saw them actively cleaning areas that weren't being used. Shout out to one of their employees Bev for her kindness and taking time to play with us!

Great atmosphere and best personnel. I did my daughter’s 9th birthday party and Lizandra Ruiz was so awesome! She was very helpful. She gave me all the information I need every time I ask. I asked her if she had an extra table and few more spoons and forks and she was more than happy to help us with whatever we needed. Super super helpful. Her help contributed to making my daughter’s birthday party a great success. I will recommend all my friends and family members to do birthdays at GetAir!

I have been visiting this Get Air location for years. Both of my twin boys are on the spectrum, and the staff has ALWAYS been kind & supportive of us when visiting. We hosted a birthday party here one year, and the local Autism society regularly hosts jumps here on the first and third Saturday morning of each month- when Get Air provides a special time of jumping for individuals with special needs. My family & I love Get Air Huber Heights!!!

A wonderful place to go. My grandchild has autism and they have weekends set up specially, for autism . And they have discounted prices for autism They are so helpful and so kind. there’s very few places you can take a child’s with autism and he enjoys it so much a big thanks to them for doing this.

We brought 2 10 year old girls in for a 2 hour jump pass. We came in at 11:30 on a Saturday morning. The place was clean, not overly crowded, very friendly staff. We definitely be back. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and playing with the other children.

It was OK, but the floor was dirty and nasty for the room we had for the birthday party. The girl was very friendly and helpful but if it was her job to make sure the room was clean she didn't do a very good job. As for the jump area, I seen the people walking around but not stopping the bigger kids from running around and knocking the little ones down. The big kids should have been kicked out or at least had a talk to about the rules.
