*Most* the staff was GREAT! Super friendly and made my husband and myself (as an audience) feel very comfortable. BUT BIG BIG ISSUE.. The husband was there for a consultation for dentures.. which ended up doing imprints somehow... BUT he was asking about partials for the bottoms as he has good teeth there. He was told it wouldn't work and they would have to be removed and IMPLANTS put in so the partials could hook/clip too (not sure the correct term) The pull per tooth amount was crazy expensive because he wanted to be put under so we ended up at another place. THANKFULLY. The dentist at the the new place RECOMMENDED partials for the bottom. Without us even asking!! Two very different consultations. Hmmm 🤔 Needless to say we have started the process at the new place. Thankfully the price was a little too high which led us to the right place!!

At first I wasn't so sure. But after we straightened some paperwork out,I did feel so much better. My exam was good, the staff was good and I enjoyed the visit while getting my teeth cleaned. I go back and have a small cavity fixed in 2 weeks.

I was looking for a new dental practice and went to see Aspen. Even though there was no issue with gums or teeth, they want to do a deep cleaning every 6 months which will cost over $100 after insurance. My former dentist had performed the customary and normal cleaning which is totally covered by Cigna at no cost to me. I am not satisfied and will now continue my search for a practice which will fully cover my expenses for cleanings.

If you set up an appointment for a specific procedure you will not receive it. At least not on the first appointment. Though no one tells you that up front. Instead they will xray and evaluate your teeth and their condition, making recommendations of what you need. You then must set up a later appointment to do the work recommend by their dentists. That may or may not include the procedure you originally wanted, like a simple cleaning of your teeth. Plan accordingly.

I am so impressed with Aspen Dental Ormond Beach. Dr. Peterson was wonderful along with the rest of the staff. Not one time did anyone make me feel shameful for the state of my teeth. I've had dentists in the past that did not care that I was terrified of Dentists or if I wasn't numb enough before the procedure. Dr Peterson took her time and listened to what I had to say. She said she would do whatever she could to help me get my smile back. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. G is amazing! I appreciate her so much. She treated me so great. She was so understanding of my fear and anxiety of being there and the procedure I was having heightened my anxiety. Thank you so so much Dr. G. The front office is so friendly and great to, like Cara and Megan. Thank you for treating me with respect.

I went to Aspen dental a couple years ago in Ormond. I didn't have a good experience. They tell you if you are not happy they will make it right and they didn't. As a matter of fact they lied on my chart. I got 4 crowns and afterwards needed adjustments for my bite to feel right. Well I went back there like 5 times for the adjustment and they didn't fix it. I had to go to another dentist to fix. They lied on my chart again by ommitting how many times I went back. When I finally saw the actual dentist again and told him I was not happy he said an angry manner he would redo them but he would not pay for them. I kindly said no because I didn't want him working on my teeth again.I honestly think and am almost positive he did something wrong and I wanted to sue. I talked to an attorney they recommended I go to another attorney. It's been about 2 years. I am poor and don't know what to do. But I am so tired of being screwed. There is so much more to it than this. Maybe someone can help.

They saw me after several dental offices said they were unable to after an abscess came up on my gum. They set up a plan to fix my broken crown and after pulling the tooth made a bridge to replace the tooth. I just got my new permanent bridge and I’m so glad to have it done. Dr G and Virginia were great.
