I ordered two blizzards and a dilly bar. When I drive up to the window, I’m given one of my blizzards and the dilly bar. The blizzard is half melted (see picture), so much so that if I took the lid off it would spill. I then had to wait almost five minutes for the second blizzard, which was fine. I can understand having to wait, but it seems like they had the first blizzard sitting out for several minutes. It’s extremely frustrating.

I got a story to tell you guys!!! First: the order taker messed up ordering my food and I personally has worked fast-food and I NEVER had a time when I can just say I didn’t care. But obviously I looked at the menu long enough to know/see if I wanted a cheeseburger I would have ordered it but whatever. So I go home and look at food no bacon so walks back up there even though it across the street and it’s raining tell them and they get mad especially the cook guy with the curly hair like why YOU MAD it’s just FOOD it’s not like YOU have to PAY for any OF IT and both times the food was took back which is not a problem because after going back up there why would I want that hostile boy remaking my food and that manager to be any apart of it and then the guy calls me broke because I choose to walk like what’s wrong with walking and a little rain isn’t going to hurt no one. Crazy place to go to go I wouldn’t recommend and will DO NOTHING for THIER MISTAKES and this is your warning but once again ITS JUST FOOD they most definitely could’ve did better.

I'm giving 3 stars for food due to my Blizzard was already melted as it was handed to me. Dairy Queen doesn't turn the blizzards upside down as they hand it to the customer anymore? 3 stars for service due to the 30 minute wait for food. Some customers exited the drive thru due to the extended wait time.

Waited 30 minutes for a single blizzard. Other guy in there waited 40 minutes for his mobile order and ended up requesting a refund. One of the worst run fast food places I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. If a customer service rep is reading this, please know this location and its shoddy management are a joke.

My dog wanted to go there, so sounded good to me, so we went, he bought, the food was excellent 👌👍 Just drive through is not the greatest!

Worse service I've ever been too. The kid doing the cashier wouldn't do his assigned job and decided making the food was more important than helping the line of people in the lobby. The kid who did take the orders still had his gloves on from making food and when 1 of the 2 managers decided to take some orders the kid who took over for the kid who refused went back to the kitchen and started making the food without washing his hands or changing the gloves. Very bad choice. I'm done at this DQ. Get people who want to work. Not kids who don't and people who follow food prep because it was gross.

The employees are very kind, and welcoming. I can't tell you how the hot food was because I only went in to buy an ice cream birthday cake which was delicious!

Go here a lot for I've cream and there had been probably 6x we haven't had much of any candy at all in the blizzards. Disappointing when we come often.
