I had searched online for many apartments for my short term 3 month stay at Cincinnati for my internship. I finally chose this one as it was closest to the city centre. Coming in as an international student, not physically seeing a place before deciding to stay is a daunting experience but the premier city team was helpful in that process. I moved into the apartment late at night around 12 am and they were extremely accommodating in doing so. The apartment looked great and Iva gave me a better room than initially promised. I liked my stay and had no problem with any roommates, as most of them were interesting people. The only thing I should have been given a heads up about is the additional cleaning costs and lease signing cost before I paid my deposit. The apartment had many modern appliances and was great location wise, close to shops and restaurants, UC campus. Overall, i had a comfortable stay in the apartment, and Dan, Iva and the premier city team delivered on their promises.

I stayed in the apartment for about a month for an opera produccion.I contacted them at the last minute, but Iva was very kind and arranged a nice apartment for me. I can't drive, so I walked to the downtown theater and my colleagues drove me home, so it wasn't a problem. It is a very quiet residential area, and there are large supermarkets, pharmacies, and emergency hospitals nearby, so you don't have to worry about anything. it's recommended.

I was very impressed with the service I received from the start. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to find me a great apartment that met my needs. The apartment was clean and well-furnished, and the amenities were excellent. Pre-rent inspection was quick and easy and Iva was fantastic to deal with. Being new to not only the area but the USA I was unfamiliar with where to find things like supermarkets and pharmacies. Iva went above and beyond by helping me find what I needed to help me settle in. The maintenance team was always available to attend to any problems quickly and efficiently if needed. I rented a Lease in a beautiful apartment this summer with Premier City Company LLC. From the first call to the smooth and easy application process everything worked really fine. The move out on the day and the time of my choice was something really helpful. They offered 24 hour maintenance and management support, even though I did not really have any issues, this fully furnished and all inclusive apartment with everything that I needed for a great stay met my expectations, as well as the quiet and professional neighbors and anything else in between. Also I want to thank the host for giving us the freedom to have an empty extra room in the lease. In overall, great company and very responsible.

I was contracted to sing with Cincinnati Opera for 6 weeks. On this trip, I was accompanied by my wife and infant son. Cincinnati Opera highly recommended Premier City Properties for housing for the 6 weeks and we were SO glad we went with them! There are many options for housing online but very few that are fully furnished and very few that dont have expensive fees. Premier City Properties was affordable and had a wonderful fully furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms so we can have a space for our infant son. It saved us many hours of searching and was very convenient. The application process was quick, easy and hassle free. We could pick our own move-in and move-out date at our convenience. We had 24-hour access to maintenance. We really enjoyed the friendly service of Dan who helped out when we needed it. He was also quick to respond to our texts. We had no issues in the building. It was very quiet and only 5 minutes away from the best restaurants and shops in Cincinnati. It was also 5 minutes away from the opera house where I was working. We had a wonderful stay, going to some great coffee shops and having great ice cream at Graeters!

When I found out that I would be moving to Cincinnati within a few short months, I began to panic with the realization that I had to find an apartment from my home country. Luckily, I stumbled upon Premier City Properties, and Iva was able to give me fast and personalized help that had everything settled very quickly. I am very happy with the apartment that Iva selected for me. It's much bigger and nicer than the photos Iva had sent me could convey. It has high ceilings, nice appliances, and great AC. It is located right near a UC shuttle, but it is also walking distance to most things I need, including my office. It must be mentioned that this entire process of booking the apartment was done from my home country. So I had not seen the apartment or met anyone from Premier Rents! This was a leap of faith to book the apartment for an entire year, but I am certainly glad I took the leap. Do not fret when it comes to booking with them, they will make sure you have a great experience that will exceed your expectations. In fact, they exceeded my expectations so much that I decided to stay with them for a second year while I was staying in Cincinnati! From start to finish, my experience with Premier Rents has been fantastic, and they have made my two years here comfortable and hassle free. Last, but certainly not least, there is the other member of the Premier City Properties team whom I've met, Dan. He is just as friendly and approachable as Iva, is very understanding, and always sees to any problems around the apartment promptly. Knowing that he is there in case something goes wrong is a comfort to me. All in all, I've had an amazing experience with Premier City Properties and I am so happy that they've been with me throughout my journey in Cincinnati.

I needed a last minute place in Cincinnati and I was unsure for how long. I found Premier City Properties on Google and Iva helped me get a one month lease and settled in even though I came in around midnight over that very weekend and Dan was super understanding especially when I arrived later than anticipated because of my flight. The apartment I had looked exactly like the photos from their website. Mine was in the perfect location as it was a short bus ride from my temporary job at the hospital. Iva is direct and is open to answering all of your questions and what needs to go into you signing a temporary lease and the extra fees. Having a call to explain your situation and what you're looking for is best. I loved my stay because it had everything I needed the moment I stepped into the apartment. Everything was clean and worked well, so I had zero maintenance issues. Iva really helped me out in a pinch and so I'm thankful to Iva and Dan for being great at their jobs and welcoming me to Ohio so effortlessly. I had to contact them about my security deposit and everything was returned to me within two days.

While I’m grateful that Premier City Properties provided my friends and I with housing in an emergency, if I could do it all over again I would choose more wisely. There were over $790 in fees that we paid over the course of our time in the house (which amounts to about 20% of an additional rent payment). Iva was difficult to deal with in many instances, including when trying to get our security deposits back (a process which took her over a month to initiate) and when trying to initially pay for the house. When things went wrong with the Premier Properties small business account on Zelle, the blame was placed on us. When the initial payments exceeded the Zelle limit, we “were not holding up our end of the bargain” by asking for permission to send a wire transfer. Besides the issues we had with Iva, the house was also not in great shape when we arrived. The cabinets with dishes in them were sticky, the washer and dryer both broke, and the AC upstairs did not work so the temperature in the top 2 rooms often exceeded 80 degrees Fahrenheit until midnight. Lastly, when moving out, we were emailed 3 times to post a good review on Google which I found extremely unprofessional.
