Took 14 months to get in for our routine check up even though we were a client for a couple of years. They do not do cleaning the same day so another appointment had to be booked. Time of appointment 10:00 am, time actually taken back 10:34 am. My second appointment was for 10:30 am. They also do not do any cavities. You must make another separate appointment for this. Bathroom currently out of order so had to walk down to Winn Dixie. Back now and still 11:00 am waiting. 3rd appointment was made for 11:00 am. So very dissatisfied. Manager has been very receptive and kind and does her best to make things happen, but the office is just over booked with only one dentist and 1 hygienist. I do NOT recommend this company if your time is important. My daughters are having to miss school and I am missing work.

I had alot of work done here and everyone there was nice but the dentist hurt me twice...once cutting my tongue and had to put stitches in and I decided to keep going because I figured accidents happen so on another visit she dropped the drill leaving me with 2 permanent scars...she said it slipped out of her hand and apologized saying she never cut anyone before...guess she forgot she cut me before (my tongue) so for this they took off the price of a filling 😂gee thanks...then I had no choice but to go back because I had temporary crowns and was waiting for permanents that were already half paid for but I was scared to go back here and requested going to another office and got the run around on that but they finally sent me to the Daytona office where I was required to pay up front to pay the remainder of my crowns...so I guess after they permanently scarred me they didn't trust me to pay my bill which I have always done and spent alot of money there but not anymore...they don't know how to treat their good customers good...find another place to go...they made me feel like I did something wrong

This place is horrible I went there twice with an appointment to get a tooth pulled and when I got there they said I didn't have an appointment which was confirmed the day before by me. What a joke. Don't waste your time going p don't waste your time going there

The worst dental office and all of Volusia county. In the latest of the fiasco's, got a call today Aug 23 to come in to get impressions done for my final permanent bridge. When I told the lady at the front desk that already had all of that done on August 1st, she doubted me and said she would have to check with the lab. I'll never go back there again

I have been 100% completely satisfied with the work that I've had done there It has been 100% great great. I have had very bad situations having teeth pulled in the past but these 2 appointments have just been great been great. The doctor took care of the pain he kept he cared about what he was doing and everything was great. The ladies working there admin et cetera were all very helpful as well.. I have I have nothing negative to say about that operation.

Today was my first visit as a new patient. I was very impressed with how quickly I was called in to have x-rays taken. The staff is friendly and courteous. The technician, Laurie is very efficient and considerate. I then met with Kathleen Foreman, DDS who has a very warm and caring nature. She did a dental exam, we discussed my dental and medical history and then set up an appointment for a cleaning. She took the time to go over the bill with me which included the discounted fees I pay as an Ameriplan member. This is the only time in my life where I can actually look forward to my next dental visit!

Conveniently located practice. Friendly professionals. Was able to have initial exam including X-ray and cleaning all on the same day. Dr. Foreman was thorough and took time to explain results of her findings. Was pleasantly surprised how well my first visit went.

The people at Greenberg are absolutely amazing! I had a horrible experience at another dentist office here in port orange and I refused to go to another out of fear. But I am SO thankful I decided to go here. I'm excited about making my teeth better and more beautiful! Receptionists were very polite, my dentist tech was VERY nice, loved her, and my dentist was amazing. They gave me the comfort I needed.
