Food was good and service staff even better!

I had a waffle with eggs and sausage patties. The waffle and sausage patties were delicious. My eggs were scrambled with a slice of cheese melted on top. I enjoy my eggs being scrambled with the cheese. It tastes better that way. The meal was good overall and I would be happy to go back there for breakfast.

They were busy. Servers were really moving, clearing tables, seating people, gave us friendly service. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious.

Our waitress Mary Jane was outstanding. The food is delicious and there is a lot of it. The rest of the staff were so friendly and a lot of fun.

You're better off going to a Waffle House. I love supporting small local businesses, but they have to keep up on their end. The price for quality didn't match and everything was a disappointment and was reminiscent of 'Banquet' brand food. It tasted fine but you definitely could do better yourself for a fraction of the price. The servers were friendly and welcoming.

Amazing breakfast to have first thing in the morning. The waiters were really nice. The pancakes tasted different then what I’m used to but the food was great. My husband said it was the best breakfast her ever had.

We stopped in while visiting the area. We prefer to eat at smaller local place instead of the chains when possible. This place was a pleasant little restaurant. The staff is super friendly and the waffles were awesome.

Great upon entry. They gentlemen that took our order was great and very friendly. Dominique whom was our actually server not so nice. She messed the order up and went to kitchen and started talking bad (guess she didn't think we would be able to hear her but we did). Decent food and good prices. I wish I caught the name of the gentleman that took our order he was great!

Absolutely amazing!! Our family of 7 got here as they were closing, he welcomed us gladly.. we are from Chicago area, where that doesn't happen.. the food was amazing! Absolutely recommend this place!!

If you like southern comfort diners, then you definitely have to check out C's Waffles South Daytona. This is a gem for the locals and also for the travelers too as well. This is a great community restaurant that shows the beauty of the inner city. My selection was chicken & waffles. I love the light and flakiness of the waffles and it was cooked perfectly, golden brown. Also, the chicken tenders were amazing. Very well seasoned and the chicken was cooked to perfection. I don't know about you guys but I definitely love my chicken super duper crispy LOL! One of the things that make me like most about C's Waffles South Daytona is the atmosphere. I just remind you of those days when you had the great morning breakfast that you get when your grandparents make it in the mornings. Service was great. Food was excellent. My wife had the waffle - it was great!! I had the biscuits and gravy which was creamy and tasty. - the hash browns and bacon were perfect! Can’t go wrong here!

My husband I used to love C's waffle The service was very good and the staff was very nice and helpful. But the last few times we went to C's waffle the staff was not friendly anymore and the service started getting worse little by little.we decided to visit the C's waffle in Port Orange one time and the service was terrible the staff was not friendly and didn't even came to check on us or see if we needed something else. So we said no more C's waffle. The husband found this little place in new Smyrna called Ruthy's Kozy Kitchen. Nice quiet little place, affordable and the service was great. we loved it and it will be our new breakfast place The service and the way you get treated does matter cause we ain't getting anything free we are paying for our food. C's when you first open it was amazing. Now it sucks.

This was a lucky find. Googled breakfast place and this was just a couple of blocks from our hotel. Great food, good value and a friendly warm atmosphere. If you're in the Daytona Beach area, definitely a plus place for breakfast.

Great staff, even with my group late arrival they did a great job getting our food out quickly. The variety of food makes it hard to choose what to order, but gives a great reason to come back and try something else.

I came in this morning for breakfast , I got the waffle combo . It was good , I actually ate more than I was expecting. But the girls were very nice , the food came at a good time . When I come back to town , I'm going to come back . I like it .

Will make this a staple each time I make it down! My server was amazing with a heart of gold and smile that made you feel 10 feet tall getting to hear her talk! The food was great, portions were spot on for folks looking for a good meal at a good price. Clean spot, and everything was fresh! And yes, they have hot sauce for your breakfast!

my boyfriend and I both got pancakes they were good but a little hard and burnt, the service was great all the workers helped eachother out which was nice to see. I would definitely comeback again as long as they don't burn the pancakes again...

Food was decent took longer than expected and they were not even busy, since the cooks overlooked my order. We waited for almost 25 minutes before receiving food thankfully they provided crayons for my daughter to keep her entertained was not waitresses fault seems that they were at the mercy of the cooks

Went to C’s for the first time and I can say it was a great experience, you are greeted as soon as you open the door. Service was extremely fast and accurate. Domonique was my server, extremely polite and friendly. Rounds are to the table to where you have nothing to want. Very attentive and always on point with any and all refills that you would want. I dare say I go to a lot of restaurants and there is something to be said about small non commercial establishments. The food that came was a welcomed relief. Most places give take home servings of food. Here, in my opinion, is just the right size of serving and very reasonably priced. I can’t say enough about C’s Waffles. If you are a tourist or snowbird, give it a try. What do you have to loose?

The staff here is really what puts this place above all the rest in the area for breakfast. Super attentive and friendly, and you can tell there are LOTS of regulars that feel the same way. This place was busy on a Saturday morning, but we got our food fast...and it was quite delicious!

I am from another country, so when a local suggested I stop by.. I did. I arrived 30 min before closing time, oops! The staff were incredibly courteous and their hospitality was never in question even on a Sunday near closing. Great food, fair prices, made from scratch. What more would you want? Great spot. You would be mistaken not to order their waffles. It’s in the name!

We waited over an hour for food, which is fine if someone apologized and our food was hot. I can understand a few mess ups, hey and even more if you can say sorry. Not only we waited that long our waitress never came by and told us how much longer it would be or even didn't apologize for the wait. When we got our food no sorry, or anything. Before that we were never checked on other than ordering food. All of our food was cold. We tried to talk to someone waited for someone to come back over let them know what was going on another female waitress came over and was extremely rude as well as the other waitress. She just said we are short staff well what do you want me to do about it very aggressively with no options other than remaking food, which we surely didn't want to wait there any longer. We ended up just leaving without eating. We weren't offered anything to compensate or an apology from both waitresses. Other than them offering to make us wait longer, which was not happening. We are very patient people I was apologizing about this situation when it wasn't even my fault but yet those two waitress couldn't and were very rude. Worst experience at a restraint I've ever had. The young man who is the manager seemed nicer and he did apologize. If he could get nice waitress in there and didn't serve cold food this place would be alot better, even if its short staffed.
