Doctor Ahmed has been taking great care of my health for many years. I am eternally grateful for him and his staff, Gwen especially!!! :)

Unprofessional, unsanitary, unhelpful. I brought a family member in for a cyst. When the physician finally saw us he didn't wash his hands or put on gloves. He immediately just poked the cyst causeing pain to the patient. He then rushed through the rest of the diagnosis and didn't describe or discuss the medicines that were prescribed. When he left the room another staff member turned the light off on us while we were still sitting there. I would recommend going anywhere else.

**This is a response to the owner regarding my initial review** (Response to Owner): I strongly suggest the Doctor uses his spare time to read some of the reviews on here and it'll just further prove that I'm not the only one who thinks he's rude, unprofessional, and isn't correctly practicing medicine. And before you go accusing patients of coming in just to get prescribed "abusive" medications, understand and look into the situation a bit more. I had all necessary paperwork with me and the recommendation from my personal doctor. I came in under instructions from my personal doctor and had all my prescriptions in my car. My doctor was out of town and told me I can go visit an Urgent Care to get what I need. I didn't even bother showing Ahmed the paperwork I have as he clearly wasn't having it. He didn't even treat the symptoms I came in with instead prescribed me medication for a totally different issue "he found". He also prescribed me an antibiotic that has been found to have a minor interaction with another antibiotic I was taking. The doctor was fully aware of the other medications I was taking. Even my pharmacy informed me that it is not common for these two medications to be prescribed together as they have the same purpose. You responded to me accusing me of coming in wanting "abusive" medication, but you yourself are the ones prescribing an unhealthy amount of medications for unnecessary reasons. I strongly suggest you take a look in the mirror and realize what you're doing wrong.

Terrible service. Went there for a physical and was rushed through; Didn't address my concerns, called in wrong prescription, fees were unclear and the list goes on. There was a lady in the waiting room coughing everywhere with no mask, they didn't ask her to put one on or put her in a room away from the rest. She came in after me and I had already paid so I was trapped. When I said something I was told they are not mandated to wear a mask. Grateful I always wear one. A complete waste of $500!

I have been going to Dr. Ahmed for a week now. I like him very much. He listens to me and treats me very well. He does everything he can to help me feel better. He is very thorough. He definitely cares about making his patients better. His staff is very friendly and pleasant. I like everyone in that office. I highly recommend.

You should educate your staff! I drove 20 minutes out of my way because when I called I was told you took my child's insurance but then I get there and fill out paper work and then sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes just to be told they in fact don't take her insurance! Waste of time and waste of gas! Educate your employees!

Excellent service gwen is amazing lady . She is so helpful and the dr is very easy to speak with and very caring with his patients. And office is so clean Glad I found them .

The receptionists and the nurses here are awesome, but the doctor does not listen and does not care to explain things to you. After waiting for 25 minutes in a room for him to come in, he immediately wanted to do a strep test on me when I never claimed I had a sore throat even once. Then to find out from the very kind nurse, that he’s supposed to let anyone without insurance know that every test they do is extra, which he did not. The doctor was in the room with me for a total of 45 seconds my entire visit. If you want a good doctor, this is not the place to go. The only reason I’m even giving it 2 stars is because my nurse saved my wallet and got me the correct diagnosis faster by avoiding giving me pointless tests.

Had a great experience with Dr. Ejaz. The front desk staff was great and so was Dr Ejaz. He spoke with my son kindly and made the visit fun for him. We have been coming here for 2 years and love it

Helping I’ve been bringing my mom for wound care for a week. They are amazing. They are very kind. Patient and look here is outstanding. Very happy family member.

I have been visiting this doctors office for 6 years now. The service is wonderful and they are quick about getting you in and out. They treat me with respect on all my medical needs. This is the only doctors office that I visit. They are open late in the evenings and on weekends which is a big help with my busy schedule.

Dr Ahmed and his staff are so kind and gentle..the doctors bed side mannor makes me feel like I can talk to him openly and honestly and he actually listens and addresses each and every issue. I'VE been a pt of his for 7 yrs. I highly recommend him,his office and his staff is awesome.. Ive really gotton to know Dr.Ahmed over the last 7 years so if your looking for a new office, with evening hours, urgent care available, and I believe weekend availability to add to this awesome Doc and warm staff I recommend his practice..front office..back office..and of course Dr.ahmed..

Dr ejaz Ahmad has saved my life. He had assesses me and gave me the right medication that other doctors have missed. He is compassionate, caring and always available for a question. His front office is wonderful. His office manager is incredible she’ll always answer your questions always be available to you and always follows up in a timely manner. I recommend this office for any of your medical issues and I think the person will be extremely satisfied medically.

I wish I lived closer so when I am sick I can come here. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. I came in with a sinus infection that I have been fighting for a week. I got a shot and anti biotics after talking to the nurse then the doctor. Both are very professional and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this place

Did an outstanding job sewing up my hand when I severely cut it. Was really scared and nervous, but he put me a ease. Cannot even see a scar now. Good MD with great bedside manner.

Who ever Sonia is who answers the phone has one of the nastiest attitudes Was calling to get a covid test done and was surprised that she said it would be $170 each for me and my daughter. When I said I seen different information on their website her response was rudely “well I’m telling you was the price is now” and “you can always go somewhere else”

This has been my primary care for almost two years. I ran out of my migraine medication right before the hurricane. I was obviously due for an appointment to renew. I called the doctor to ask for a three day prescription to be called in. Just to get me past the storm and to my pay day. I have no insurance and pay out of pocket. I called in the morning and was told they would call me back. They didn't call. I called the next morning only to be told I had to come in and pay for an appointment to get the medication. I explained that I was unable to do that and would come for an appointment and my full prescription the day after the storm. Also the day I get my pay check. They again said they would call me back. They did not. I was left without my needed medication through the storm. I will not be going back to this doctor. He doesn't care about his patients. Only the money matters to these people.

I am glad that going to Dr. Ahmed was easy, office staff is very personable and professional. Dr. Ahmed is very easy to deal with, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. As a nurse I appreciate all aspects of this office, thank you Kelsie, Gwen and Dr. Ahmed.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it was easy to get in to see him. Beyond that, he has a terrible bedside manner. Cut me off in the middle of my questions because he assumed he knew what I was gonna ask. Even though there were no other patients waiting he rushed me and was not interested in taking anytime to know me or what I needed. He is clearly only interested in being a walkin clinic, I don't know why he does primary or family care

The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful as was the nurse. The doctor came in on the phone and then didn't know anything about me or why I was there, not even my name. He was obviously in a rush. Then after barely checking me out or not asking any symptoms, which unfortunately seemed to have been been erased on whatever they were using after the nurse put it in, he just started telling me I had to take a medication without even telling me what I had or if the test I had just taken was positive or negative. I had to ask what was wrong with me. Also they don't warn you that you have to pay for a covid test when that's not what you came in for. The receptionist said she'd talk to them about it, but that's neither here nor there. Also, some of their equipment is a little outdated, not necessarily a bad thing, but a little concerning.

The staff was phenomenal. Ms. Kelsie was absolutely lovely and patient with all my questions and concerns. Thank you so much! I love that they're in and out, and very convenient. I will be definitely recommend this urgent care over going to the hospital in regarding service and professionalism of staff.
