I found this wonderful little treasure tucked away in a plaza I pass all the time. Although I'm not a Buffalo bills fan LOL it is a beautiful place with great food great service and it's clean and expensive what more could you want! I'm definitely going to be returning and highly recommend you come in and check it out.

When I go visit my mom I have to eat here the best biscuits and gravy I have tasted .The food is always good and hot great customer service everyone that works there is so pleasant.

This place is great! Lunch specials are good, and you can really get a healthy, fresh meal for a reasonable price!!! Check this place out! Also the owners are super nice and the staff is really on top of their game. Overall, this place is my favorite Thai place in the area.

Updated review* Was 5/5 . I will start by saying I would still recommend this breakfast spot . Still a great place to go. But... We went there today and we had BRENDA as a server. Let me tell ya, it was a horrible experience. We have been servers for years so we can totally understand most things and thats 100% why I won't put a bad review on the business but she was just absolutely rude. We sat down and we ordered. My daughter (5 ) wanted a kids meal (at 11am) and she check the time. Rolled her eyes and said fine. ( we all used our manners so I don't understand what was wrong) then we ordered and she kind of just snatched the menus and walked away. Never came back until the end to grab a plate. Luckily, Jenny was there and noticed our distraught faces and asked us if everything was okay. She apologized for any inconvenience and made sure we were happy. She even socialized with my daughter and my daughter absolutely loved it. There was another waitress there with younger blonde hair and a pony tail braid who looked very sweet as well. We won't let one bad apple ruin our views but we definitely know to ask for anyone but Brenda's section. I'm not sure if she had a problem with us in general or maybe because my daughter is mixed. I'm not really sure. 😕 never knew her prior to then but can definitely see her running away some loyal business. Besides that, this restaurant is great. Still decent prices with all the price fluctuations going on. And still okay food. I'll go back eventually.

Cash only. Hands down, one of the best places to get a quick, simple, tasty breakfast. Coffee is hot, food is good and fresh, folks are friendly. Tons of Buffalo Bills memorabilia, makes it fun even if you're not a huge fan. The space is on the smaller side and older but it is well organized, cozy, and has a homey feel to it. We had $18 cash on us (a couple) and got 1 hot coffee, 2 filling egg & cheese sandwiches (just $3.50), and split the most delicious thing; A *GRILLED* HOMEMADE BLUEBERRY MUFFIN. And still were able to tip $5... Protect this place at all costs!!! There aren't too many like it in existence anymore. This place is cherished. And Oh. my. gosh... You haven't lived until you've experienced the sweet, tasty, fluffy, comforting flavor of Tim's Corner grilled blueberry muffin. I mean. I'm so glad our waiter suggested it that one time... Best thing ever. My husband just loves them and is addicted. His eyes roll when he eats them, they are *that* good. Lol. The muffin portion is large and perfect for sharing. Whoever makes their muffins or whatever recipe they use... It's just... Perfection. Wait staff is always fast & friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Bring your stash of cash and head over to Tim's. You will not regret it.

Good place for delicious american food. i love this place. i had a brother come into town and he asked me to go back here.

Went to breakfast with my dad at Tim's this morning (12/20/2020), and it was as great today as it was when I first went two years ago! Service is fast and friendly, portions are ENORMOUS, and they offer delicious food at an extremely low price-point. I should note that they are CASH ONLY, but well worth a quick stop at the bank/atm. It can get a little noisy, but that's because they have regulars, and so people know each other and like to chat. THEY ARE PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING (table placement/barriers) AND THE STAFF WORE MASKS AT ALL TIMES!

Great food and great prices

The food is good, service friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are adequate. They don't serve hamburgers on Sundays, to my disappointment, but I will return and sample. The acoustics in the restaurant are inadequate, and the noise forces you to yell at times. But I will overlook that based on the food and the service and competitive pricing.

Love the Pad Thai, by far the spiciest in town (which I also love)! Yellow chicken curry is fantastic too. Definitely make an order and check them out, you won't regret it.

My family and I were on vacation and decided to try Thai food for the first time. Let me say it was delicious. I ordered from here twice in a week because it was just that good. It's great for vegetarians , so many options. We will be ordering from them the next time we are in town.

Remember to always tip your take out person. They make sure your order is right, clean, has all the sides and packages it up for your convenience. Some people think they don’t need to tip. I ordered Pho today, had to pay 2.00 extra for beef. Which, essentially cost me $14.00 for Pho typical for AMAZING soup. What I got was unbelievably disappointing. You see, $14.00 PHO comes with thinly shaved raw, impeccable quality beef which gets poached in the soup. You also get mounds of fresh sprouts, basil and/or cilantro, garlic chili sauce, brown sauce and noodles. Despite my request for basil which didn't happen I was delivered noodles all stuck together, so few sprouts which were hidden in noodles, carrots, mini corn, odd stuff. And yet the base of the soup was so wonderful it clearly said this is authentic PHO - meaning they knew how to cook very well, yet want to pull the wool over the eyes of people not food savvy to reduce costs. A real shame. Here is a picture of the very few small pieces of clunky, over cooked beef. There was so little of even this poor quality beef I had to put on my glasses. The MEAT is what substantiates a 14.00 bowl of soup! A far cry from thinly sliced abundant traditional Pho indeed!

We just found this little gem today and decided to go for lunch and the food and service were beyond stellar. The Tom Yum Soup was the most amazing soup I have ever had, and I’ve tried many different places for Tom Yum soup and this one was just mind blowing. The flavors were out of this world! For anyone who has not tried this little gem, do yourself a favor and go experience the best Thai food in Volusia county. It is amazing all the way around. 5 trillion ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered delivery... got Pad Kra Prao (spicy Basil stir fry) with Tofu, Tom Yum soup, and veggie spring rolls. Lots of flavor and spice and very fresh tasting. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. Delivery was fast too. Will definitely recommend and order again. Lots of options to try.

How I miss this place and food!

The place has an inviting and simple beauty. The food is made to order so it is very fresh and not fast food. The curry puffs is a favorite. We also had fried dumplings. The very best I have ever had. For entree's We had the pineapple rice, The red curry, The yellow curry and Pumpkin Curry. I did not realize that we could have ordered probably one to two dishes and shared. We now have at least two more dinners worth of leftovers. The prices are beyond reasonable. Especially with the quality and the quantity that you're getting. I'm sorry I forgot to take photos The food was very photogenic but it smelled so good that we drove right in.

If you like authentic Tom yum soup then this is not the place. Try thai kitchen by saowanee for your tom yum soup. I've eaten it at hundreds of restaurants around the country and theirs is one of the best. I won't be back if a thai staple like Tom yum soup is not good.

Didn’t have any high hopes being it was my first time but was pleasantly surprised. More so when I was given unexpected (complimentary) spring rolls that were the bomb dot com. Never been a fan of spring rolls but damn... those were good enough to order more. The rest of the food was very tasty and the sweet tea tasted homemade in that mason jar. I had the Massaman Curry (level 3 heat) with the upgraded Basil Fried Rice. Also tasted the dumplings and some Wonton Soup (could’ve used a little extra flavor but tasty nonetheless). Overall I was very satisfied and intend on coming back. 4 stars because the restaurant did have a slight smell of fabuloso or some other cleaning solution that I imagine keeps the place... clean.

Queen Bee Thai Kitchen is the best restaurant in all of Port Orange. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should. They always bless me with a delicious meal that i can not refuse.

Great people and food that is reasonably price. Not a breakfast fan in general so I always order lunch or “dinner”. One of my favs is Wednesday turkey dinner. You get so much it’s 2 meals and under $10. Don’t forget to try whatever dessert they have, nothing better than all their homemade ones.

Always a great meal, but this was an especially special day...Tim's 2-year anniversary! This is a family run business and each time I am here it feels like a visit to old friends. The prices are beyond reasonable and the servings are generous. The service is exceptional - the food is always piping hot and the coffee cups are never empty. I took my sister there for breakfast, she is blind and has dementia...Tim's Corner is her favorite place to go. We were seated and the waitress sat down with us & she was very patient with taking my sisters order...Pancakes!!! I asked that her order be brought out first to allow me time to cut it up for her. This is my favorite diner ever. They have Beef on Weck on special often, which is awesome(be sure to add horseradish). The staff are friendly, attentive, and service overall is fast and consistent. Cash only, but it's likely one way they keep the prices low.

Fantastic service even though the dinner was packed. Linda did a great job taking care of us, a real pro. We got the Western omelet and the Texas omelet, regular grits, and jalapeno cheese grits (on special). The omelets were on par with diner expectations, the jalapeno cheese grits were Great! I'd definitely have that again.

I liked it and was going 3-5 times a week until the day I sat down and waitresses kept walking past me and then 6 other people not all together came in after me and got waited on. In fact one couple even got their food before I was waited on. I was at a 2 people table in front of the counter and my waitress was engaged in conversation with a Man and kept saying I'll be right there (several times). So that was my last time eating there. I don't need told twice you don't want my business. I would have just left and not eaten that day if my blood sugar had not dropped and I was weak and blurry eyed. So hope you are treated better than I was. RESPECTING CUSTOMERS MATTERS.

I ate breakfast there and let's just say when I'm in Daytona I am eating at Tim's Diner for breakfast never eat nothing else can't get past the breakfast it is so damn good! I went there on Friday 7/21/23. I will be going back. The wife, her sister & I all enjoyed our meals. I ordered 2 biscuits/gravy, 2 eggs, 2 sausage links. They have the larger sausage links. This is less than $10. They will be closing Monday the 24th for vacation and opening August 1. Our server Linda was polite and attentive. Great food, service and pricing.
