Today’s visit (11/9/23): I went today and no one was there to greet me. The lady who ended up greeting me was laying on a bench behind me while I’m waiting for someone to acknowledge I was there. lily messed up my eyebrows….. super disappointed. She took off way too much from one side. Even asked my husband if he noticed as usually men don’t lol and he said yes she took off too much. It’s my fault for not asking if Kathy was available but I will not be returning. My nails also could’ve used another coat but I’ll buy the polish my self and do it. After today’s experience with both eyebrows and nails I won’t be returning. Will be looking for a new location to do my nails and eyebrows at. They also didn’t offer any drinks as they usually do. Prices did go up. It’s posted every where in there. The service was not worth the price (1 star visit). (Previous visit) I found this place while at the altamonte mall as I’m new to the area and was looking for a good nail salon and it did not disappoint. Kathy was amazing and took her time. She offered me and my son drinks and was very attentive. The price I paid was very reasonable as well. I will definitely come back to this place especially with Kathy! Thank you Kathy!!!!! (5 star visit)

Went in to get a fill done and I was very unhappy with outcome. I asked for what I wanted and Krystal (nail tech) was unable to do so. Just look at pictures and judge by your own eyes… because the fill was incomplete and she was not willing to fix, I decided just to leave with a bad job with clear. Nails sides are HORRENDOUS!!! This girl to paint and do 2 simple designs wanted to charge $80. Even with the fill incomplete she has the audacity to DISCRIMINATE me for having accent in English and on top of her bad work charge $45. Will not be back and definitely not recommend to her at all. So sad about this whole experience as coworkers were aware and no one assisted.

I got ombré acrylic nails with glitter. It was $70 which I thought was reasonable if done well, but the lady seemed to be rushing. They weren’t very uniform in shape, some were a little lumpy, and I still had acrylic all over my fingers. I have gone other places that pay much more attention to detail. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

Great experience, my sister & I enjoyed getting our nails done. They're all very nice & friendly. Vicky did a great job on my nails & eyebrows will definitely return.

Lilly is the best. She puts so much effor and dedication on what she does, that if tou look for an awesome manicure, classic and elegant like me this os the best place. All the ladies there are beautiful, elegant and the guy that work there is awesome too. I highly recommend this amazing place. My favorite.

Very very friendly technician. Kim is my favorite. Jenny the owner runs this place very very well. Kim does a great job on your nails making them look natural and beautiful. I have shopped around and this is where I stay every time.

Kathy has been doing my mani and pedis for 2 years now. She has advanced acrylic technics for applying pink and white acrylic applications for French tip nails. Her quality in everything she does is above the rest and is a very sweet person. I highly recommend her for your nail needs

First time going and it was great! Staff is very friendly and the tech that did my nails, Angel, was awesome! She paid close attention to detail and made sure my nails came out perfect. Would definitely recommend this salon!
