I brought my grandma here when I suspected she might be having a stroke, it was the closest medical facility. I had printed out sheets with all her insurance details, her list of doctors, medicines and allergies. We were turned away by the receptionist because I didn't have her physical insurance card, even though I had all the details of it in my medical folder for her. So then we had to drive across town to the hospital, which confirmed she was indeed having a stroke. I can't believe they would turn away such a life emergency because we didn't have a card.

They misdiagnosed my cancer and due to which I have some permanent vision loss. I went there multiple times and I also called them a couple of times because my symptoms (sore throat, earache, diarrhea, fatigue, headache etc) were getting worse. Last time I called them to ask what should I do because I was in so much pain and I couldn’t eat/drink anything, they just told me at that point they couldn’t prescribe any medicines and I should just try OTC meds. A couple of days later, I woke up with some vision loss and ran to ER where I was diagnosed with blood cancer. I wish the urgent care would have tried to understand the seriousness of such long term issues and done some blood work or asked me to go to ER earlier and I could have saved my vision. I am very disappointed that the way they told me they couldn’t do or prescribe me anything at that point. You can’t let a patient suffer in pain and do nothing. ER saved my life but I wish urgent care had shown more concern

Paid $125 for 1 of my 2 issues to be disregarded (allergic reaction) and for them to do nothing but tell me to go to the hospital and refused to refund me at the time. I told them I would must likely not go as I have enough debt already. As I was sitting in my car outside of this practice, crying because I cannot afford medical treatment, a woman claiming to be the owner of this practice knocked on my window. She then told me she would refund the $125 if I promised to go to the hospital, which I did end up attending Riverside Hospital that same day. 3 months later and the refund has yet to be processed. I've called multiple times explaining the situation, always met with the response "we would never do that, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances" and refusing to let me speak to the owner or the doctor that "assisted" me. This practice is only concerned about your wallet, rather than the body attatched to it. Don't go here.

Lazy, unreliable staff. Had a false negative strep test on a Tuesday. They handed me a paper that day stating “Please return in 3 days if symptoms worsen.” Symptoms definitely worsened as I was no longer able to swallow, talk, or breathe without being in excruciating pain. I visit on Friday and am told that I cannot be retested for strep or receive antibiotics until Monday. No reason given, they basically told me to go kick rocks and let my infection get worse. From there, I went to a different unaffiliated urgent care where they found me to be very much positive for strep throat and prescribed me the proper antibiotics. I would not recommend Worthington Urgent Care to my worst enemy.

Dropped in here with the oldest love nugget to get a physical for Wrestling in the public school system at the junior high level. These guys were great we made an appointment online the lot of the paperwork online and even though we were not set to be seen until 1045 we arrived early and they got us in early. Now it appears these guys were very short staff of people being out sick on their staff this week and they still did a fantastic job. This place is nice new clean efficient everyone here is professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place in a pinch and they did a super fast fantastic physical for my son. Oh and their school physicals are only $25 which seems like a great price to her about the local community. If I had four hands I’d give them four thumbs up but I don’t so I’m gonna give him a double thumbs up and a 10 out of 10 for just being great

I highly recommend Worthington Urgent Care. It was super easy to register and check in. You can even add your insurance card online. The receptionist was courteous and efficient. Nurse student Raya did a great job taking vitals and info! Then the PA came in, and was efficient and courteous. Over all, short time spent in the Urgent Care, process is well managed, and prescriptions were immediately called in. Definitely highly recommend!

Went in for an unexplained skin condition. They got a culture of one of my blisters and sent it off to a lab. I called 5 times within 10 days and still no results. I can’t properly be treated until I can be diagnosed so in the meantime I am left in the dark suffering with symptoms and their response during all of this was that I should get another culture taken by a dermatologist because that “might be quicker”. Why would I pay for the exact same test to be done twice? Lab work is not cheap. On the 11th day my dermatologist calls to investigate what the hold up is and turns out the lab tried to contact them several times and were waiting this entire time for them to tell them what to test for. I am honestly baffled by the entire situation. Why did no one look further into this for me the 5 times I called? 11 days I am waiting and the labs are just now proceeding with the cultures so who knows how long until I actually have answers or if the results will even be accurate at this point since they sat untested for 11 days! I also asked twice for a summary of my care and they said they emailed it. I said I never got it, they said they emailed it again and still nothing. I know they have my correct email address because I got the check-in email when I arrived for the visit. I consider myself a very understanding person but this is infuriating. Staff is clueless and unprofessional. Definitely do not trust this practice. Who knows what else is being overlooked or neglected.

Staff was friendly, efficient, and capable. The doctors, nurse, and front desk personnel were incredibly kind and helpful. I was having a terrible day and in a lot of pain and they made the whole experience as comforting and easy as possible. Thank you all so much for your taking such great care.

I was referred to Urgent Care by my Primary Care Group who were not able to see me at the time. I had no appointment at Urgent Care but they were able to accommodate me quickly. Everyone I saw was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I am relieved this Urgent Care is available and would recommend their services to anyone needing help outside of an emergency room situation.

They were friendly and professional. I had an asthma issue and needed a breathing treatment. Lots better today. Wonderful service, all 3 employees.

We were advised by our insurer to to be evaluated for a blood clot. We called and specifically asked if they could do this (we provided complete details). They stated that they could. When we arrived they stated that they were not able to do the evaluation. No explanation or apology was provided. In addition, they didn't return our health card. When we requested that the card be mailed to us we were told they weren't able to do this. Time was wasted getting the evaluation for what could have been an emergent situation. Very disappointing and somewhat alarming.

Excellent staff, outstanding treatment. I was referred to you by a colleague. I completed understand why. If ever I need to go to urgent care again you will be the first place I go to. Fantastic job!!

Great service all around. The women at the front desk has great customer service very patient, polite and very knowledgeable of what she’s doing. The nurses and doctor were very helpful patient and polite as well. Been there twice and both times easy smooth service.

This urgent care was open on memorial day. There was no wait, it was easy to stop in, register, and I was seen quickly and treated very nicely. I would definitely visit here again.

Had an excellent experience this week; from start to finish. Booking an appointment was easy. Communication was solid. No wait time and most importantly - the staff efficiently and professionally addressed my health concerns. I was in and out in 10minutes total. I will back.

Great customer service. The turnaround time was great. I wasn't feeling good at all but they were very patience, kind,and quick. My problem was diagnosed in a timely manner. This is not the first time I have used this facility. Each time the service was outstanding.

Wow! Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Simple X-ray, in and out quickly—they weren’t too busy so that helped. The staff is just fantastic, remarkably down to earth and nice. Definitely my go to urgent care in the future.

Been to this urgent care quite a few times. Staff is super friendly and moves quickly. Front desk receptionists are also super friendly and very helpful. Will continue going to this urgent care for all future injuries. Best one I've ever been to. 100% recommend.

If there was a place to put zero stars I would have. Instead of getting a proper greeting I was asked where my mask was and to put one on. Then the receptionist told me that I had to download a link to take down my information. The bathroom had blood on the toilet seat. What happened to customer service????

From start to finish Worthington Urgent Care is by far the friendliest, most thorough and the cleanest urgent care I've ever been to. My wait time on a Monday afternoon was very minimal although they do offer appointments and online check in. The receptionist was very friendly and extremely responsive to my questions when I called in prior to my visit, even after I called several times! Upon my arrival I was treated by each employee with a smile and compassion. Leaving me with a very positive overall experience. Most definitely will be my go to urgent care from here forward!

Yesterday I had a rather scary experience with a severe allergic reaction to something. I wasn’t doing well or feeling well and was rather scared, props to all the nurses and the doctor on site who Straightened me out rather quickly. Appreciate y’all.

I came in for a pulled back muscle and was in and out in an hour. There was an issue with my insurance but I don't think it was their fault. Everyone was very nice and I appreciated being seen by an all female staff. Thanks so much for the help!
