😠 You can go right down the road to Rural King and buy brand new jeans and t-shirts for less money. Very disorganized and don't forget to check your receipt before you leave. I have been there about 20 times and bought something and they overcharged me all but two times. I corrected them but I wonder... People often mention people,

You can go right down the road to Rural King and buy brand new jeans and t-shirts for less money. Very disorganized and don't forget to check your receipt before you leave. I have been there about 20 times and bought something and they overcharged me all but two times. I corrected them but I wonder how much extra money they are pocketing from the people that don't check their bill? I know it's for a good cause but my kids have to eat too and money is too hard to come by just to give it away to crooked employees.

Went in to be over charged and told I was wrong when I tried pointing it out before I paid and once I got my receipt and did not get even my change back I was able to point it out again and asked another employee of the prices. Finally was given my change but still was telling that I was over charged and finally when they fixed it and redid the transaction I was told it was so and so price and they expected me to pay the $5 even though they still had my money in their register from the first messed up transaction. I also had to take my phone out and calculate when change they owed me since they couldn't and the woman who did tell me prices got snippy when I told her I was getting 2 little girls dresses and she snipped at m said one was a woman's dress and I said I don't understand that when I can't even get it up my leg when if it was womanens that I would wair just 1 size bigger and I couldn't even get that dress up one leg. She again snipped sayin it's women's and stormed off. I went out tried to call corporate and couldn't get ahold of anyone and so I went back in asked that lady her name and she refused to give it since I wanted to call corporate and she went and got her manager and I told her everything. Yes I got my money back and the manager was super helpful and friendly but I talked to the district manager Kayla or something and she seemed to act like nothing wrong was done.

Waverly Goodwill, is the Worst one the Staff all but the guys ,are just Awful there completely Rude and sit there and act like it's there own stuff there selling ,it seems like it's going into there own pocket on how they behave I've never seen anything like it and I thought there supposed to help people when there really don't and the cost on everything is ridiculous like anything with a name brand like PINK,or Aero just stuff like that they want to upcharge to like $10-12$ pure shirt ,I truly thought that Goodwill was supposed to help the community not hinder it and what's really sad is that they keep there dumpster inside bcuz they don't want no one looking threw there trash and I know myself that they throw away over half of what they were given and there be nothing wrong with it, I've seen homeless look threw it as well they could have a bin out back with the things they don't want,so it gives the homeless or whomever a chance to look threw instead of just throwing it away, I just don't upstanding how people can be so greedy, "When there supposed to Help people "unless it's a another reason they keep there dumpster inside" probably embelsiment"...and "people are blinded thanking that there giving there stuff to them for free and that there helping people or the community but it's not" because if it isn't for there Over priced clothing it's there Over priced Stuff, like them charging 3.19$ for a overly, Used Naked Barbie and them charging $2-3. 19 for things u can walk right next doorat the dollar tree and get Brand-new for $1.25 it's just shameful...

They now have several racks of nice greeting cards at a good price. It's always nice to look for treasures in a Goodwill store.

Nice staff can be a hit or miss. Although, the selection is not too bad but It may be hard to find anything and the prices seem to be okay, not cheaper or more expensive. It is pretty organized and clean.
