EDIT: to whoever does the responses, I had an appointment and I also had the appointment card YOU wrote for me😊... great try on your excuse for lack or consideration, I as well was a PATIENT WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!!! Who can I speak to about this issue and the treatment from the office staff? I also need To obtain any bills you had billed my insurance considering that it is illegal (insurance can not be billed for the practice of medical marijuana use). Please email me at [email protected]. Thanks Zero stars if i could. I’ve gone here for months for my medical marijuana referrals. The staff is rude and not the brightest group of ladies if you know what I mean. Today I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told I never had an appointment (although I have my appointment card that they wrote) waited an hour and a half and no one ever came in the room. This place charged me $75 and still sent bills to my insurance. They only give you a 70 day supply even though the law is 3,70 day referrals per visit everywhere else. I’ll be contacting my previous insurance for an explanation of benefits today to see what they have billed without my knowledge. The office staff needs to lay off the pizza in the back and pay more attention to their scheduling.

I have been seeing Dr Mirabelli for 2+ years now so I am very familiar with him and his staff. I am not sure why I haven't written his office a review yet. The bottom line is this: they are an awesome team and he is a caring, understanding and flexible physician. It is a vast understatement to say that this doctor has saved my life. He brought me back to the world of the living after I was unknowingly inhabiting this world as a walking zombie. At the start of my treatment, they took a photo of me. Just a couple of months ago I and one of the office staff looked at the original photo. I look entirely different! And it's not just us who noticed that! I have literally had to have a new license photo taken because I look entirely different! Three times now banks have asked me for secondary or tertiary forms of ID because they have said, "Is this you!?" or "This photo doesn't look like you!" There is a BIG difference! My eyes are full of life now! His staff are kind, considerate and will work with you to get you where you need to be. So the bottom line is this: I don't understand the folks saying this office isn't good or that they are rude. I have never experienced that EVER. Maybe those people were looking for a doctor who just writes a prescription and looks the other way? That is NOT Dr Mirabelli. He's on your side. He'll take your issues in to consideration. Be honest and open with him. I walked in to his office after setting an appointment two and a half years ago. I called literally dozens of doctors before coming upon his office on the recommendation of a Pharmacist who is a friend. It was among the best decisions I have ever made in my life and I wish I could do something to show them my gratitude. I have no recommended 2 people to his office and both are receiving quality, affordable care. If you need a professional doctor who will actually help you with your medical issues, do NOT hesitate to call Compassionate Health and Managed Pain.

I really want to give a -5 the staff are incompetent and rude. Wallpaper has more personality than they do. My first visit I waited over 2 hours even with an appointment. The doctor has a very heavy accent and drones on and on, blah blah blah. The doctor wrote the prescription wrong, I caught it before I left ,then they wrote it wrong a second time, the pharmacy called them. They're blaming it on the pharmacy. Very disappointed. Wasted time ,I won't be back

Stay away from this place! They are very rude & kept changing my meds before my body could adjust! they switched around insurance companies & didn't give any warning until I walked into my appointment without any meds. The neurologist decided that it was a good idea to put me back on a medication that I was on at 3 years old. Just because it works for a 3 year old doesn't mean it'll work for someone in their 20's. People's body chemistry changes & as a "doctor" you should know that!! This medication I'm talking about gave me suicidal thoughts & this place should be put out of business!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I have had back issues for several years now. And I have been to several different pain management doctors. But Compassionate Health and Managed Pain is the first place I have been too that actually cares about their patiences needs. A lot of others will turn you away if you tell them that the shots are not working. The trigger point injections are the best I have had so far. Even though I still have a little discomfort at times. The pain is not as bad as it used to be. Thanks Dr M.

I believe that my doctors especially tish cares deeply for me I found a true friend in her and the treatment they have choose for me has changed My life I can hold a job I can be a normal person no importantly I feel like myself again and I have a moment with someone who makes me feel good about myself when my appointment is over. Love you tish thank you for just caring and listening. . I have been a patient for about 5 years when I first became a patient. They had a woman there, a receptionist that was very rude since about 2 years ago when they I guess fired her slowly. Me and Deanna are building a relationship. A friendship. It took a while. I don't know. I really like Diana. I think that we're getting somewhere. Nothing but good things. I can't say anything really bad. And thank you for changing my life guys. Everybody has a bad day

Entire experience was 10 months of neglect and discrimination. I’ve never been more distressed by a doctor. From day one they stereotyped me and discriminated not only me but my husband because he didn’t want me on legal heroin or suboxen which they tried to give me… I never took heavy duty medicine but they treated me like that’s why I was there. Disgrace, I never asked for anything I only gave them my previous routine from the last doctor. My health has declined significantly within a year at this doctor. I’m spending excessive time in bed and with NO SUPPORT FROM THEM FOR 10 months. Day one I told him I DO NOT WANT TO EXPERIMENT W/ Drugs! Sure enough they put me on 3 others I absolutely did NOT need. They were hired for pain management yet I never received care- not one instruction in almost a year. I tried to stick by but after saying I NEVER LOOKED AT UR MRI IN ALMOST A YEAR and you had to book an extra appointment to address the MRI. Then the misogynistic rhetoric was disgusting. How dare you. Stereotyping is discrimination and that was a MEGA MISTAKE. That one will end up costing you everything you cannot stereotype or show such prejudice/ discrimination is NOT ok.

Dr Mirabelli is a compassionate and caring neurologist. His office is light and bright. His demeanor is casual & professional. I'm grateful to have him as a doctor.

After being annoyed my calls were never returned for 4 months to even get an appt. And going where Google directed me and they didn't exist I got the real physical address and pleased with the doctor and his knowledge.

A bit of a wait but I consider that a blessing when visiting a new physician. It allows you to look & listen, to find out information you won't necessarily find on other sites. In a nutshell, his patients adore him. I found him pleasant, thorough, informative, receptive. His staff, although a bit overwhelmed, had a smile and kind word for all who entered. I foresee a long, long relationship here ~ as long as I have a condition that requires neurology as long as/whenever I am in Florida. This physician will be my be neurologist. No doubt. I look forward to our next visit, hopefully including a discussion on an article I recently read and it's effects here in Florida, and I suppose, the rest of the Southeast.
