Saxon trace apartments is a great apartment and the commute location is amazing! The entire process communication was great from start to finish while being on the waiting list. Sherry the office agent has been one of the best support when it comes to communication, excellent customer service, and willingness. The Saxon trace apartments with Sherry really makes you feel at home and the Maintenance crew supervisor Jr was quick to make repairs and explain the issue. Cameron in the office has been a great support I gotta admit so far the entire process and staying with the included Amazon hub has been a great fit for me and my family.

Saxon Trace is an amazing place to live. I have been living in the apartments for 8 years and I love it. It is a place that is extremely accessible to everything, it is very safe for my children. It also has a free kids' club. Cameron is the best! My children love him, Cameron is very attentive to all the children in the community, he always thinks about them and provides different activities for the children to entertain themselves. In addition to that he works in the office and always gives excellent customer service and is always willing to help, he is excellent for our community.

I am a new resident here at Saxon Trace Apartments. From where I came from before, this place has been so wonderful. Especially Mrs. Sherry Bush. She is the one I have been working with through my whole prior to move in process during my move in process and any questions that I may have since my move in. She is attentive polite curious. She explained everything that I needed to know and more about my move in. She is super responsive to phone calls as well as email and is not bothered by the million questions that I may of had. This means a lot to me as it makes Saxon Trace more than just a home. Feeling like someone cares about you and cares to help you and is not bothered by you is important. We need more of Mrs. Sherry Bush in this world! Just a simple kindness goes along way. Thank you for all you do every day and thank you for making my experience here at Saxon Trace so well worth the relocation! Satisfied Resident.

Hello, I am a resident of Saxon trace and my children are a part of kids club house. There instructor Cameron is wonderful with them. I appreciate everything he does with them. He is an awesome guy. He keeps control of them children while allowing them to have a safe fun place after school. I am grateful for the program and thankful that he has decided to take part of it. Thank you Cameron for all you do.

Beautiful complex the area is perfect surrounded by stores however I would give it 5 stars if they hired a professional sales lady. Sherry is very rude and sarcastic to new people who would love to be new residents. Sherry explains how there is no hope for new residents and the only way we would be accepted if someone dies. 🤦🏻‍♀️ who hires people like this?

Saxon trace apartments is a great apartment everything it’s close, even my daughters therapy and the commute location is amazing! Sherry the office agent has been one of the best support when it comes to communication, and she is a Spanish speaker too which makes me feel more comfortable, excellent customer service always. Sherry Bush is very attentive during process makes you feel at home and the Maintenance crew are efficient make repairs right away.

Cameron has the kind of personality that is infectious to all he comes in contact. He is very good at his job and provides great resident service. An excellent choice for the children’s program and a good roll model as well. You would have to go a long way to find another person to be the face of Avanath and Saxon Trace.

I enjoy working with Sherry from inside of the office. She is always so nice n answers any n all of my questions. I’m very happy with any type of service I receive from the office when it’s conducted by Sherry❤️
