I called with a dilemma with my 2006 Honda. The alarm would not shut off, I had no key fob (just a velt key) and the door lock was broken so there was no way to get my car to drive or even turn on without the alarm blaring! These guys went above and beyond. I spent 4 hours on YouTube trying to figure it out and calling all over Columbus looking for answers. They told me just to drive it over and they will figure it out. And so they did! I am just amazed and so grateful!

I live in an area with cell service that makes using my phone to access SiriusXM sketchy. I called the Reynoldsburg location about adding a SiriusXM reciever to my truck. The unit fits behind the dash so my truck looks just as it did before and the unit is accessable using the existing buttons on my dash and my steering wheel. It works great, they were competely accurate with all their advice and information, and the work was quick. Well worth the amost 2 hour drive.

I got the ceramic tint on all my windows, it looks great, blocks heat wonderfully. the guys were kind and helpful, took good care of me and my car. 10/10 will buy again for windshield soon.

I have a 1998 BMW Z3 that had its original 1998 radio. Jayson helped me pick out a radio that looks nice in the car, fits in the space well and allows me to use all the features of my phone. He was able to give me an extra USB port in the cigarette lighter too. I love it! Thank you SO much! Can't wait for summer!

Jayson and the team at the Reynoldsburg branch of Columbus Car Audio were wonderful. Jayson was really helpful when we were deciding which radio to buy. They had an excellent turn around time, and communication was excellent. Between emailing me back (in a timely manner) with answers to my questions, and calling to keep me informed, it was an overall great experience. They even tried fiddling with our key fob real quick to try and get it to work (to no avail 😂). Jayson even stayed a little after closing with us to show us how the radio works.

Jay and his team did a fantastic job fixing a previous tint job done by another shop. He was helpful through the whole process taking time to explain what was needed to properly replace the tint. Price was on the higher end of a few quotes, but that gets you their great service and exceptional warranties on their work. I’d recommend them for any tinting needs.

I called Friday 07/29/2022 and spoke with Jayson about getting a cover installed on my truck last minute to see if they could have it and done by Tuesday 08/02/2022. He said to come on in and he would see what he could do so I went in after work and sure enough he said he could have it in and installed by Tuesday!
