First visit to CAN went really well. My forms were filled out before arriving so service was fast and staff was very Friendly. Elijah was amazing explaining each step and providing additional informations and resources.

I went into the health center for routine testing and I was blessed to have Xavier as the individual helping me through the process. I felt very comfortable and relaxed as I was getting tested and Xavier made sure to answer all my questions and concerns that I had! I would highly recommend the center to anyone who needs testing or health resources and Xavier really went "above and beyond" to ensure that patients were treated well! This was my first time going to CAN and I very greatful to have these services within the community.

Xavier instantly made me feel very comfortable! He was amazing with everything. He explained everything before he took action. He spoke clearly and held himself in an upholding manner. Definitely recommend his services!

Where to start?! Shout out to Xavier and Natalie! No words can express how amazing the staff was overall. Xavier was not only thorough but his energy was absolutely radiant and turned a gloomy situation into a wonderful experience! He ensured I was well taken care of after disclosing a certain medical need. I loved our invigorating conversation as well!! Also loved my little goodie bag! Shout out to Natalie for her assistance during my visit as well! Forever coming back here for all and any medical needs/ check ups!

The doctor and nurses are amazing here. They made me feel so comfortable and helped me with all my questions and genuinely seemed to actually care to help me with everything I needed. I am wanting to make them my PCP after one visit. Highly recommend going here 😊
