My experience with Rainbow was great! We had awesome customer service and our spa was up and running in no time. I really appreciate their patience with my regular check-ins on the status of our order. We continue to contact them with questions and they continue to deliver!

I was referred to Rainbow Hot Tub by a reputable plumbing company for a leak coming from my jacuzzi bathtub. It took awhile (they are very busy) to get on the schedule, but I’m glad I waited. John is an excellent technician (fast, efficient, friendly) who assessed another problem with my pump! He went over and above to explain the process and answered all of my questions accordingly. He also arrived on-time at each appointment. Strongly recommend.

Absolutely awesome company to deal with. They treat you like family, are always honest and helpful, don't try to upsell stuff you don't need. If you don't already have your go to for all things hot tub people yet, you will will once you've dealt with Rainbow Hot Tubs. I highly recommend Rainbow Hot Tubs & Swim Spas. I've used them on a couple of occasions and have found them knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Recently I found my hot tub wasn't heating to the set temperature and I called Rainbow. Rather than send some out (with the normal cost), they explained what I needed to do at no cost to me. Top notch folks!

The staff at Rainbow Hot Tubs have been nothing but A+ throughout the entire process of purchasing a hot tub. I initially bought a spa at another local company but after being told I would have to wait 2 months until delivery I got a refund and contacted Rainbow. The purchase process was no pressure and my spa was delivered about a week later! I’ve received follow up calls from the owners to make sure we’re happy and satisfied. Had a very good experience from Rainbow and Blake. I called Rainbow to place a service call for our hot tub. Blake, walked me through some troubleshooting and directed to me what to do and it worked!! He could have very simply sent a tech, and billed me. But the young man operates with integrity. After visiting Rainbow and 2 other well known hot tub vendors in the area (a couple times), I decided to purchase my first hot tub from Rainbow. I found Blake and his Dad to be extremely approachable, accommodating and informative. I never felt pressured and truly felt like they wanted to help me make an informed decision. Installation was professional and quick. One month of daily use and maintenance and I know I made the right choice with my Hydropool. Hopefully, I will not need service anytime soon but I am confident that will be a smooth experience given everything so far.

Had our hot tub popping a strange error code that I could not fix myself. I called Rainbow and they had John their tech out in a matter of days. Not only did he figure out the tub needed a new control board because it had the wrong one installed, he also figured out our temp sensor had gone bad. John was very professional and quick while doing a good quality job, explaining what he was doing as he went.

We have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Rainbow! We have used them for several years on our older hot tub, and they have been reasonably priced, on time, very informative, and so friendly! We will continue to use them whenever we need anything!

I have been with Rainbow for over 9 years they have always given me great service! The cost of a skimmer basket very high :) lol. However, I would buy another hot Tub from them. Have had a Tub for 30 years. The repair guy very courteous and communcates effectively !
