Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing! Absolutely the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in during our vacations. The rooms were set up perfect, with an a nice bathrooms set up, the beds were extremely comfortable, we slept better in those beds than at home 😂, any time we needed the room cleaned or towels they were on it! We don’t have a single complaint about our stay here. The breakfast attendants were on it keeping items stocked and fresh and a clean area, very nice demeanor as well(didn’t catch their names-but they were awesome!). It was close enough to be able to drive over to the beach every day and come back, also close to several stores which made it very convenient location wise. Martin does an amazing job cleaning and up keeping the rooms, was very friendly in passing as well. Jada was very helpful and nice anytime we needed anything. Every single employee we came across had a nice attitude and seemed to truly care about the guests. Also they are very trustworthy people, our room had been cleaned one day we didn’t request it early enough, and we didn’t realize they were still going to clean it, I had left one of our electronics there and out on the dresser and it hadn’t been touched, it’s sad to say but you don’t see that too often anymore, but I truly trusted them wholeheartedly during our stay as well! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and our stay, wouldn’t do it justice! Thank you for the wonderful experience during our stay for our first ever trip to Florida!! You guys helped make it a one of a kind trip.

On 2/25/22 late night, We stayed for a quick overnight while passing through. The late night staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were clean and modern, very nice. However, upon checking out which is at 11am we were shocked that a man came knocking on our door at exactly 1101am. Not sure if he was a janitor or housekeeping either way, he was mumbling something through the door, I answered him that we’re just about ready to leave. He verbally answered back while he UNLOCKED THE DOOR trying to get in! Thank GOD we had the safety lock on our door because this man seemed desperate to get in and hollering that we needed to get out that it’s past 11am. He left once he realized that he couldn’t get in… what was he going to do if he had gotten in? While making our way downstairs to the reception desk at 1105 to check out, we exited the elevator, a man either janitor or housekeeping and I assumed it was the same man because he hollered outI believe this is 329 right here” and I hollered back that Yes It was! He surely didn’t have anything to say at that point. Don’t clap at me because I’m going to clap back. We’re checking out and I asked the manager at the reception desk if it was customary for anyone to unlock the hotel room door while guests are still in there and he answered yes, checkout is at 11am so we assume you have vacated. I answered okay but assuming or not the man heard us in the room and continued to try and enter then called us out at the elevator hollering this is 329! Is that customary? The manager said he would refer this incident to the GM but I doubt it. Always use your safety lock. Honestly, if it were anyone else besides us in that room, so much could have gone left. Beware of your surroundings at this establishment.

Recommend you to find a different hotel - pass on this one. Location is good but not worth the money. Two construction fans were set up in lobby (I take it that the air conditioner wasn't working properly). Continental breakfast was good this morning if you can look over one employee yelling at the other that she was going to punch them in the face. Water in shower does not get hot but if you stay more than one night, you have to hunt down more towels anyway (housekeeping does not come in to clean your room or restock the towels). Room was spacious but the bed was about as hard as the floor. Prepare for a backache when you get up in the morning.

It was a great experience. The staff were great, the breakfast was great, and the room was immaculate. Service was 10/5 amazing all around, Kareem however stood out. He was incredibly accommodating to me and my wife on our anniversary trip, as well as during check-in, we witnessed him be very professional and respectful with some very unruly and rude customers. To future customers to this hotel treat people with the respect they deserve. You're no better than any other person. Thank you to everyone at this hotel for giving me and my wife a wonderful anniversary experience.

Definitely not the cleanest or newest one we've stayed at, but will do for the night. No bugs, clean sheets and free breakfast. Customer service was awesome with room discounts and microwave mishap. I personally don't get much sleep, so I was up most of the night. Race cars from speedway and planes leaving and arriving all night. Wasn't really bothered, as it didn't bother the sleeping family..

Clean hotel great bathrooms and friendly staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Janice today at the breakfast buffet. She went out of her way to help me with something she didn’t have to. I just want to recognize her empathy and care she had shown me today. She made my stay! I will be coming back to this hotel!

I reserved a room for some R&R and decompression for the weekend. When I arrived I became aware that they have jacuzzi suites, therefore, I requested one and Nyomia was very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It had everything I needed for my weekend and was at the end of the hall which was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, so many choices. Janis, who tends to the breakfast buffet was so nice an went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I really had a wonderful time here and can't wait to come back. Awesome Hotel!! We were there for about a week, and the price for our room was definitely worth it. Staff was very friendly, hotel is clean. Free cable and Wifi and breakfast (hot, fresh,mostly healthy) Great place to stay!!

We have been here for five days now because of the storm. This hotel has been excellent. The management and all the workers her have been so outstanding and understanding. Would recommend this place as a great stop when u need to be taken care of or just a visit

Passing through Daytona and decided to stop for the night. Front desk clerk was very nice. Got to the room, very spacious. 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. If ever passing through will be sure to stay here again.

I've been traveling back and forth from Miami to Jacksonville for work now going on a year. I make it a requirement to stay at this Holiday Inn Express anytime I'm in the area. The staff is always friendly and kind. The room is the perfect size. And the beds... Awesome.

Place is great. Breakfast is very nice. It’s nice to get good hot food in the morning especially when your staying here for weeks at time for work. Do us all a favor tho. Upgrade those megs. Wi-Fi is super slow. Makes it hard to do anything. 4 mbs?? What is this the Stone Age

This is a lovely property with nicely updated, clean rooms, and staff that will make sure you're taken care of. It's located away from the crowds of Daytona beach, so if you're looking for a quiet location that's close to the excitement, look no further. Hoping to make my way back here soon! There are not enough words to express our gratitude to the staff at this hotel. Our family was in town for the tragic death of my daughter there in Daytona. The staff went over and above to ensure that all of our needs were taken care of. That hotel itself was very well kept, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Having the complimentary breakfast was just one less thing to worry about. Thank you for being such a blessing to our family during this tragedy.

I wanted to say that there is one person in particular that truly deserves her 5 stars 🌟 Alona Goodwin. This young lady represents true professionalism at it's best. She was very helpful, kind and very caring. It's rare to find people who will make you want to stay with way they treat you. She's a great compliment to the Holiday Inn Company. And deserves all the recognition and a raise. A true asset and gem !

Amazing experience! The staff was down to earth and had great customer service. From the front desk to the maintenance and cleaning staff that were throughout the building. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The hotel smelled clean and rooms were cleaned as well.

After arriving and hearing a customer complaining about Black mold I checked in and went to my room. When opening door room was never cleaned. Bed was slept in, dirty towels all over bath room counter. Called front desk to come up and look at it. I then made a quick decision to find another hotel and not stay at this location. After telling front desk person I received and email from them about checking out and sent me a copy of my bill which shows a stayed 4 nights. People Run the other way, nothing good to say about this place !!!

Not my typical hotel, but it was okay. It definitely could use some remodeling/updating but not in a bad way. The room was large, plenty of space. My only complaint was that my shade wouldn't go down on the window so the front desk lady came and put a pillow and a cushion from the couch to cover it. She said she would get maintenance the next morning to fix it but noone showed up. Other than that, no complaints.

This is a nice hotel, great value for the price. But what was really exceptional is Shanice who checked me in and out. She was very busy when I was checking out and able to effectively multitask without missing a beat and did so in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Thank you Shanice!

Phenomenal service, beautiful and clean, very kind employees. We had an amazing stay here. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and extremely clean. The employees are super nice and accommodating. The pool is very pretty and private. The beds are very very comfortable. The rooms had mini fridges, microwaves and a small kitchen. Our stay was very affordable as well. This is a gorgeous hotel that I would definitely recommend and will stay here again.
