I
recently
had
the
pleasure
of
trying
out
the
Lebanese
cuisine
at
this
restaurant,
and
I
must
say
that
the
flavors
and
authenticity
are
truly
top-notch.
The
menu
offers
a
unique
selection
of
dishes
that
are
a
delightful
treat
for
the
taste
buds.
The
quality
of
the
food
alone
makes
this
place
stand
out
in
my
books.
However,
I
wanted
to
share
an
experience
that
left
a
bit
of
a
sour
note
during
my
visit.
On
one
occasion,
I
arrived
about
20
minutes
before
the
closing
time.
I
had
heard
great
things
about
the
baklava
dessert,
which
I
was
eager
to
try.
To
my
surprise,
when
I
approached
the
counter
to
place
my
order,
the
person
working
there
seemed
rather
frustrated
and
berated
me
slightly,
saying,
"You
know
we're
closing
soon."
I
understand
that
working
long
hours
can
be
tiring,
but
I
believe
that
good
customer
service
should
extend
until
the
very
end
of
business
hours.
As
someone
who
works
in
customer
service
myself,
I
always
welcome
customers
with
a
smile,
even
if
they
come
in
close
to
closing
time.
I
know
I'm
being
oversensitive
but
at
my
store
I
genuinely
enjoy
assisting
customers
and
ensuring
they
have
a
positive
experience
even
if
they
come
near
closing.
My
only
gripe
with
my
visit
was
this
interaction
at
the
counter.
It
left
me
slightly
taken
aback
and
affected
the
overall
impression
I
had
of
the
place.
I
firmly
believe
that
exceptional
food
should
be
complemented
by
exceptional
service,
regardless
of
the
time.
In
the
end,
I
rate
this
restaurant
3
stars
due
to
the
fantastic
food
and
the
desire
for
a
more
customer-friendly
approach,
even
during
the
final
moments
of
operation.
I
hope
that
my
feedback
is
taken
constructively,
as
I
genuinely
enjoyed
the
culinary
experience
your
restaurant
offers.
