Nice park to get out and walk around, fish, or grill. There's picnic tables, grills, fishing piers, a playground, and even exercise equipment. Good place to bring the family

Nice park, went at sunset and was not disappointed. Few people out and about; the view was great and the playground proved to be entertaining even for a teenager. A little shady but overall a pleasant spot.

Thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful waterside park. Lots of birds to see. Manatees by the boat launch, dolphins by the pier. Folks fishing. Kids on playground.

The athletic court (park) is open now! Great workout spot. Tracks are marked. They are concrete but still worked well. Good pull up chinup etc.

It’s a beautiful park to visit. Has a lovely view as it’s right at the edge of the water. The park also has a path that would lead to your own private beach vibe.. the kids love it here. I’m sure your furbabies would love it too.

2 boat ramp, 12 trailer parking spots. If you're heading north, not bad. Heading to Ponce inlet takes about an hour, depending on your speed. Lots of minimum wake areas at bridges. No restrooms. A couple of picnic tables

Would be a great area to fish if there were actual fish there to catch. There probably are some, and we probably came at the wrong time of day. Other than that, this park would make for a great picnic/birthday party area for those that love doing stuff in the outdoors. Also, there are areas to kayak from around here.

Nice large area. Time for some upkeep on the gazebo. Park is very nice. Awesome evening view.

A perfect park for just about anything! My son has a blast on the play ground and it is so big and he can run around everywhere while still being safe. Everything is very well maintained and the view is just gorgeous! We love sunrise Park💖✨

Nice park. Exercise equipment. Playground. Pavilion. Boat ramp. Bathrooms. Wish there was a bottled water machine. Felt safe by myself.

I remember going to this park as a kid, way back when the playground had sand instead of mulch. Besides the actual playground, there's a lot of recreational space with pavilions and piers around the area. I also have a vivid memory of watching fourth-of-July fireworks at this park, and looking up after the show to see purple lightning streaking across the sky in typical Florida heat storm fashion. Really good times. Also, if memory serves me right, there is a store right across the street from the park where I remember getting ice cream.

Holly Hill has done a good job of developing and maintaining this park. However every time I visit the park I can't help remembering how much I enjoyed it when that spit of land was only sand and palmetto.

Nice paved walking path with a fishing pier out into the Halifax River. There is an interesting fitness area. Restooms were next to the parking lot. The park appears to be undergoing some repairs. Children were enjoying the playground equipment. The South portion of the park had a small water retention pond that the White Ibises were delighted with. This park lacked seating to rest or to just sit and enjoy. There were some covered picnic tables. Quite a number of birds must roost above these tables from the layer of excrement on the tables. This is not an embellishment. This park looks like a great place to exercise or to take children to the playground. Plan your picnic somewhere else.

I most just hit the boat launch anymore, which has been rebuilt and is nice. But I know they updated the playground recently and it looks nice as well. Family environment. Locals often walk and run there for exercise.

Beautiful Park . It is a relaxing place to walk around or get exercise at their outdoor gym. There is a fishing dock that extends halfway out into the river. You can enjoy the water and the boats going by or do some fishing. There is a boat launch at the park next door if you have a boat. There are plenty of picnic tables and a playground for the children. Restrooms are open and kept clean.

Nice park in a convenient location with the occasional questionable character and evidence of homeless living in the bushes along the river.

Great park. Everything seems to be well maintained. The park is even in the process of rebuilding one of the piers. About the only problem I could see was that they need to add some mulch in the playground because it has worn away below the play equipment.

Beautiful park! Well located and spacious for boats. The water was very clean and the area was spotless.
