My son visits the family practice side. We were unable to get into his primary, so we went next door to the urgent care. I have visited in the past with no issue. Yesterday, we saw the older blonde nurse practitioner. I was beyond infuriated at the rude demeanor and bedside manner. Really caught off guard. I could go into further detail, but this would be a long post. The staff is super nice and friendly, the nurse needs to find another place or maybe retire since she wants to be hateful. I am telling you, never in my entire life have I been made to feel such a way...especially in a medical setting. My son was beyond uncomfortable and even mentioned how rude she was being. Never again will I take my family to see this practitioner.

I'm not going to raise too much of a stink because I have came here many times with good help. But today I was treated with almost robotic care. After I was called up I was weighed and put in the room asked for my symptoms and felt rushed and with attitude. Then doctor Vick came in told me what I had pointed out that I didn't tell her a side affect. It just isn't the service I'm used to. I'm sure it was busy and they are working room to room back to back but please treat me like I'm a human coming for help. Ask questions ask what happened, don't just check the boxes on the paper dump info and send medications.

I have a wonderful experience with your service. Arsheema is fantastic and is very good in managing my medical conditions. Since I started taking the medications that she prescribed, my BP is now controlled and my cholesterol levels are within normal range. I will definitely use your services again and even endorse it to my friends. Your service is great, no need of appointment and i feel that my health is well taken care of with you. God bless!

My entire family has been coming here for years. When we can’t get into primary they have always been there to help. I have yet to run into anyone unpleasant. The nurse practitioner Vickie Sorrell is wonderful and very thorough. I’m big on not taking medication unless it’s needed and I feel like that’s how she practices.

I went in to Urgent Care for some pain in my ears. Loren was really great. She took her time and examined me well. She actually spent more time with me than my own PCP did at my last appointment. I had a full blown ear infection that had previously been ignored. I was grateful for her expertise and knowledge.

I visited the facility on 11-18 around 11am. The receptionist blatantly LIED that they did not accept my insurance, even though it's on thier website and on my insurance website too. I'm not surprised because She gave me a dirty look as I walked up to the counter. Poor representation !!!

Went for wrist pain and they diagnosed severe carpal tunnel. The nurse was great! He was funny and listened to us. I wish I had his name, he was an older gentleman working on the night of 8/18. The only downside was the doctor herself was rather dismissive, and everyone seemed very rushed.

Tammy and Joe are awesome!!!! They took such good care of my husband and really took the time to listen to him and help provide the best plan of care moving forward. He doesn't have insurance, and they made it worth every cent we had to pay! This is now where I will choose to go the next time I need a doctor for sure.
