Terrible terrible customer service. Spend 80 dollars worth of pizza and wings. They missed 6 items on my order. I called to try to remedy the situation and they said they would be there within 30 min to bring the missing items. Over 1 hour since I called about missing items. Spoke to a manager and said she had nothing to do with the previous order. At that point said take a refund or wait another 30 min for your items. Nah that is not ok. 80 dollars spent over 2 hours of wait. Cold food and missing items.

We were told this was a family run pizzeria and that it was really good and quick. Unfortunately, we had a different experience than the person who recommended this place. The pizza was delivered cool and it took almost an hour to be delivered when our place was only a mile a way. We certainly understand that businesses are short staffed, however even the quality of the pizza was not able to make up for the long wait. The crust, sauce, and even the toppings were rather bland, except the pepperoni. We also ordered boneless wings that turned out to be more breading than chicken and then became soggy after sitting in the mild sauce. Overall, we would suggest trying another place.

On April 17th, 2020, I placed an order through Jet's online ordering. Jets took my money, but never delivered. I have tried to call them multiple times (11 times in the past two days), to resolve the issue, and they've only answered once. The one time that they answered, they put me on hold and the call eventually went to voice mail. Since they seem to insist on keeping my money, and not delivering thier product, they'll not get any more of my business. Update: The next day, I drove over to Jets and continued to call until I pulled up. When I got there the "Open" sign was off and the employees were standing around, in the back, and appeared to be doing nothing. There definitely wasn't anyone up front making pizzas. When I asked why they weren't answering I was told that they were busy. When I asked about my order, from the previous day, I was told that they were not open. I explained that they took my money and was told that it should be returned in 7 days. They clearly had no intention of fulfilling my order and think that it is ok to keep my money for 7 days. I've been nothing, but a loyal, regular customer. Not anymore.

Came in to get a veggie light cheese and well done with Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Mild Peppers and Jalapeños witj Cajun flavor crust on the 8 Corner Crust and It was good and was crispy corners and was satisfying, the staff was Kool and they asked if I needed plates being I drive a semi truck with trailer and they provided good customer service andI drove all the way from Illinois to pass by and had to get some Jets.

EXCELLENT PIZZA!!! Difficult to find pizza this great outside of Chicago ...

I moved here from Chicago in 2014. I’m Italian and very picky about pizza. I never would order pizza from a franchise place when I lived in Chicago. After moving here I was in pizza withdrawal. Until Jets. I love their Detroit style pizza. Thank you jets for making me happy and hungry 😀

Ordered pizza at nine. Said delivery in 20 minutes. Great. 10 o'clock wife calls back. We thought you were picking it up. Why would you need our address if we were picking it up? 11:00 still no pizza. Very dysfunctional

Jets pizza is good but they could add more marinara sauce to it taste a little dry on the inside and yea it is a little expensive for just 1 small box of pizza i mean they could bring down the price $16 is so unreasonable for one small box of pizza

There is something addictive about the four corner pizza here. We have become Jets addicts in the past year and this is our go-to for most of our pizza needs now. We have done both delivery and pick up and both routes work for us!

I love Jet's corner pizza! It is baked to perfection every time. I also recommend the cinnamon sticks. Their delivery is fast and friendly -remember to tip!

I ordered the deep dish Jet's Bread with mushrooms & black olives & he ordered a large 4 corner with jalapeño, mild pepper rings, mushrooms & green peppers. His pizza was delicious with no complaints & my bread was a little undercooked & drenched in the garlic butter sauce they put on the bread. It was full of toppings but I wasn't able to consume the food due to how it was prepared. Overall the guys had good customer service & that's important! I will give them another try one day to give them another chance.

Best pizza in Lafayette. Once I finally discovered Jet's, I started going regularly. Every part of the pizza is good: crust, sauce, and cheese. The sauce tastes like tomatoes--it is not overflavored with sugar or salt or spices. The crispy browned edges are delicious and just what you want in a deep-dish pizza. The only minor complaint is that they should have curbside pick-up.

Jet's pizza is the best Detroit style pizza I've had. I do not recommend their traditional pizza (round) pie, but their Detroit style (rectangular shaped) pizza is the best pizza in Lafayette. Greasy, but extremely delicious! Deep, delicious, Crispy and crunchy crust with premium stretchy cheese and phenomenal toppingswhich is baked to perfection!

Jets is by far the best pizza around, some of the best Detroit style deep dish. Glad you can finally get it in Indiana instead of traveling all the way to the D. Especially love the buy by the slice options, great lunch choice.

We've got delivery here at least 5 times in the last 6 months. The pan pizza was phenomenal the first few times having it. The BLT pizza was to die for (sorry, not pictured). The hand tossed was equally impressive. However, now comes the bad news. The last few times we've ate here we have had stomach issues after words. Now this could just be us, but it doesn't seem to happen at other places. This still is a decent place for pizza but I think the last few times we've ate here we have got a bad batch of something that has wrecked havoc with our systems.
