Terrible service!! The customer service is awful and the food is not good. my husband and I had a terrible experience here . This food was so nasty and disgusting also the food was very cold . The girl at the register her name was Kierson she was not nice at all very rude and when I asked her about my sauces she said what ! With a attitude. She didn’t even do my order correctly at all my husband had to go back in and ask for the rest of his food . I come here a lot and had really good food and service . But I will never come back here again . I will tell people how terrible this place was not a good environment.

Absolutely disgusting store, floor was filthy both in the dining area and in the kitchen. Heard the night manager threaten to slap the next employee that moved the box of gloves, as well as yell at an employee that seemed like they may be mentally handicapped. I also watched multiple customers walk out because the service was so poor. I cannot believe that this is considered acceptable by management. I will most definitely be contacting corporate regarding this.

They never get orders correct

It's been 3-4 months since I've been to this location. Now I remember why it's been so long. Asked for EXTRA gravy on the "famous bowl" but got ZERO gravy. Popcorn chicken was popcorn chicken breading nuggets. Literally could not detect ANY chicken. WTH!! The 3 pc strips as descent at best. Strips were dry n seemed they had been sitting around a while. Fries were tough n leathery. KFC says burger joints shouldn't sell chicken. Maybe chicken joints shouldn't sell fries. Can't leave them under the heating lamp. MAKE THEM FRESH!! Absolutely disappointed. This location has to be the worst KFC in Florida. You have disappointed me for the last time. Wouldn't eat here if it's free and I'm starving.. Corporate, close this location before they cause people like me to NEVER go to a KFC again...

I stopped in here after not eating KFC for years because I really wanted to try the spicy chicken bowl. After a 16 minute wait they gave me the regular chicken bowl instead and forgot my soda. After another 10 minute wait I finally got the spicy chicken bowl and the fries were black and burned, clearly not edible and they forgot to put corn in my bowl. Not wanting to wait in line again I ate what I could but tossed most of it. Next time I want KFC I will just go to their dumpster and pull out some old discarded food as their probably is no difference between that and what you would pay for inside.

This is a busy KFC restaurant. There is a long line-up in the drive through. There are also many customers inside the restaurant. Well, it’s around noon now. The inside is clean and brightly-lit. Quite welcoming. The special today is $5 KFC Famous Bowl. Great deal. There’s a very long wait to get the chicken pot pie. The servers are severely incompetent. There are plenty of people there but they are unable to prioritize. Good food. Bad experience.

The kentucky fried chicken nearest to my home in Cocoa Beach closed its doors many years ago So I do not get to enjoy their fine product as often as I would like When I'm out of town. I tend to grab a chicken tender's meal. My favorite side is mashed potatoes and gravy. Tonight, I was fortunate that the local KFC stayed open till 10 PM, and I went over and grabbed some chicken. KFC is one of those organizations that maintains consistent quality from store to store regardless if that is a company store or a franchise The staff this evening was very friendly. They were also efficient and quick. There is no doubt that whenever I am in the port orange area, I will have chicken at least for one meal

Walked in to place an order - 8 minutes later still nobody asked if Id like to place an order, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE 4/5 EMPLOYEES WORKING (TIME:1615) I guess you are not in the business to sell chicken - I went across the street to Boston Market and was greated and placed my order within the first 2 min of walking in the door. I WILL NEVER GO TO THE PT ORANGE KFC AGAIN. And know that I will let others know of lack of service at this site.

This place is clean the bathrooms are clean. The stuff could use some customer service training. It wasn't too bad but it could be improved on. The food was good except the mashed potatoes tasted like instant messaged potatoes and not the real stuff I did not care for that. Other than that it's not a bad place to visit.

I ordered a dark meat two piece original. The leg was crispy and dry. The biscuit also was dry.😑😒 The Mac n cheese good. The thigh was good. The lady in the window very nice..

I ordered two breast and Wing boxesAnd it was the worst I ever had there. The chicken was so GREASY really bad, and the biscuits weren't cooked all the way through.

The service we received last night was above amazing. The Manager Talisha was very friendly. Our food was superb. The entire staff was great.

Called and requested a 24 count Chicken Tenders on Friday night for a Family gathering on Saturday March 5th. Requested a 10:45 to 11:00am pick up time. Arrived around 10:40 The young lady was just starting to box them up. Served them at the gathering and I can honestly say they were the Best Tenders I have had from KFC in a long time. Thank you very much.

There's been a recurring problem over the past few months at this location. We always place two orders of #6 3-piece, white meat, original recipe. A couple of months ago one of the orders was missing 1-piece of chicken. Two weeks ago, BOTH orders were short 1-piece. Most recently, BOTH orders were given dark meat, not white as ordered. Therefore, we won't be going thru the drive-thru again. The parking at this location is often restrictive because of congestion due to the drive-thru line. Therefore, we won't be eating at KFC again because there are no other locations in Daytona Beach. We NEVER had an order problem in the seven years we went to the DeLand KFC drive-thru. When you mess up a customer's dinner order, you lose customers and get negative reviews on social media. This is a bad store, with incompetent people and in-effective management.

Service was extremely fast. When i pulled in the line was half way around there building. I wasn't there more then 15 minutes before i had my food.

We live in New Smyrna Beach, however we travel to KFC Port Orange.. It's overall a better experience, ie food, cleanliness, staff. It's far superior.

Can you stop acting like giving customers more than 3 packets of honey is gonna make or break your business? It doesn’t matter if I order 2 biscuits or 6 biscuits.. absolutely never give enough honey. Ridiculous. Other wise food is usually good.

Every time I come here something is wrong with the order. Figured id give it one last try tonight and go through the drive through to place an order. First they are out of crispy, figured no problem Ill just get original then they proceed to tell me itll be 20 min for chicken. Now Ive got cars in front and behind me and stuck in the drivethrough line. Never coming back here again. Worst kfc around by far

Although I had to explain our order several times, they did finally get it right. Chicken was hot and the sides were finally correct.

For Being a Port Orange resident for over 30 years. This,store has never let me down as a customer. And To this day, staff is always polite. Food is always great. Restaurant is always clean. Owner should be proud and employees too.

Just went thru the drive thru didn’t realize I ordered a 2 piece meal with dark meat I wanted white meat no big deal .. so I asked the lady she proceeded to tell me it would be an additional $.60 of charge. I said no problem in the background. Her coworker shouts out “no she can’t do that She should’ve said that from the beginning when she ordered her food.” All she had to do was take the $.60 give me the corrected order and I would have been on my way but instead she decided to be ignorant. Well because of her ignorance the drive thru was held up so that they can refund me my money on my order because I am not spending my money on an establishment that has ignorant workers whom don’t understand the concept of customer service. No one forced you to work in fast food if you don’t want to be there find a different job!

Took my grandkids for tenders but they were so dried out they couldn’t eat them, we got Mac n cheese i stead of 2 mashed. The Mountain Dew was out of syrup so it tasted like seltzer water. In all my years I have never had a meal like these from kfc and I have eaten at this one every since it was built. So what a disappointment! Hope this never happens again if we closer I would have brought it back

The ladies here love their job and do an amazing job they truly care and made my Christmas Eve great

Mountain Dew Sweet Lightening & Nashville Hot chicken was the greatest combo ever. The Nashville hot is gone, so I won't be as regular of a customer, but I'll return for the Dew and the occasional chicken littlle.

Visited the Restaurant approximately 6 pm. Went to order in dinning room for some take out. Waited at the window for 10 minutes. No response at all. Customer who was waiting on their order even commented that the crew was not going to wait on me. How can you run a food restaurant and not have someone available to greet customers at the window. 4 people that were behind the counter never even acknowledge a customer? Totally UNACCEPTABLE! I have ordered many times through the web app and never had 1 problem. I will never visit or do business with this Port Orange location again.

I'll give four-stars cuz compared to other KFC's in Volusia county they are much better food-wise, cleanliness and friendlier. This location is too busy during peak hours to not have someone constantly working on mobile orders like Chick-fil-A. They should have someone from 11 till 7 that only packs mobile orders. This place struggles even with a full team to put out the smallest doordash order. Update: also had a check shove the doordash order at me and say this is it this is all that there is I asked repeatedly are you sure I think there's more she said nope it's all in there got to the customer's house and got screamed at that little girl that is on the register needs to pay attention and not be so overly sure of herself. 04/28 6:30 p.m.

For a fast food restaurant, we were VERY impressed by the food and the cleanliness of this restaurant! The staff looked like a hard working staff. We would DEFINITELY go to this KFC again! 👍

Drive thru is always a tad slow! I just needed coleslaw to go with my baked beans & ribs I made for dinner!

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, that looks nothing like the picture posted, paid the asking price, missing the fries, and get an attitude from a generation Z'er, and bring home an inedible stale, chewy, soggy piece of chicken on a limp bun. Threw in the Garbage, I called the Mgr, i said it wasn't about a refund, and not even an apology. KFC Port Orange.

This is obviously one of the newer restaurants in the business or one of the most recently updated ones, everything was very clean and tidy and looked great, the only thing I have to complain about in regards to my last visit is that when I ordered the 3 piece combo, I did get the 2 drumsticks and 1 thigh I asked for but instead of only one of the drumsticks being "extra crispy" and the others being "original recipe" they were all "extra crispy" other than that everything else was good and if I want KFC again and I'm close to this restaurant I'll stop back in

I normally love KFC but everytime we go here, they don't have something....yesterday they didn't have any biscuits ready. The 2 times before that... each time they didn't have the kind of dipping sauce my kids asked for to dip their chicken strips in. Their food is good. I just wish they had everything in my order...

Food is good but I find it to be very expensive. The two of us can go to a sit down restaurant for $10 more. Sometimes the bucket has a couple of little chicken pieces with not much meat on it.

Could not go in and had to order through the drive-thru but actually we timed it was quicker than Chick-fil-A but they didn't get our order right so I ended up having to suffer but the meal was good

One of my preferred spots for tasty chicken. Visited near twelve, it was not full. I will be bringing family next time. This place has a nice atmosphere.

One of the few fast food places in the area where you still can’t go inside to order. It’s either drive thru(which I can’t do because my truck is too big), or order online (I don’t have a credit card). I tried to call them from outside the store and no one answered. I understand that you’re taking COVID-19 seriously, but take a cue from your competition, which is all around you.
