Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Royce is wonderful and has been helping me see better for years. My new glasses are the best. Steve promised he would get me a pair that were comfortable, super light weight and would work for my prescription, and they are great. Thank you Premier team.

Some of the people were great. The staff was great but I have an issue that I feel needs to be addressed but I was kind of blown off. My concerns weren't taken seriously by the doctor it seemed. I felt rushed out of their office when I brought it up. I still have the issue. I didn't even get to see my doctor who did my eyelid surgery. I was assigned to a doctor who had never seen me before.

I have used Premier Eye Clinic for almost 10 years and am very happy. The facility is well maintained, they take pride in their facility and are on top of patient safety but using excellent decontamination pre and post patient. This year they called me two weeks before my annual appointment to tell me they no longer took my eye plan insurance if I wanted to go cancel. The level of expertise and professionalism is unmatched to the point that I used my health insurance as a specialist charge as opposed to switching to another provider to get the free annual check up. Staff is warm and welcoming and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Every single person I was in contact with was fantastic! Was my first visit and it was thorough I had Ashley Royce as the optometrist and she was the best! Reception was excellent and so was the prep assistant. Highly recommend affordable and accepted my insurance too which was a bonus!

Dr. Aliancy is wonderful and he has a great team! I highly recommend Premier Eye Clinic. I loved my doctors in Georgia and Jacksonville so I was very nervous about finding someone locally. However, he has been amazing. The entire team is very attentive and it is obvious that they truly care about their patients.

I recently moved and needed to find a new eye doctor. They were able to get me in very quickly. The appointment was a breeze and the doctor and his assistant answered all of the questions I had. Very kind people!

I wnjoyed speaking with Racheal and the other lady was super as well. I've forgotten her name . The office itself is very clean. They follow disinfecting protocol. Next I will be visiting the Port Orange office location and I will be seeing Dr. Q. Jocelyn Ge. I would highly recommend Premier Eye Clinic.
