Went
in
for
an
unexplained
skin
condition.
They
got
a
culture
of
one
of
my
blisters
and
sent
it
off
to
a
lab.
I
called
5
times
within
10
days
and
still
no
results.
I
can’t
properly
be
treated
until
I
can
be
diagnosed
so
in
the
meantime
I
am
left
in
the
dark
suffering
with
symptoms
and
their
response
during
all
of
this
was
that
I
should
get
another
culture
taken
by
a
dermatologist
because
that
“might
be
quicker”.
Why
would
I
pay
for
the
exact
same
test
to
be
done
twice?
Lab
work
is
not
cheap.
On
the
11th
day
my
dermatologist
calls
to
investigate
what
the
hold
up
is
and
turns
out
the
lab
tried
to
contact
them
several
times
and
were
waiting
this
entire
time
for
them
to
tell
them
what
to
test
for.
I
am
honestly
baffled
by
the
entire
situation.
Why
did
no
one
look
further
into
this
for
me
the
5
times
I
called?
11
days
I
am
waiting
and
the
labs
are
just
now
proceeding
with
the
cultures
so
who
knows
how
long
until
I
actually
have
answers
or
if
the
results
will
even
be
accurate
at
this
point
since
they
sat
untested
for
11
days!
I
also
asked
twice
for
a
summary
of
my
care
and
they
said
they
emailed
it.
I
said
I
never
got
it,
they
said
they
emailed
it
again
and
still
nothing.
I
know
they
have
my
correct
email
address
because
I
got
the
check-in
email
when
I
arrived
for
the
visit.
I
consider
myself
a
very
understanding
person
but
this
is
infuriating.
Staff
is
clueless
and
unprofessional.
Definitely
do
not
trust
this
practice.
Who
knows
what
else
is
being
overlooked
or
neglected.
