The last two times I've been here, I was disappointed. Their protein portions have significantly decreased while their prices have increased. In addition, the quality of the meat went down as well. My current food is so heavily peppered that its all I can taste. I used to love this place which is a shame.

I have held off with this review for quite sometime, but after knowing the 10th person that has gotten violently ill from eating at this Steak Escape, I had to write it. What in the world are they putting in their sandwiches?... that make your stomach feel like knives inside, vomit, diarrhea and so much more awful reactions to the sandwiches. I say sandwiches because the French fries are fine. No illness to report when eating those. If anyone else has had these horrific reactions to Steak escape sandwiches please share. I wrote this review after a family member shared that she ate a Steak Escape sandwich a few days ago and immediately had violent stomach pains and threw-up. I haven't eating here over five years. My husband tried it in 2022 after I warned him not too. Of course he got violently ill too. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

The only reason this place got 2 stars is because the fries were very good and you got a good portion for the price. The sand which, however, was disappointing to say the least. This is supposed to be a triple steak… won’t be going back.

Awful. Got the food delivered, so it's going to be worse than going in person, I know, but it was still so bad. For a $11 sandwich, there was barely any steak on it, and the steak itself was terrible. It was like ground beef, and was really mushy. The loaded fries were edible but not great either

The people and the food was amazing i was greeted with a smile even tho they were very busy there attitude was amazing as well Now with the food it was very delicious and fresh and i will be returning very soon.💜

Great customer service! The employees were extremely attentive and polite. The food was great, good portion sizes, and fast service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Got the triple cheese steak sandwich, we though it was absolutely delicious, one of the best Philly steak sandwiches we've had
