This venue is starring to host various, new family outlets! It will be exciting to see what's in the near future --- And what to come long term. The circus at the beginning of April, included acts all done by a Hispanic family. Awesome stuff!

Lots of beautiful entries in all the buildings! Be it animals, art, food, photography, antiques, bouquets, canned goods, sewing.....and so much more! My only disappointment was that tge 4H kids werent required to 'dress-up' in a white show shirt. This IS tge birthplace of 4H! Shouldnt the children be 'proud' of this and follow tradition? Dressing up makes a person feel more confident too..... otherwise, we had loads of fun! And gr'daughter placed 3rd with her duck. :)

Had fun with family, looking at all the different animals though 4-H members. Alot of work went into their animals. So many different food items and fun rides. Was hoping to see more local vendors displaying their craft or business

I love the fair. My daughter was in 4-H and FFA as a kid. Went out to see my granddaughter enjoy the fair. I gave it a 3 star because you have to enter one gate only unless you have a week pass. Then you park. Then you walk in to pay. It was a lot more walking than the old way. The fair itself was as fun as normal. When leaving I had to drive all-around the outside of the fair perimeter to get to the exit. Parking just isn't great. But will do it again next year.

Springfield Antique Extravaganza this weekend. WEAR SUNSCREEN! Great variety of vendors and "junk." Great for people-watching too! Some stuff is overpriced and others seem like great bargains. Just depends on the vendor. Most are willing to haggle, though. I come every year and will continue to do so.
