    Me And My Family Drove 4 1/2 hours From Miami To Come To This Horrible Place I Wouldn’t Recommend This Place To A Person In Need Like beach Front Hotels u Expect Them To Be Clean U Know Decent Not Saying saying We Were Looking For Luxury We Were Looking For Comfor Room Smelled Like Dog Tub Dirty The Top Covering Air circulation was in the box of tissues above the toilet sink dirty garbage not removed from last customer wood is deteriorating microwave filthy ceiling filthy like it was a nightmare stay away!!! The nerve to ask for a deposit America has to do better where’s the health department When u need it

    To say I was disgusted and disappointed with this property would be the biggest understatement of the year. There is absolutely no way they should be in operation under the current conditions they are in. I completely understand the people and businesses in the Daytona area went through an horrific hurricane. Rebuilding is key and getting people to come back and pump money into the economy is the right thing to do. What I cant tolerate are misleading and blatant misrepresentation practices. My main issue with this property is they they never once disclosed the true condition of the property. What you see on the site, you will not see when you get there. And if they had simply said this before booking, I could have made the decision to go or not based on that. Expectation is everything. I was expecting one thing and it didn't even come close. Not for the money we paid for the sub par conditions. Additionally, if you are expecting a front desk to help you will not get that. We booked for two nights and stayed only one and left. The whole time we had to communicate via text. THERE IS NO FRONT DESK! Which would have been nice to know before we booked. I whole heartedly do not recommend this property.

    The pool and beach access from this hotel is fabulous! I stayed for five nights and all of the staff I interacted with were very pleasant and enjoyable. Any issues I had were immediately rectified. The floor could use a good scrubbing, but otherwise, the room was clean, linens smelled good, and they brought me more towels than I could use. Water pressure in the shower was really good, too. Bonus - The coffee they served in the lobby each morning was delicious!! I would definitely stay here again.

    I made a reservation at 4am on the road with my children,I was told I couldn’t check in until 4pm or I need to pay another $80. I then reached out to Priceline an was told I am able to check in . They then told me I can check in…smh then I get to the room after a long 5 hr drive an the room was DIRTY ,Stinks…and was a nightmare ,smells like mold ,rotten ceilings garbage in the trash ,used shampoo & conditioner like if someone just left the room.. it was sooo gross we didn’t even stay until Friday . We left by sun rise , we were never accommodated for checking out early , an they lies an told Priceline we completed our entire stay ..IF YOU HAVE ANY CLASS AN ESPECIALLY WORH CHILDREN DO NOT ENTER A NIGHT INTO THESE ROOMS .

    I decided to stay here because the pictures I saw on the internet looked beautiful but it's a lie!! As soon as I pulled up to the property I could see the building was run down and the doors to the rooms looked out very bad, but I still wanted to give them a chance because of the "good reviews" they had. When I went into my room, I was so disappointed to see a dirty, nothing like the pictures time of room. There was dust everywhere, the walls are supposed to be white but they are really grayish with a lot of dirt on them. I walked to take a look at the bed and it was also dusty with dog hair. I looked at the pillows and saw a bug. It looked like a worm and that's all I needed to leave that place right away. I took pictures of what the rooms really look like so others dont get fooled thinking they are going to get nice rooms because they won't. I went to the front desk and told them I was ready ti check out and showed her the picture of the bug and her explanation was that those bugs are all over Florida and it was very common to see them. That was a ridiculous answer because even though they may be all over Florida they shouldn't be in guests beds!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else because this place is disgusting!!

    The room was beyond unsanitary. There were visible fecal stains on the mattress pad and what appreaded to be bed bug droppings. I immediately brought this to management attention and was denied a refund unless they were able to re rent the room. Management made no attempt to clean or sanitize the room. I did not stay and advise you not to either.

    Floor dirty, only 3 towels given for 2 adults for 3 days. We had to check in late due to the room not being ready on time. Checked out early but got a call saying we were still in the room. There was not enough parking, and the room smelt like mold, so they had a car vent air freshener on the air-conditioned

    At least we had a place to stay. There were dirty smudges all over the closet door and one of our towels had a stain on it. The mattresses were just "okay". The Kleenex and toilet paper was the cheapest stuff I've used since the COVID-19 pandemic. Our experience was okay.

    Booked through airbnb. The room had no sheets or shower curtain. No front desk. The pool was drained out. Directly on the beach but no beach access due to storm damage.

    Four of us had booked this AirBnB for 2 Nights from Friday Night to Sunday Morning, 25-27 August-2023. We checked into room 222 at the AirBnB and from the start since arriving we had issues with the deadbolt key pad to get into the room. Our code would not work. After multiple attempts to get a hold of the owner. They finally responded and gave us a new code. Fast forward to Saturday Night we returned to the AirBnb after 12:30 AM. Our code did not work to get into the room. We had typed in our new code and our old code that didn’t originally work at least a hundred times with no luck. We had tried calling the owner 45 times between all of us and they would not answer. We even rang their Ring DoorBell by the office which has been unoccupied and locked since we got here. Again there was no answer from management or the owners. We contacted AirBnB and they also tried to contact the owners and they got no response either. AirBnb told us we would have to book a separate hotel at 1:00 AM on Sunday Morning because they couldn’t get a hold of these people. Unfortunately there was no availability anywhere during that time. Even if there was availability, AirBnb said they would only cover the price of what our room cost. So we would have been held liable for extra costs due to the management and the owners at Beach House Inn failing us. The four of us had slept outside all night on patio furniture at the building with no cushions. When we woke up in the morning we tried calling them again and they still did not answer. We tried seeing if AirBnB would allow us to get a locksmith, but they told us to wait another hour for any word. Luckily a guy who saw us stranded had noticed us after he arrived to the property around 8:30 AM and had a master key code to the room. And bizarre enough he called the owners/management and they answered and gave him a new code for the room. Let me clarify all of our personal belongings were in the room. The room smelled awful when we arrived and had car fresheners in the AC unit. Like these other reviews the pool was drained and empty and there was no parking at times. If I could give 0 star rating I would. I have even placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    Older facilities. Rental only like Airbnb. They try to keep it clean. Rooms are okay, priced right. Pool and beach access are still damaged from the hurricane. No indication that they are going to fix this.

    We had a problem with our original room but the air b&b lady was really nice and got us into a room at the inn. She was the only nice thing about the place. Our rental was covered in dirt and dust. Both the room and the patio. There was a dead roach on the patio and my husband saw a live one when he woke up the next morning inside our room. The pool was drained and unusable And the beach access was locked and inaccessible from our rental location. When we returned to the inn from our activity’s, there was no parking left even though we had a reserved room. The number you call for questions doesn’t exist. There is also no one working at the front desk. 1/10 would not recommend.

    This was a nice place for the price and location. I visited with my 4 children (single mom) and we really enjoyed the location as the place was clean and it was close to everything. I will definitely write this place down for my next visit. **One thing I will note is that there are basically no channels in the tv, but we were able to figure out a solution, so bring your firestick if you need something to watch lol

    I was surprised. The room was upkeep and clean. Comfortable. We got an ocean view room. We enjoyed the balcony. The only thing that disappointed us was an issue with the toilet. The tank didn't fill up with water, and we couldn't use it. We reported early in the morning when we woke up. It was fixed around 4 pm. Overall, it is a good place and affordable.

    The rooms were subpar. It was the only hotel with vacancy during the Daytona 500. We weren’t expecting much but it wasn’t good. All communication is via text. There is no front desk. There is no chance for checking in early. When we arrived there’s only about 10 parking spaces. We found 2 cockroaches in the room. Not the biggest deal as we wouldn’t have anywhere else to go. But the roaches kept showing up. Not worth the money in my opinion and would probably stay further outside of town than here again.

    The rooms and property were clean. The staff was great. The property itself is worn. I believe it I under new ownership and I hope they invest in this could be gem. There is no beach access, the beds are hard and so are the pillows. The ac units leak a lot...so the patios on the lower floor is very unsafe. The signs say storm damage, but theirs are the only stairs thay are broken. There is old torn up areas around the patio. Most of the furniture is worn and broken on the patio as well.

    Our check was in May 29th 2022. When we arrived and got our card for our room we walked in and i kid you not it looked like people were staying in the room. It was a mess. The beds were not made you could even see the imprints from where people were laying on the bed and pillows. The tv was on, there was towels on the floor, holes in the bathroom wall, it was horrible. We went back to the receptionist and told her our concern and she didn't even care and told us we could not get a refund. We had called directly and booked a reservation for one night and paid around $134. We didn't even stay because of the room. We had to leave and find another hotel. We were exhausted and to come to the hotel to fund it in the condition it was, was very disappointing. We recorded our room when we first for there of how it looked. We would like a refund for the inconvenience and horrible experience we endured.

    Spend a night to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The gentleman that Checked me in was great we enjoyed our stay we got to spend some time in the pool, the beach view is beautiful from the balcony I would recommend beach house to friends and family.

    The staff was AMAZING. Mrs Sandra was really helpful. The room was nice and clean. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. It's a quiet , clean, and has a great atmosphere. The pool and hot tub are always clean and inviting. We will be back.

    My husband and I were amazed at the way the staff was upon arrival and during stay! Such nice and warm hearts, very helpful!!! We enjoyed being walked to our room, and the lady was concerned about a minor blemish on the counter from them having to wait on an order for the remodel. The price is unbelievable but true and what a nice blessing in this part or Daytona to walk right out the back patio onto the beach! Our stay was wonderful 😊

    Not the cleanest but definitely not the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. First room we checked into had a pretty large dead bug on the floor by the bathroom. We switched rooms with no issue! Also was given back deposit, which I appreciate. Things that needed attention * no cable, maybe 15 channels * there are no towel hooks in room * the hot tub wasn't clean enough * room needed a thorough cleaning, including blinds, floors & remote Overall we think the price per night was a bit high, but are happy with the experience and will be returning.
